...

If Enel could awaken Observation Haki at such a young age, without training, his talent was incredible. With so guidance, he would be a top-tier talent.

But Arthur's mories of the Skypiea arc were hazy. It had been too long since he had watched the ani. He vaguely rembered that there was a "Mantra" training thod on Sky Island. It seed like Enel himself had ntioned it.

If Birka really had a thod for training Observation Haki, Arthur wouldn't mind taking it first. After all, he had awakened it a few days ago, but he didn't know how to use or improve it. Having a specific direction was better than fumbling around in the dark.

Perhaps because he had found a "kindred spirit," also without wings, Enel was much more talkative. He said excitedly, "I could have fought them. I used to win our fights. But after I beat them, they would tell their parents, and then..."

He looked indignant. Arthur realized that Enel was just a naive child right now. He wasn't the ruthless tyrant who would destroy an entire island without a second thought.

Can't you just call for backup if you can't win? Where was the fairness in that? Relying on your parents was a skill too.

Arthur understood this logic from his past life.

Enel didn't know what he was thinking. He continued, "I learned this ability from a book my parents left . It's called Mantra, I've been practicing it since I was little. Big brother, if you want, I can teach you!"

He looked at Arthur with hopeful eyes. He wanted to show off to his "kindred spirit," to be acknowledged.

Arthur looked at Enel's innocent eyes. He suddenly felt a little evil, a twinge of guilt. He had just been thinking about stealing the Observation Haki training thod and then killing Enel after taking the Rumble-Rumble Fruit.

'Once I steal your Rumble-Rumble Fruit, I'll find you a decent fruit to compensate,' he thought to himself.

"No worries, I'll co to your place later to take a look. I hope you won't hide it from then." Arthur pushed away the guilt. He patted Enel's fluffy head.

"Really? That's great..." Enel shouted excitedly. He couldn't contain his joy.

He had never been this happy before.

"Cough cough!" Arthur considered himself a villain, a ruthless killer. But even he couldn't stand a child's innocent gaze. He had to change the subject. "By the way, since your parents left you sothing, where are they?"

"On the Endless Vearth." Enel's chatterbox was open. He was circling around Arthur, answering every question. "I will definitely go to the Endless Vearth and find them one day."

Endless Vearth was the moon. Skypieans longed for land. They believed the Endless Vearth was their best destination.

'Poor kid,' Arthur thought. He pitied Enel's parents for three seconds.

Most of his questions had been answered. The kids who had beaten Enel said he had stolen the "ship" blueprints. It was probably because Enel wanted to build the "Ark Maxim," himself, to fly to the Endless Vearth.

"Well, good luck!"

"Yeah!"

...

They chatted for a while. Arthur made up an excuse and parted ways with Enel. After all, he was busy. He needed to find the Rumble-Rumble Fruit, his dream.

But before that, maybe he should get his hands on the Observation Haki training thod? And steal the blueprints for "Maxim" hidden in the village?

Of course, Arthur had no interest in the so-called Endless Vearth, He wanted the Maxim because that ship was practically tailor-made for the Rumble-Rumble Fruit's user.

A pirate ship powered by electricity was a hundred tis more advanced than one powered by wind!

Arthur was incredibly excited about it. Just imagine, in the future, he would pilot this golden ship across the Red Line. He would fire a shot at Mary Geoise from the sky. How aweso would that be?

The Celestial Dragons could only stare. They couldn't do anything to him. Or maybe soone with aerial abilities could try to surround him? Would the Rumble-Rumble Fruit fear aerial combat?

Upper Yard had endless gold. It was the perfect material for building the Maxim.

When the blueprints and materials were all gathered. With the addition of Sky Island's various and magical Dials, this ship would surpass the "Thousand Sunny," the "Oro Jackson," and the "Moby Dick" the mont it was born!

Thinking about this, he was itching to get started. He wanted to make this divine ship a reality.

...

He followed Enel all the way. Without alerting him, Arthur entered Enel's dilapidated and cramped ho. He searched around. He quickly found the "Mantra" training thod.

The training thod for Observation Haki was actually very simple. Arthur had already awakened it, so he skipped the beginning and flipped to the back.

He found a corner and started reading. The more he read, the more shocked he beca.

Arthur was certain. The person who left this training thod must have been a strong user of Observation Haki.

The book said that as long as a creature was alive, it would emit a unique sound. It could be heard. Not only that, even inanimate objects had sounds. But hearing the sounds of inanimate objects was extrely difficult.

Wasn't this just like Gol D. Roger's ability to hear the Voice of All Things?

He excitedly continued reading. By the end, even a person's thoughts, their life force, predicting death, and glimpses of the future were all ntioned in the book.

This was a comprehensive encyclopedia of all Observation Haki developnt paths.

"Unbelievable!" Arthur almost laughed out loud. This book was invaluable to him. He hadn't expected such a gain from coming to Sky Island. Even if he couldn't find the Rumble-Rumble Fruit, it would be worth it.

He had awakened Observation Haki innately. It was much stronger than those who trained for it. He could try to train in all the highest levels and developnt paths of Observation Haki.

If he succeeded, with the amplification of the Rumble-Rumble Fruit, who on the Grand Line could say their Observation Haki was stronger than his? Roger, Fujitora, Otohi?

He put the book back in its place. He made sure it looked untouched. Arthur searched the dark room. He hid a Light Dial in his clothes. He carefully looked for any sign of the Rumble-Rumble Fruit.

Enel's parents had left him the "Mantra" training thod. Maybe they had also left him the Rumble-Rumble Fruit. Arthur wouldn't give up any possibility.

anwhile, Enel was outside, preparing food. Arthur quickly searched.
