Chapter 74: Proving his strength

Su Luo finally moved as he lifted his foot and walked over towards his daughter. But after taking two steps forward, he stopped. He realized that he didn’t have the courage……he didn’t have the qualification to face her. He had once thought that he had done enough by allowing his daughter to live a happy and comfortable life, but now he had found out he was actually an incompetent father, possibly, even, a hated father.
He turned around and his gaze collided with Ye Tian Xie. His originally blurred eyes suddenly changed and they beca cold once again. He opened his mouth and asked, “Is there a clean room upstairs?”
Ye Tian Xie cleanly shook his head, “No.”
Su Luo beca speechless. He sighed and then said, “Co with .”
After he finished, he turned to walk towards the dust covered stairway. Each step he took was incomparably heavy. The two bodyguards, who ca with him, followed closely behind.
Ye Tian Xie looked over at Su Fei Fei once and then got up from the sofa as he followed them upstairs. At this mont, he had t another Su Fei Fei and he had a clear understanding of her……A person that was as lonely and pitiful as he was.

The ti was close to noon. The burning hot rays of the sun shined through the glass onto Su Luo’s body, but it did not lt his cold deanour or the gnawing pain in his heart.
Hearing the footsteps coming from behind him, he turned around and faced Ye Tian Xie. His eyes swept over him as he carefully scanned over his body. At this mont, he was seriously examining him. When Su Fei Fei had been rescued by Ye Tian Xie, he had launched an investigation on Ye Tian Xie, but the results that he had obtained thoroughly startled him.
“You’re called Ye Tian Xie?” Su Luo broke the silence.
Ye Tian Xie gave a tiny nod and said with a slight smile, “Boss Su, you are the richest man in Asia. Every minute you earn enough money that many people can’t afford in their entire lifeti. If the words you are going to say are ti wasting then there’s no need to say them. If there’s anything you want to say, just tell it to directly.”
Su Luo’s expression did not change, but his eyes narrowed a bit, “It seems like you already know who I am and who Fei Fei is…….From what I know, you’ve already been living alone for quite a while and you’ve almost never tried to make contact with anyone. And the fact that you haven’t rejected Fei Fei’s rushed ‘presumptuous’ request should be related to my status.”
“Ah, if I say no, would you believe ?” Ye Tian Xie gave a willful smile. Regardless of his smile or his words, they all made one feel no discomfort like a lie would, “You’re not wrong. Since you didn’t reject her, that ans you’re willing to protect Fei Fei right?”
“I guess it counts? To be honest, she and I could be considered to have so destiny.”
In the morning he had assaulted her, at night he had saved her…….this kind of fate is not normal.

It was obvious that he wouldn’t go against Su Fei Fei’s wishes again and that he wouldn’t force her to leave here and go ho. But his daughter’s safety, to any father, it would be sothing that was even more important than their own life.
“This…….How should I answer it?” Ye Tian Xie lightly scratched his nose. He seed like he was about to answer then it seed like he was talking to himself. Then he continued to say, “Then how about this……Boss Su, the sole of your right shoe has a wiretap device in it. The bodyguard on your right side, in his left pocket, the third cigarette in his cigarette box, in the butt of the cigarette is another wiretap device. Alright, you can take them out now.”
Su Luo and the two bodyguards were stunned. The bodyguard on Su Luo’s right side had a skeptical look as he looked at Ye Tian Xie. Ye Tian Xie had not made any kind of physical contact with him and, even now, he was standing at least a ter away. But they were specialized bodyguards, they were considered to be experts. Their senses were much better than normal people, but even they couldn’t detect it……..Could a person that didn’t even make contact with them really sense it? Even more he could accurately give the location…….This was even funnier than any kind of joke.
He was thinking this, but his hands didn’t move slowly. When his hands touched the cigarette box in his left pocket, his heart jumped, “How did he know that I had a box of cigarettes in my pocket?”
The cigarette box was opened and he took out the third cigarette. Then, he carefully ripped out the cigarette butt and instantly, a small tal object fell out of the cigarette butt and fell onto the ground, making a small sound.
Picking up the small tal sheet, Su Luo and the two bodyguards were shocked that they could not believe their own eyes. They stared at Ye Tian Xie like he was a monster, as if they had seen a ghost in broad daylight!
This was clearly a – wiretap device!
Su Luo quickly removed the shoe from his right foot. Above the sole, they saw another tal sheet that was the sa as the other one.
After the two tal sheets were destroyed, he put his shoe back on. Su Luo turned back to face Ye Tian Xie, his heart was unable to remain calm. The word “shocking” was not enough to describe the emotions that they were currently feeling.
Power User……A Power User with this kind of terrifying ability. Other than this, he did not have any other explanations for what had happened.
