"Damn it!"

In that instant, countless skills flashed through Su Ran’s mind, yet none could block these magic projectiles. The sheer number was too overwhelming, leaving him in despair.

"Boom boom boom!!!"

Though reluctant, Su Ran had no choice but to retreat in agony, hoping the Beast King’s Coffin would withstand the countless magic projectiles. What was destined to co finally arrived; the projectiles sward in like a torrential downpour, striking the area around the altar.

Explosions sounded continuously, smoke billowed up, covering the entire Skeleton Village. It left Su Ran anxious yet helpless. He couldn’t even see, his right taken away by the smoke. He was unaware of what was happening; every explosion pained his heart.

He thought his territory had developed to the point that, even if not impregnable, it should resist player invasions. Unexpectedly, it crumbled so easily, filling him with helplessness and disappointnt.

No choice; there were too many players in this siege, along with strange talisman tools targeting the territory, rendering his painstakingly built defenses re decorations. Who could he reason with?

Soon.

The first wave of the mage army’s offensive ended, the smoke gradually cleared, revealing the scene around the altar to Su Ran.

"Sky-reaching Vine!!!"

Su Ran never expected the Sky-reaching Vine would autonomously form a lid shape, protecting the altar below. After enduring the bombardnt, the altar remained intact, but the vine suffered a lethal blow; green sap splattered the ground, its shattered twigs strewn across, making it hard for Su Ran to witness.

Ignoring his own safety, he hurried over, dropping two drops of Heaven and Earth Spirit Liquid onto the vine, watching nervously. Seeing it slowly raising its body, curling beside the altar, he sighed in relief; thankfully, the Sky-reaching Vine wasn’t destroyed!

However.

The danger hadn’t passed; this was only the first wave, nearly claiming the vine’s life. If there were a second, a third wave, how could it withstand?

Su Ran glanced at the ancient Beast King’s Coffin floating above, showing no sign of opening, leaving him deeply disappointed. He had hoped to rely on the Bone Dragon King to repulse the attack, but it showed no intention of appearing. What kind of guardian beast was this?!

If the altar were destroyed, the territory would be lost!!!

Moreover, even the nearby Sky-reaching Vine wouldn’t withstand another barrage, sothing he wished not to see.

In his disappointnt, Su Ran inevitably felt frustrated, wishing he could fling open the coffin lid and drag out the bone dragon!

Unfortunately.

Ti didn’t allow.

Amid his chaos, the second wave of offensive struck again, water and fire elents filling the sky with blue and red hues, creating a stunning visual effect.

Now wasn’t the ti to admire the view; Su Ran was so anxious he almost jumped out of his skin. The altar couldn’t take the strain; he had to find a way to settle the countless magic projectiles!

Though the Buddha statue could prohibit players from using skills, its range was too small to reverse the situation. Activating the Six Harmonies Magnetic Heart Array could potentially detonate all projectiles, causing even greater shock damage to the altar, sothing he didn’t dare try casually.

This problem, unsolved!

Yet.

In this critical mont, not far from the teleportation array appeared a spatial vortex. Purple-black with golden lightning arcs dancing on its surface, the vortex ford completely, emitting a great suction force that swept nearby airflow with it. From within, the Human Emperor poked his head out.

But before he could understand the situation, countless magic projectiles, drawn by the vortex, rushed towards him, leaving him utterly befuddled.

At this mont, the Human Emperor wanted to cry out in grievances. Having barely escaped the Nine Nether Wasteland Ridge, he encountered such a situation. Could anyone be bullied like this?

"Pitter-patter..."

Tens of thousands of magic projectiles burst around the Human Emperor’s head, leaving him disfigured, his clothes tattered, resembling an impoverished African refugee, utterly pitiful.

"Bastards! Bastards!"

When had the Human Emperor suffered such treatnt? Who dared disrespect him? Enraged to the extre, he endured the bombardnt, flying into the sky, bellowing, "Who dares sneak attack !!!"

"Idiot, it’s you we’re killing!"

"Whoever blocks the altar dies!!!"

"Who do you think you are? We’re killing you, so what!"

The players didn’t take the Human Emperor seriously, this ragged NPC, how powerful could he be? Besides, if this NPC hadn’t appeared, they’d have blasted the altar by now!

Daring to oppose them, what audacity!

"..."

Su Ran witnessed this scene and nearly burst out laughing.

When the teleportation array malfunctioned, Su Ran’s heart skipped a beat, fearing the Human Emperor would erge from Nine Nether Wasteland Ridge and start with his territory. Coupled with the player army of millions, his territory was done for!

Yet to his surprise, seeing the Human Emperor taking all the magic projectiles upon himself was a huge favor, practically a savior!

Such a good person!

What followed next went far beyond Su Ran’s expectations; he never imagined the Human Emperor to be at odds with the player army. Even more incredulous was that these players cared little for the Human Emperor!
