A struggle for the "Ope Ope no Mi" (the Surgery-Surgery Fruit) is playing out in a brutal way.
"Corazon, tell where Law is! Otherwise...!" Doflamingo, standing on the snowy ground, played with the heart-shaped fruit in his hand and laughed.
Then, he pointed a hand towards the sky.
"Everyone on this island will die because of you!"

One by one, white threads descended from the sky. Anyone touched by these threads lost control of their bodies, raising their fists or blades, and began to kill each other.
