Ross first glanced at the Battle Talent Departnt, then decided to switch the talent interface to the General Talent Departnt that has Physical Enhancent in it.

However, the branch that indicates Armant Haki was still gray which ans that Ross’s current body is still not up to the standard of practicing and utilizing the Armant Haki.

Kami-e (Paper Drawing) in Marine’s Rokushiki also has high dodging rate but this ability is used to dodge fists and swords.

But if soone wants to use Kami-e (Paper Drawing) to dodge rains of bullets, it will not be possible for even Admiral Kizaru with his Pika Pika no mi(Light-Light Fruit). It is only possible for soone proficient in Observation Haki.

Ross hesitated for a mont before he made his choice. He finally decided to upgrade his physical strength first. Anyway, the benefits of improving physical strength is much more at present and it will not be wasted.
