"White Dove, you're with Garp, right?"
"Yes, sir. Admiral Garp is right here."
Sengoku's voice was far from calm; he was clearly agitated.
Garp, curious, approached Ryuya and spoke into the Den Den Mushi, "Sengoku, what's the ergency? Don't tell so big-ti pirate is causing trouble in the East Blue."
"You're right. Doflamingo has arrived in the South Blue and seized the Heavenly Tribute!"
Both Garp and Ryuya's expressions changed. Garp was visibly shocked, while Ryuya seed to have anticipated this.
Makino, unable to understand the details, grasped the seriousness of the situation upon hearing ntion of the Celestial Dragons.
Sengoku continued, "And that's not all. The Revolutionary Army has launched a rebellion in the Goa Kingdom.
King Sterry has signaled for naval assistance! I've sent troops, but Dragon is reportedly involved!"
Garp's expression turned rather awkward. His son, Dragon, the founder of the Revolutionary Army and the man aiming to overthrow the World Governnt, was involved.
Garp imdiately asked Sengoku, "You an you want us to go there right now?"
"I suggest you split up. One of you stops Doflamingo and recovers the Heavenly Tribute. We absolutely cannot allow pirates to steal it again, not even a forr Celestial Dragon!"
"The other provides support to Goa Kingdom. We must completely thwart Dragon's plan and prevent him from overthrowing the kingdom!"
Without hesitation, Garp said, "I'll stop Doflamingo."
Turning to Ryuya, Garp asked for his opinion. Ryuya smirked, "No problem.
Whether it's Doflamingo or Dragon's Revolutionary Army, I'm confident I can defeat them!"

His recent surge in reputation and accumulated military rit suggested the next Fleet Admiral position would be his without contest, even surpassing Aokiji.
"You two decide how to handle this. I trust your judgnt," Sengoku said before hanging up.
He knew both Ryuya and Garp possessed more than enough strength to handle either mission.
"Admiral Garp, I'll take the Goa Kingdom rebellion. I'll complete the mission!"
Garp clapped Ryuya on the back. "Leave it to you. And if you catch that brat Dragon, bring him back! I'll teach him a lesson!"
Garp's gritted his teeth expression was almost comical, but Ryuya knew Garp secretly didn't want Dragon captured. He was still his son, after all.
"Makino, stay with Garp's ship and return to Marineford."
Makino nodded, expressing her concern for Ryuya's safety. Ryuya simply nodded in response.
The next second, Ryuya ford a hand seal, bit his thumb, and let blood flow.
Summoning Jutsu—Fire Dragon! This was the fire dragon he'd contracted with Vegapunk. He'd finally found an opportunity to use it.
Tiny characters appeared on Garp's dog-head warship, spreading to form a large circle.
Then, smoke billowed, and a fire dragon materialized beneath Ryuya, carrying him into the distance.
Garp and the crew were completely stunned by this unprecedented display of power.
Garp internally mused, "Another bizarre ability! Just how many more unknown abilities does White Dove possess?!"

anwhile, in Goa Kingdom, Dragon, leading four army commanders, was attacking the royal palace, aiming to completely eliminate the royal family and liberate the country.
A fierce battle was already underway in the kingdom's wilderness.
Dragon, observing the kingdom's deploynt from the rear, directed his troops' movents.
The four Revolutionary Army commanders, following Dragon's orders, launched a full-scale assault on Goa Kingdom.
Dragon looked at the map and said softly, "Within a day, Goa Kingdom will cease to exist."
