In a flash, his fragnted limbs flew toward each other and reassembled. Chiga imdiately recognized the ability—it was the Chop-Chop Fruit, originally used by Buggy. Clearly, as long as Zero-shiki remained bound to the Ten-Tails, he could tap into any Devil Fruit ability. The question was whether he could access abilities that had already been absorbed into Chiga's Rinnegan.
anwhile, Zero-shiki tried to draw upon Chiga's power. If he used a Fruit already in use by another, that person would temporarily lose access to it. Yet, no matter how hard he tried, he couldn't detect the Door-Door Fruit anymore—it had sohow broken free from the Ten-Tails' influence.
With a cold snort, Zero-shiki muttered,

Just then, Susanoo drew its longsword and swung at the Ten-Tails. No blade of energy erged, only silence.
Zero-shiki's expression tightened.
"Not good... That's the power of the Op-Op Fruit!"

A clean, invisible cut split the Ten-Tails down the middle. Zero-shiki tried to reassemble it using the Chop-Chop Fruit's power but was thwarted by an unseen spatial barrier preventing reformation.
Seizing the mont, Chiga opened the diamond-shaped space at Susanoo's crown. The twelve Truth-Seeking Orbs behind him spun faster, rging into one enormous, black orb—like a sun born of shadow.
Susanoo lifted the orb high above, wings spreading wide, then ascended into the sky.
Upon seeing it, for the first ti, fear flickered across Zero-shiki's face. He stopped his attempts to repair the Ten-Tails, his red Rinnegan glowing furiously.
Chiga looked down at his enemy and said calmly,
"Return to the void. Suigan no Masshō."
Susanoo hurled the massive orb toward the earth. Zero-shiki's eyes widened, cold sweat beading on his forehead as the orb descended.
A blinding red light enveloped Zero-shiki, and a heartbeat later, the orb slamd into the Red Line.
There was no explosion, no sound. The land simply... vanished. The entire Red Line dissolved into absolute nothingness, as if it had never been there.
Fortunately, Sengoku and the fleet had retreated in ti. Had they stayed, they would've been erased completely by the devastating force of the attack.
Susanoo dissipated, and Chiga narrowed his eyes, scanning the strange red energy below.
As the glow faded, Zero-shiki was revealed—still alive. He held a small orb of black fla in one hand, his gaze cold as he t Chiga's.
He had used Omoikane—a Rinnegan dōjutsu that temporarily severed one's existence from reality itself. Regardless of spatial or temporal attacks, Omoikane allowed the user to phase through all of it.
Even Suigan no Masshō, a Jade orb erasure technique, which obliterated space itself, couldn't touch him while he used it. However, the dōjutsu ca at a price—it couldn't be used again for nearly an hour, and Chiga's Truth-Seeking Orbs would regenerate far more quickly.
Looking at the twelve smaller orbs reforming behind Chiga, Zero-shiki realized the Ten-Tails was nearly drained of energy. Another of that Suigan no Masshō, and he'd be erased for good.
His grip tightened on the orb of black fla.
Chiga watched as Zero-shiki swallowed the orb whole.
Black flas erupted from his body, engulfing him in searing pain. He roared, the agony threatening to tear him apart.
Without hesitation, Chiga transford one of his Truth-Seeking Orbs into a black spear and launched it downward.
The flas around Zero-shiki surged, forming a giant dark hand that caught the spear mid-flight and crushed it effortlessly.
Chiga frowned, then dove toward him. But before he could close the distance, Zero-shiki unleashed a furious roar. A wave of terrifying power surged outward, halting Chiga's advance mid-air.
The black flas receded into Zero-shiki's body. His eyes turned pitch black, and a Twelve Tomoe Rinnegan—identical to the Ten-Tails'—opened on his forehead. His deanor twisted with madness.
"This world no longer has aning! Beco part of my power—including you, Uchiha Chiga!"
With that cry, a beam of red light burst from the eye on his forehead, piercing the heavens.
The dark clouds above were torn apart, revealing a blood-red sun, etched with the Twelve Tomoe Rinnegan.
All across the world, people looked skyward in horror as a deep, instinctual fear gripped their hearts.
The red sun released waves of scarlet light, and wherever it touched, life was transford. Humans and creatures alike beca white cocoons, suspended in the air.
The light reached beneath the oceans as well, capturing even the Sea Kings. In seconds, the entire pirate World was wrapped in eerie silence.
The beam reached Chiga too, but unlike the others, he did not transform.
He stared directly at the red sun and muttered solemnly,
"Infinite Tsukuyomi."
In the original world, both Naruto with Six Paths Sage Mode and Sasuke with the Rinnegan could resist the Infinite Tsukuyomi. Sasuke's Susanoo could even shield others.
Now, bearing both legacies, Chiga stood untouched beneath the crimson sky.
