Luffy wasn't particularly surprised that Olivia had managed to create video gas. After all, the technological advancents in the world of One Piece were notoriously inconsistent.

People had invented televisions and computers long ago, and Vegapunk would soon develop holographic imaging. Gion had even received a handheld console as a gift once, sothing Olivia had been fascinated by. She had borrowed it, studied it obsessively, and now, it seed, her ingenuity had given rise to an entire gaming city.

As Luffy mulled over this, he suddenly realized why the na The Rose and the Nightingale felt familiar. Back at Marine Headquarters, Olivia had used the exact sa na for her clothing store.

"She's so lazy," Luffy muttered with a chuckle. "She didn't even bother changing the na."

Before he could dwell on it further, he turned to Hancock with a question. "What did those two receptionists an earlier? Why can n only access the first three floors?"

Hancock sneered, her tone dripping with sarcasm. "Oh, that's nothing. Originally, Olivia didn't want to let n in at all. Her plan was to make this place a private paradise exclusively for won."

She crossed her arms. "Her idea was to cater only to female custors, offering free als and unlimited access to all the attractions for beautiful won. She called it a paradise, but let's be honest—it was going to be her personal harem."

Luffy snorted. "A paradise for won? More like her super harem."

Hancock nodded knowingly. "Exactly. But the plan changed. The location was perfect, and the gas were unique. It quickly beca popular, drawing in beautiful won from all over, including geishas and prostitutes after their shifts. Naturally, n took notice and started clamoring to get in."

She continued, "Eventually, Olivia struck a deal with a powerful Mama-san. In exchange for opening the lower three floors to male custors, the Mama-san agreed to provide won from all over Wano to work here. They serve as bartenders, hostesses, or gaming companions—and sotis offer other services for a price."

Luffy raised an eyebrow, impressed despite himself. "So it's like a club mixed with an arcade," he said. "She even made it a full entertainnt package. Olivia's a genius—and a nace."

He sighed. "Good thing this kind of business is legal here. If it wasn't, I'd have to shut her down myself."

Arriving at the 8th Floor

The elevator dinged softly as it reached the eighth floor. Luffy took a deep breath, preparing to see what Olivia's ga city looked like.

When the doors slid open, he was greeted by a peculiar sight. Olivia stood in the center of the room, looking like a guilty child caught red-handed. Beside her, Yamato lounged casually, grinning as if she had nothing to do with the situation.

Even more surprising was the presence of Alpha, a CP agent. Her disheveled appearance raised more questions than answers, and Luffy couldn't help but wonder what she had been up to.

But what truly caught his attention was the figure standing off to the side, a woman he recognized imdiately, stepped forward with grace. She placed her hands on her abdon and bowed deeply, her voice calm and respectful.

"It's an honor, Lord Luffy," she said. "I didn't expect to et you again."

Luffy's eyes narrowed slightly as he recalled her. The woman had once served Kozuki Sukiyaki and was known for her boldness. Her actions had left a strong impression on him.

"Masako, isn't it?" Luffy said. "If I rember correctly, you did well and were rewarded for your efforts. But weren't you stationed in the Flower Capital? What brings you here?"

Masako's surprise was evident as she straightened up, her face lighting up with gratitude. "I'm honored that you rember , Lord Luffy," she said, bowing again. "The reward you gave allowed to expand my izakaya. Later, I heard about your efforts to recruit workers for Onigashima. Rembering your kindness, I brought my business and other like-minded sisters to this place."

She paused, her gaze steady. "By chance, I had the opportunity to cooperate with Lady Olivia. It's thanks to her that I'm here today."

Luffy nodded, his expression softening. Masako's explanation seed straightforward, but he understood the risks she had taken. Wano had been isolated for years, and leaving the safety of the Flower Capital to start anew on Onigashima was no small feat. It required vision, courage, and an unshakable belief in his mission.

"You've done well," Luffy said. "Thank you for your support. I'll make sure your efforts are rewarded."

Masako bowed deeply again, her gratitude clear. "Your praise ans everything to , Lord Luffy."
