In another palace, negotiations were underway.
The participants included Judge, representing the Vinsmoke family, and Ian and Yamato, representing the Beast Pirates.
Of course, Yamato was mostly just there to listen in.
But only a few lines had been exchanged before Yamato, already bored, leaned on Ian's shoulder and fell asleep.
"I have two requests."
Ian got straight to the point. "First, battle suits."
"I noticed the suits you and your crew were using earlier looked impressive. Could you make so for my team? Not too many—just enough for a few core mbers."

The ever-confident Judge hesitated for a mont.
The battle suits were still in the experintal phase, but they were among his proudest creations, second only to his genetically modified sons.
It wasn't just the technology—the materials used for the suits were incredibly rare, made from a special type of mory tal with unique properties.
However, after a glance at Ian, Judge gritted his teeth. "Fine! I'll do my best!"
"Perfect!" Ian nodded with satisfaction. If Jack, Maria, Ulti, and Page One could each get a set, it would be a big boost to their combat strength, not to ntion the protection it would provide.
"Then, my second request."
This was the real priority. Ian continued, "Judge, you have impressive knowledge of lineage factors, right? So, can you create artificial Devil Fruits?"
"Artificial Devil Fruits?"
Judge was so surprised he stood up. "How did you know about that? Vegapunk once researched this topic!"
"I just heard that Devil Fruits are closely linked to lineage factors."
Ian explained, "So I was wondering if it might be possible to create artificial Devil Fruits."
Judge fell silent. "I've never conducted research in that area."
His specialty was in genetic modification based on lineage factors, completely unrelated to Devil Fruits.
"There's no need to replicate them exactly—not the complex Paracia or Logia types, anyway," Ian clarified. "Just being able to reproduce basic Zoan types would be enough. Even if they're flawed, as long as we can increase the quantity, it's acceptable."
After all, the Beasts Pirates wouldn't be complete without their "beasts."
A Beasts Pirates crew without artificial Devil Fruits wouldn't live up to its na.
"Is that so?"
Judge twisted his upturned mustache, narrowing his eyes. "In that case, it might actually be feasible."
Though he hadn't specifically studied artificial Devil Fruits, he had heard from Vegapunk that ordinary Zoan types were the easiest to replicate, followed by Paracia and Mythical Zoans, with Logia being the hardest to duplicate.
"Excellent,"
Ian nodded in satisfaction. "Rest assured, Judge, your efforts won't go unrewarded. We'll provide financial support."
Kaido-sensei shouldn't mind either.
"That's wonderful!"
Judge's eyes lit up. He'd been working as a rcenary all over just to scrape together research funding.
"Then, about your request, Judge," Ian paused. "Your demand is to unify the North Blue, correct?"
"Exactly!"
Judge declared boldly. "I want to restore the glory of my ancestors! To make the Vinsmoke na great again!"
"Conquering the North Blue isn't difficult," Ian said.
Judge's eyes glead instantly.
Of course, for the Beasts Pirates, this wouldn't be a challenge!
But then—
"But," Ian continued, "conquering the North Blue in a short ti is impossible."
"What?"
Judge shot up from his seat.
"You must understand, right, Judge? How the North Blue kingdoms collapsed back then," Ian said.
Judge was stunned for a mont, then clenched his teeth. "The World Governnt!"
"Correct. The World Governnt."
Ian snapped his fingers. "The World Governnt would never allow the North Blue to fall into one person's hands. Even if you manage to reconquer it, without the strength to resist the World Governnt, its downfall would be inevitable."
"…"
Judge's body slackened, and he slumped back onto the sofa in defeat.
If the enemy is the World Governnt, how can we make the Vinsmoke family great again?
"So, there's only one thing we need to do," Ian said.
"Overthrow the World Governnt. Once we do that, won't the entire world be at our rcy?"
"Overthrow the World Governnt?"
Judge asked incredulously, "Ian, are you joking? Is sothing like that even possible?"
"It's not a matter of possibility, it's sothing we must do."
Ian looked at Judge. "Or you can choose to abandon the century-old wish of your family."
Abandon?
"Of course, I won't give up!"
Judge slamd his hand on the table and stood up. "How could I give up?!"
"Great. Then, Judge, who do you think," Ian smirked, "in this world, is most likely to overthrow the World Governnt?"
Judge froze for a mont, staring at Ian.
Apart from the World Governnt, the most powerful forces in the world are the various monstrous pirate crews from the New World, right?
"A little hint," Ian said cheerfully, "Charlotte Linlin and Kaido are good friends. When it cos to opposing the World Governnt, they'll surely join forces."
After all, in the original story, they tead up, so I'm not lying.
Judge understood.
Of course, it's the Beasts Pirates!
Who else but the Beasts Pirates has the chance to overthrow the World Governnt?
Whitebeard?
Everyone knows Whitebeard didn't have ambitions for domination.
It has to be the Beasts Pirates!
"Got it!" Judge said seriously. "I completely understand now!"
"Now is not the ti," Ian continued.
"We still need to wait until our strength becos even greater! As for you, Judge, your research is the key to our enhancent!"
"Leave it to !" Judge responded with imnse confidence.
Ian's lips curled into a smile.
Looks like the free ride has been secured.

As for what will happen to the North Blue after we truly overthrow the governnt... well, we'll figure that out when the ti cos.
Ian extended his right hand toward Judge. "Pleasure working with you."
Judge firmly shook Ian's hand. "The pleasure is mine!"
