Johnnie closed the private chat and picked up a few white items, continuing to wander around, hunting goblin elites.

Few players ca to this area, and he couldn't be bothered to pick up the gray items, plus his bag was already full.

"Boss, we're here! So much loot!" Soon, the Cox squad arrived.

They looked at the scattered equipnt on the ground, gasping in surprise.

They were prepared, but they were still shocked by the sheer amount of loot. Although it was all gray-tier, there were over sixty items.

Johnnie had just dealt with a goblin elite and spoke up, "You guys handle the loot, still 90 silver coins per item."

"No problem!" The group eagerly began picking up the equipnt.

"What about that warrior?" Johnnie noticed only Cox and the others, the new warrior who had joined wasn't present.

The priest girl furrowed her brow, dissatisfied. "That guy left the team."

After they had sold off the items Johnnie had given them last ti, the warrior received over 60,000 silver coins. However, after getting the money, the guy left and said he had already found another team.

This left Cox and the others sowhat displeased.

"Let him leave, that guy wasn't trustworthy," Johnnie said indifferently. Although he had only t the warrior twice, he could sense that the guy had ulterior motives.

He looked at Cox and the others, thought for a mont, and then asked, "What level are you guys now?"

"We just reached level 2 of tier 1," the priest girl replied quickly. "We're planning to recruit another lee player to hunt goblin elites."

"I'll help you level up," Johnnie decided to take them under his wing. He was already tier 1, level 3, and hunting goblin elites no longer gave him experience.

Besides, he still needed to gather a large number of goblin ears for the village chief's task.

"Really?" The priest girl was thrilled, afraid that Johnnie might change his mind. She quickly invited him to join the team.

[Ding, player Poleriver has invited you to join the team. Do you accept?]

"Accept," Johnnie chose directly.

"Boss, I'll help tank the monsters!" Cox was also excited, quickly speaking up.

"No need, just help pull the monsters. Also, the experience should be split evenly among the four of you," Johnnie reminded them. The team leader could set the experience distribution ratio.

"Got it, thanks, boss." Seeing Johnnie's level, Cox didn't object, and they agreed to an even split of the experience.

"The priest stays, and the rest of you go pull the monsters." With their help, he wouldn't need to search for goblin elite teams, and his hunting efficiency would increase significantly.

Cox, the archer Cipher, and the mage Warlock ventured deeper into the forest to attract goblin elite squads.

Soon, Cipher ran back in a panic.

"Boss, I think I pulled too many!" Behind Chen, seven goblin elites were charging, waving their spears and roaring angrily.

At that mont, Cox and Warlock appeared too, with three more goblins following behind them.

"What should we do, boss? Should we run?" Poleriver asked in panic. This ga felt very real—death didn't cost experience, but it hurt.

"No need, I can handle it," Johnnie stepped forward, unafraid.

"Boss, I'll help tank!" Cox gritted his teeth and stood in front.

But as the goblin elite's attacks landed, Cox hastily fled. The damage was too high, and his health instantly dropped to zero. If it weren't for Johnnie's tily intervention, he would have been instantly killed.

Cipher and Warlock imdiately launched their attacks, but they could only deal around ten damage, which posed no real threat to the goblin elites.

In contrast, Johnnie swung his longsword, each strike dealing over thirty damage. He killed one goblin elite with just five strikes.

"Such high damage!" The others were shocked.

Poleriver gripped her staff tightly, keeping a close eye on Johnnie's health, ready to cast healing spells at any mont.

"Damn, Poleriver, when did you get this strong?" Cipher exclaid in surprise. He noticed that Johnnie was regenerating over forty health per second.

The goblin elites could only deal seven or eight points of damage to him. Even when surrounded by several goblin elites, his health quickly recovered to full.

Poleriver was confused and shook her head repeatedly, saying, "I haven't even cast a healing spell yet."

"Huh? Boss, are you on so kind of potion?" Warlock asked in surprise.

"450 health! Boss's health is even higher than the captain's!" he exclaid, noticing Johnnie's health.

