A faint smile appeared on Kyle's lips, and in the face of this attack, he simply spread his arms wide, appearing as if he would offer no resistance.

As he roared, Kaido's body rapidly expanded, transforming back into his Azure Dragon form.

As Kaido bellowed, flas surged from all over his body, enveloping and wrapping around him, forming a massive fire dragon that encased him within.
The fire dragon's size was much larger than Kaido's previous Azure Dragon form.
Moreover, the flas burning on Kaido were not the ordinary orange-yellow color, but took on a crimson hue.
Waves of heat blasted forward, and even from a great distance, Kyle could feel the searing temperature within.
The flas on Kaido's fire dragon were far more powerful than ordinary flas; in the original story, anything that ca into contact with this attack was instantly lted.
This once again proved the famous saying: The Fla-Fla Fruit? Even a dog wouldn't eat it!
Of course, this is in no way ant to disrespect Ace.
After encasing himself in this outer shell, Kaido didn't hesitate for a mont, roaring as he charged straight at Kyle.
The heat wave struck Kyle a mont before Kaido did, but it had no effect on him whatsoever.
One could only say that Kaido's thinking wasn't very sound.
If he were facing a close-combat fighter, a powerhouse who relied on physical prowess, this move would be very effective, since the extre temperature of his flas wasn't sothing ordinary Armant Haki could withstand.

A colossal figure plumted from the sky, crashing onto the island below, once again blasting a massive crater into the ground.
But this ti, after the impact, aside from the sounds of the ground cracking and debris flying from the shockwaves, there was no further movent.
Kyle's form slowly descended from the sky to the edge of the crater, looking down. Dust filled the air, obscuring his vision.
Kyle simply stood quietly at the crater's edge, exhaling deeply to steady his own breathing.
Before long, footsteps approached, and Zoro slowly ca to stand beside Kyle, also gazing down into the crater, and asked softly:
"All done?"
Though phrased as a question, Zoro's tone was utterly certain.
"Yeah!"
Kyle responded softly.
Zoro clicked his tongue twice again.
"Fighting for three whole days and nights, you two are pretty enduring!!"
That's right, a full three days and nights had passed since the battle between Kaido and Kyle began, and only recently had the victor been decided.
As the dust gradually cleared, Kaido's body could be seen lying quietly at the bottom of the crater, his entire form having turned into 'Black Kaido'!
His whole body was covered in scorched black marks, and countless crisscrossing sword wounds covered his body, yet no blood flowed, because the flesh on the surface of Kaido's body had long been cooked by the lightning.
Kyle looked down at Kaido and spoke softly:
"It's only natural. That guy Kaido is an Emperor; he's well-rounded in all aspects, and his overall combat strength is either first or second among the current Emperors!"
"Beating him naturally takes so doing."
"Three days' ti is within acceptable limits."
If this were the tiline of the original story, Shanks might have been the strongest of the Emperors at that point, but there's no doubt that Shanks is currently the weakest among them.
After all, he still has a considerable age gap compared to Emperors like Kaido and Whitebeard.
As for not being certain whether he's the strongest, it's because Kyle isn't sure about Whitebeard's current physical condition or how much of his strength remains.
If it were a pri Whitebeard, then there's no question—Whitebeard would be stronger, without a doubt!
But Kaido is also extrely strong; otherwise, Kyle wouldn't have needed to spend such a long ti.
Even though his current raw power has surpassed Kaido's, it's not by an overwhelming margin, so defeating Kaido still required ti to wear him down.
Still, it's not bad; compared to Aokiji and Akainu fighting for ten days and ten nights, this was relatively fast.
