The reasons Uchiha Chiga could "subdue" Marcarita were mainly twofold:

first, his strength far surpassed hers, and second—his divine cooking skills.

After tasting his cooking once, Marcarita was completely captivated. She refused to return to her Universe until she had sampled every recipe Chiga could make.

And truly, Chiga's efficiency in the kitchen was astonishing. Ingredients floated gracefully in the air—washing, slicing, and cooking all happening at once. His imnse ntal power allowed him to multitask with flawless precision; the timing and seasoning of each dish were perfect. Before long, the table was filled with a dazzling array of als.

Marcarita's eyes sparkled with delight as she gazed at the feast before her. She picked up her chopsticks to grab a piece of glistening sweet and sour pork ribs, but Vados gently swatted her hand away.

"Forgot your manners again?" Vados said calmly, giving her sister a sidelong look. "What do you say before eating?"

Marcarita froze, her expression stiff. She glanced toward Chiga, and under his playful gaze, she clasped her hands together and said obediently,

"Thank you, Chiga-san. You've worked hard!"

Chiga smiled and nodded slightly. Marcarita bead, eagerly reaching for her chopsticks again.

"I'm digging in!"

But before she could taste even a bite, a knock echoed from the door.

Vados sighed and patted her sister's head.

"Wait, we have a guest."

Marcarita nearly teared up. All I wanted was one rib—why is the universe against ?!

She slamd her chopsticks down and grumbled,

"I'll get it! I want to see who dares interrupt at alti!"

Muttering, she stord off toward the entrance, her twin tails swaying in frustration.

anwhile, Lazuli gently tugged on Chiga's sleeve.

"Could it be Lapis back already?"

Chiga shook his head, exchanging a knowing glance with Vados.

"No, it's not him. This guest isn't ordinary. Their ki is perfectly concealed."

Just as he said that, Marcarita's voice ca from the door.

"Whis? Why are you here again?"

Whis raised an eyebrow, his tone dry.

"Why can't I co? This is my Universe, you know. Also, why are you still here?"

Marcarita folded her arms and retorted,

"What do you an 'your Universe'? I'll go wherever I please, thank you very much!"

Whis sighed in defeat. "Alright, alright, can you at least step aside? I ca because I have sothing important to discuss."

Marcarita pouted. "Hmm… Can you co back later?"

Whis blinked. "Why? Is there sothing inside I shouldn't see?"

He couldn't have guessed that Marcarita simply didn't want another pair of chopsticks at the table.

Before she could co up with another excuse, Vados's calm voice ca from inside,

"Oh, it's Whis. Co in quickly, we're just about to eat."

At the ntion of food, Whis imdiately perked up and brushed past Marcarita with enthusiasm.

"I knew I slled sothing incredible! Perfect timing—let's talk while we eat!"

Marcarita rolled her eyes dramatically before rushing back inside, only to find Whis had already taken her seat.

With a sigh, Chiga conjured a small stool for her. Though reluctant, Marcarita sat down obediently, staring longingly at the dishes she had yet to taste.

Whis, anwhile, was marveling at the table.

"Such an impressive spread! Did Chiga-san prepare all of this?"

Vados smiled lightly. "I was just as surprised the first ti I saw him cook. Go on, try it."

Whis, ever polite, looked toward Chiga for approval. Once Chiga nodded, Whis began eating eagerly. Seeing that, Marcarita could no longer restrain herself and quickly joined in.

Monts later, the once-lavish table was spotless—cleaner, even, than Marcarita's shining face.

Whis leaned back, rubbing his full stomach. "That was absolutely divine! I never expected Uchiha Chiga to possess such skill!"

Marcarita nudged her stool forward. "Whis, stop praising and rember—didn't you have sothing important to tell us earlier?"

Whis froze, eyes widening as realization struck. He had been so focused on eating that he'd forgotten the matter concerning the survival of the entire Universe.

He quickly explained what the Grand Minister had told him—but conveniently skipped the part about verifying Chiga's character.

After all, once you've enjoyed soone's cooking, it's hard to stay objective. In Whis's mind, anyone who could create food that heavenly couldn't possibly be evil.

Upon hearing that Universes were at risk of erasure, everyone's expressions turned grim.

Lazuli looked to Chiga with concern.

"Chiga, what kind of god is this Grand Zeno? Erasing entire Universes on a whim? He sounds even worse than that rabbit-looking god from before!"

The three Angels nearly panicked, waving their hands in alarm. Marcarita, sitting closest to Lazuli, even covered the android's mouth with both hands, whispering frantically,

"Don't say things like that! If Zen-Oh hears you, we're done for! We wouldn't even have ti to use the Super Dragon Balls!"

Chiga frowned slightly, deep in thought. This situation was tricky. He personally didn't fear Zen-Oh's erasure—being an outsider to this dinsion—but Lazuli and the others were native to the Dragon Ball Universe.

If Zen-Oh truly decided to erase everything, they wouldn't stand a chance.

A cold glint flashed through Chiga's eyes. Zeno is a dangerous variable. He began to seriously consider whether eliminating Zen-Oh preemptively might be necessary. But Zen-Oh's true strength was unknown—acting rashly could spell disaster.

For now, it was best to follow Whis's advice: collect the Super Dragon Balls as a safeguard.

Unaware of Chiga's thoughts, Whis continued his explanation about the orbs.

Vados suddenly interrupted him, her tone even.

"I already have six Super Dragon Balls in my possession. If you need them, I can bring them here."

Marcarita's eyes widened. "You've already collected that many? That's incredible! So you've been preparing for this all along! No wonder you're always so calm when I bring it up."

Vados gave her a sidelong glance. "Our Universe isn't as strong as yours, so I had to be cautious. And besides, you rember what happened to those six other Universes."

Marcarita nodded firmly. "That's true! But our Universe is the strongest, after all!"

Vados raised an eyebrow and smirked faintly before glancing toward Chiga.

"Is that so? Then tell —if your Universe is the strongest, how do you count the Seventh Universe…

the one that has him?"

Marcarita fell silent, her lips twitching as she realized she had no coback.
