As King Sterry, he produced a firearm, pressing it against Wapol's head.

Wapol's eyes widened in terror. He reached out trembling hands, seemingly trying to avert his fate.
But then, Wapol suddenly sprang up, charging at Ryuya with murderous intent.
Ryuya remained unfazed, his peak Observation Haki locking onto Wapol's movents.
With a flick of his wrist, he fired.
A bullet, coated in dark Armant Haki, arced through the air, striking Wapol between the eyes.
Blood splattered as Wapol slumped to the ground with a thud, his body leaving a dark stain on the pristine white snow.

In a short ti, under the control of his chanical army, Ryuya had completely secured the kingdom. He implented pro-doctor policies, transforming the nation into a peaceful and powerful state.

anwhile, the Straw Hats sailed the vast ocean aboard the Going rry. Usopp suddenly felt dizzy, his vision blackening before he collapsed.
A crushing pressure filled his chest, making it difficult to breathe.
Sanji noticed imdiately, rushing to Usopp's side.
"Usopp! What's wrong? How are you feeling?"
Usopp slowly opened his eyes, his head heavy, his eyelids struggling to stay open.
"Am I dying? I haven't beco a hero… I haven't seen Kaya… I haven't told her I've gotten stronger…"
He closed his eyes. Sanji panicked.
"Luffy! Zoro! Usopp's in trouble!"
Zoro, who was training, and Luffy, who was sleeping, imdiately awoke.

Zoro suddenly rembered, "When I was a bounty hunter, I heard about a kingdom of doctors in the Grand Line—Drum Kingdom. If we go there, Usopp might be saved!"
Sanji exclaid, "But how do we get there?"
"We'll find a way!" Luffy, the captain, gave his order, showing his deep concern for his crewmate.
The crew nodded in agreent.
"We'll save Usopp, no matter what!"
Luffy looked at Usopp. "Usopp, hang in there!"
Usopp weakly gave a thumbs-up, his condition looking dire.
The Straw Hats imdiately began planning their journey to Drum Kingdom.
Three days later, Ryuya, as King Sterry, had completely taken over Drum Kingdom.
Under his rule, the people experienced unprecedented prosperity.
He renad it Rila Kingdom, and the chanical soldiers ford patrol units, transforming it into a powerful, chanized nation.
This newly strengthened kingdom was about to receive an unexpected visitor: the Straw Hat Pirates.
