Louis stood in the ruined forest, his body enveloped in a pale golden light. Two golden ribbons of light extended from his back, flowing directly into the bodies of the two giants, healing the fallen Dorry and Brogy.
Dorry, lying in the shattered forest, held up his greatsword, which now had large nicks and cracks, and his face fell. "Brogy," he said with so frustration, "it's really hard to beat you!"
"Kabababababa!"
Brogy roared with laughter, his huge chest heaving. He turned to look at his own severely damaged giant axe and said, "Aren't you just as hard to beat, Dorry!"
"Gegyagyagyagya!" Dorry heard this and laughed as well. For a mont, the entire forest echoed with the laughter of the two giants.
A mont later, Dorry felt the injuries on his body healing rapidly, and his eyes lit up. "Louis, your ability is amazing! You healed us so quickly! If you went to Elbaf, you'd definitely be very popular!"
Brogy propped himself up and slowly sat up. He looked at Louis, who was radiating a golden light with snow-white wings on his back, and laughed. "Not just in Elbaf! Any power would treat Louis as a guest of honor!"
Dorry leaned his head in and showed Louis two rows of white teeth. "Louis, after I beat Brogy, do you want to co back to Elbaf with ? The giants will definitely give you a warm welco!"
Dorry's words displeased Brogy. He angrily shoved his own large face over and roared, "What? I'm the one who's going to beat you!"
For a mont, the two giants, still in the process of being healed, started bickering again.
Brrring~ Brrring~ Brrring~ Just then, the characteristic ringing of the Den Den Mushi on Louis's body sounded.
Louis ended the healing, retracting the life force coiling around him back into his body. He reached out a hand to push away the two large faces that were pressing in on him, then calmly answered the call.
"Hello, Louis."
"I overheard sothing interesting! It seems the God's Knights have a mission!" As expected, Arcordon's voice ca from the Den Den Mushi.
Louis heard this, and a smile played on his lips. "A mission for the God's Knights? Location, ti?"
Louis didn't waste words, directly asking for what he cared about. He didn't care what the World Governnt was doing, nor did he need to know what they stood to gain. But interfering with and destroying their plans would bring him great joy.
On the other side, Arcordon was leisurely following the Celestial Dragon's ship. "I don't know," he replied unhurriedly. "But I'm tailing them from a distance! Just follow my Vivre Card and co over!"
"Alright," Louis nodded.
Just then, the two giant captains, having heard Louis's conversation, stopped their bickering and looked at each other. "The God's Knights? I rember hearing that na sowhere before."
Just then, Arcordon's strange words ca from the Den Den Mushi again. "Huh? They actually captured so giants?"
"..."
Louis frowned at his words. However, beside him, the excited roars of Dorry and Brogy sounded. "A giant was captured?!"
"..."
On the other side, Arcordon rubbed his ears and complained with a look of surprise, "What a loud voice. Louis, did you recruit so giants?"
Louis signaled for Dorry and Brogy to be patient, then frowned and asked, "I'll tell you about them later. First, tell what's this about a giant being captured?"
Arcordon, hidden in the clouds ten thousand ters in the sky, briefly relayed the contents of the conversation he had monitored through his Observation Haki and radio waves to Louis and the others. To this, Louis looked up at the two of them and then answered, "They are Celestial Dragons."