Cox saw this too, standing frozen in place. As a knight who had invested all his points into vitality, his health was only 210, even with a belt that added 30 health. His health was still less than half of Johnnie's.

So, who's really the knight here?

But it wasn't just his high health; Johnnie's damage was terrifying as well.

Facing a dozen goblins, he attacked effortlessly, moving with the grace of a master. This battle was nothing short of an art form.

The group watched dumbfounded, not fully recovering from their shock until all thirteen goblin elites had been dealt with.

"Stop staring, clean up the battlefield and keep pulling monsters," Johnnie reminded them, picking up a dropped white short sword and handing the remaining gray items to the others for processing.

"Huh? Oh, right," they finally snapped out of it and quickly nodded in agreent, picking up the items.

"Boss, why is your drop rate so high?" Poleriver couldn't help but ask.

She noticed that every goblin dropped items—copper coins, herbs, ores, or gray equipnt.

When they killed goblins, dozens, sotis even hundreds, would only drop one item, and they hadn't seen any equipnt drop at all.

"Maybe I have high luck," Johnnie casually gave an excuse.

High luck would indeed affect item drop rates from monsters, but even with maxed-out luck, it wouldn't be this exaggerated. The reason for this was the hidden class Lucky Master.

Soon, they had finished cleaning up the battlefield and continued pulling goblins. All the goblin ears were collected and handed over to him.

This ti, they were much more efficient. They pulled another group of goblin elites, not hesitating to hide behind Johnnie.

"Boss, with your high attack, you could handle the level 3 half-orcs, right? Why are you still hunting goblin elites?" Cox asked, puzzled. Johnnie was already level 3 of tier 1, and killing these goblin elites no longer gave him any experience.

Johnnie explained, "I took on a task from the old village chief and need to collect more goblin ears for equipnt."

"Boss, the old village chief's rewards are just gray equipnt, right? Do you really care about that?" Cox didn't understand, though he respected Johnnie's decision.

In this short ti, they had already collected over a dozen pieces of gray equipnt. He also noticed that a white item had dropped.

Johnnie didn't explain further and continued to slaughter goblin elites.

Soon, the four of them had their bags completely full.

"I'll run back to the village and store these items," Cipher spoke up. As an archer, he had a 1:1 agility-to-strength stat distribution.

His inventory was packed with equipnt, and he had a few items hanging from his body. He set off back to the newbie village.

There were no teleportation scrolls in the newbie village, so the only option was to run there on foot. It wasn't very far, but the round trip would still take over ten minutes.

But there was no choice—there were just too many items, and the four of them couldn't fit everything in their inventories.

Johnnie and the others didn't waste ti waiting for him. They continued to lure and hunt goblin elites. The Cox squad took turns leaving the team to deliver the equipnt to the newbie village.

Soon, it was noon, and Crysic called for him to log off and eat.

In the morning, they had hunted over 400 goblin elites, and the Cox squad had gained enough experience to reach halfway through level 2. At this rate, they'd reach level 3 by the afternoon.

They agreed to et again in half an hour to continue leveling up.

...

In the newbie village, in a makeshift straw hut, this was the office for the Prince Guild.

Wecheat's face was dark as he glared at the two people before him.

The AsSky Guild leader, AsSky, and the warrior player from Cox's squad, Sunhocker.

"So, you're saying all the equipnt that Cox sold ca from that Johnnie?" Wecheat gritted his teeth, feeling completely tricked.

He had spent tens of millions to buy those items.

The plan was to use them against Johnnie, but it backfired completely. His entire army was wiped out, and all the white items dropped.

He had lost millions for nothing.

AsSky furrowed his brows, looking puzzled. "Wait a minute. This doesn't make sense. The item drop rate in this ga is really low. I checked, and Johnnie doesn't even have a team. Where did he get all these items?"

Sunhocker spoke up, "I've looked into it too. His luck must be extrely high, or he's wearing equipnt that boosts the monster drop rate. If we kill him and take that drop-rate equipnt, both of your guilds will skyrocket."
