The peaceful facade of the Marine Headquarters shattered like glass.

Inside the grand, steel-lined war room, an urgent buzz surrounded the Fleet Admiral Sakazuki, known across the world as Akainu. His magma-gloved fist clenched on the steel table, his jaw locked in pure volcanic rage.

A fresh copy of the latest World Economy Newspaper had just been slamd on his desk.

There it was. Splashed across the front page in burning ink:

"CELESTIAL DRAGON KILLED IN SABAODY! A New Monster Appears!"

In bold, the photo attached showed the aftermath — ruem, a tall, inhuman figure with a cold, expressionless face, standing over the crumpled remains of the Celestial Dragon and a field of decapitated CP0 agents.

The mont felt like the sky had cracked open.

The Fleet Admiral's eyes burned with fury.

"...Who dares—" Akainu growled, his teeth grinding like two tectonic plates.

The temperature in the room surged.

Crackle. Magma oozed from his fists, dripping to the floor and burning through reinforced steel.

"WHO DARES KILL A CELESTIAL DRAGON IN BROAD DAYLIGHT?!"

Everyone in the room froze.

No one dared speak until he did.

Finally, Sakazuki spun toward the communications officer. "Get the damn Den-Den Mushi."

The young officer jumped to comply, hands trembling as he raised the white transponder snail.

A second later, the snail's face morphed, resembling the calm and lazy features of Admiral Kizaru.

"Moshi moshi~?"

"Kizaru," Akainu's voice rumbled like an earthquake. "A Celestial Dragon was just killed on Sabaody."

Kizaru blinked slowly. "Ooh, how troubleso~"

"I don't care how troubleso it is," Akainu snarled. "You're the fastest. Get to Sabaody now. No hesitation. Capture or kill whoever did it."

"Hmm~ that bad, huh? Alright, alright, I'll stretch my legs a little."

Akainu hung up without another word.

He turned to the nearest Vice Admiral. "Send backup. Pick the most competent squad and follow Kizaru imdiately. That man must not escape."

"Yes, Fleet Admiral!"

As the command echoed, officers moved in full force. Battle alerts rang across the headquarters. Ships were prepped, forces mobilized.

The gears of justice were in motion.

anwhile, in the World

The news spread like wildfire.

From the smallest East Blue town to the most dangerous Yonko territories — the world was shaken.

Pirates cheered, civilians gasped, nobles shivered.

In cafes, bars, and docks, people read the headline again and again in disbelief.

"Soone killed a Celestial Dragon."

And not just anyone. A monster. A man whose face no one recognized. Cold, powerful, unlike any pirate they had seen.

So dared to ask: Was he stronger than the Admirals?

Others whispered: Will this start a war?

At Mariejois — the Holy Land

Beneath the white clouds and golden halls of the World Nobles, in the center of the highest authority, the Five Elders sat.

Each one wore a dark cloak, their expressions grave and cold.

On the stone table between them was the sa front-page photo from Morgans.

"...That damn bird," one of them muttered. "He has guts."

"He dares publish this without permission from us," said the elder with the bald head and glasses. "Send soone to assassinate Morgans. Silently."

Another nodded. "Make it look like an accident. We can't allow him to run freely anymore."

Then silence followed.

They stared at the image.

"...This man," the eldest among them said slowly, "He killed a Celestial Dragon... and defeated CP0 like they were insects."

"Who is he?"

"Intelligence reports nothing. He's not in any bounty system. No past record. Not even sightings. It's like he appeared from thin air."

The one with the long beard narrowed his eyes.

"In 800 years, no pirate — not even Rocks D. Xebec — ever killed a Celestial Dragon in broad daylight and lived."

"This isn't just defiance," said another. "It's an insult to the bloodline of gods."

The room grew darker.

"Send more CP0. Send the Holy Knights too."

Back on Sabaody — Grove 13

The bar's quiet hum faded as Shakky brought in a new newspaper with a serious look on her face.

Jessie took it, unfolding the fresh issue. As expected, it was plastered with ruem's face and destruction.

Uta leaned over to read.

Kuina very calm and cleaning her sword

Vash whistled. "Damn. He went full-on war mode, huh?"

Rayleigh set his cup down. "...The world won't let this slide. Admirals are moving."

Jessie's eyes scanned the headline, lips unreadable.

"He's not wrong," Jessie said quietly. "But he moved early."

Rayleigh raised a brow. "Did you expect this?"

"I expected chaos," Jessie replied. "Just not this fast."

Outside, a distant boom cracked the sky like thunder.

Shakky's head turned.

"That's..."

A golden beam of light shot across the sky above Sabaody — fast, dazzling, terrifying.

Kizaru had arrived.

And right behind him, two Marine battleships carrying elite Vice Admirals were cutting through the sea.

Near Grove 2 – ruem's Location

ruem stood calmly beside a shattered tree, wiping blood off his hand with a fallen cloth. He stared up as a golden light rapidly descended.

His eyes narrowed, sensing the energy long before the figure arrived.

Then — boom — the golden light exploded into a humanoid shape.

A tall man in a yellow striped suit, black glasses, and a laid-back expression hovered in the air, hands in pockets.

"Hmm~ you're the guy who caused all this, huh?"

ruem simply tilted his head.

Kizaru floated down to the ground, standing just a few ters away.

"You killed a Celestial Dragon. You know what that ans, right~?"

ruem stared at him. Calm. Still.

"No regrets."

Kizaru sighed. "So fast... so reckless. You're a bold one."

"Are you strong?" ruem finally asked.

Kizaru blinked.

"Ooh~ dangerous question."

In a flash of yellow light, Kizaru vanished and appeared behind ruem, attempting a powerful kick with the speed of light itself.

ruem's tail moved.

Clang!

The two forces collided — shockwaves tore trees from their roots.

And then...

The sky above Sabaody turned gold and black — as two monsters clashed.
