Three Mythical Zoan fruit clashing with each other.
Of course, it was only natural that everyone mistook Arthur's power for the Red Dragon Fruit.
But regardless of how it was interpreted, a battle between three Mythical Zoan users was sothing the world rarely—if ever—witnessed. Each of these fruits was a terrifying force on its own, but to see all three clash on the sa battlefield? That was the kind of spectacle one might only witness once in a lifeti.
And so—
Two young monsters stood against an Admiral of the old era.
No one had ever imagined such a scene.
Who would win—the old guard's experience, or the new generation's rebellion?
No one could say.
But the battle had already begun.
—
"Lion Roar!"
"Blast Breath!"
"ROAR!!!"
All three unleashed their might at once.
Wind, lightning, and fla erupted from Vixen's jaws in a storming shockwave.
Kaido answered with a blazing torrent of heat.
Arthur followed with his own infernal breath.
BOOOOM!
In an instant, a mushroom cloud rose high into the sky.
The sky split. The earth cracked.
Reality itself seed to tremble under their combined might.
The three figures vanished from sight, moving at speeds beyond comprehension.
"Lion Claws!"
Vixen's talons, wrapped in dark violet lightning, tore toward Kaido to rip him apart.
"Wind King's Claw!"
Arthur raised his hand without fear, eting the Admiral's attack head-on.
"Diamond Drill!"
Kaido followed through imdiately—his kanabo swung down like a giant sword, hurling out a shockwave of condensed force.
The three-way lee truly began.
It was like watching the myths of ancient tis co to life.
Beasts that should have existed only in legend—now clashing before their very eyes.
The roars of battle echoed through the valley. The shockwaves alone tore half the battlefield apart.
"ROAR!!!"
Vixen transford fully—his Machus beast form took shape, a colossal lion with eyes burning like suns.
From high above, the beast looked down upon the two dragons below.
"Lion Roar!"
The four elents fused into a single devastating beam that rained down from the sky, powerful enough to annihilate anything in its path.
"ROAR!!!"
Arthur t it with his own torrent of fire, refusing to yield.
Kaido, anwhile, twisted into his full serpentine Azure Dragon form, spinning through the air like a living cyclone.
"Tatsumaki! (Dragon Twister)"
Towering whirlwinds engulfed the giant lion completely.
For a mont, the three forces collided—then an ear-splitting explosion shattered the standoff.
The three titans reverted to their hybrid forms, their human-beast silhouettes resuming the brawl anew.
Each strike was faster, fiercer, and deadlier than the last.
Clang! Crack! Boom!
The sound of combat filled the sky.
Each blow was answered by another; every attack countered perfectly.
Arthur's Red Dragon bloodline, Kaido's Mythical Zoan resilience, and Vixen's Machus regeneration—their endurance bordered on divine.
Defense? aningless. They didn't need it.
Real n settled things with their fists.
Each clash brought them closer to the brink of death—and they welcod it.
---
The shockwaves rolled across the island. Marines could hardly believe what they were seeing.
A Marine Admiral—held at bay by two rookies?
The idea was absurd. Yet it was happening before their eyes.
"Kill them!"
"GAHHHHHHH!"
The pirates scread in triumph.
Their voices thundered across the valley: "Even our trainee crewn can fight an Admiral! What chance do the Marines have?!"
Their morale soared like wildfire.
---
anwhile, on another side of the battlefield—
Gion staggered back, gasping for breath.
She couldn't understand it.
She had given her all—and yet, the man before her, Galahad, hadn't even taken a step forward.
He stood still, calm, unshaken, his blade always intercepting hers at the very last possible instant.
Her frustration grew unbearable.
Galahad's eyes remained serene.
For him, this was a simple duty—a king's order that could not be failed.
And though he was rciful by nature, he was no less absolute in his resolve.
In pure technique, Galahad and Gion were close—perhaps a 60–40 split at most.
But Gion's heart was no longer steady, and that made all the difference.
Her mind wavered; his did not.
Calmness—that was the true source of Galahad's strength.
And in swordsmanship alone, he utterly crushed her.
That was why she found herself spiraling toward despair.
—
"Rabbit's Shadow!"
Gion leapt once more, striking with her golden blade.
Yet every ti her attack fell, Galahad's sword t it—precisely, effortlessly, as though he'd foreseen her every move.
That precision drove her mad.
Her hands trembled on the hilt.
Galahad, expression unchanged, finally spoke:
"Gion, your heart is in turmoil. Unless you overco the chains within it, you will be forever broken by them."
He said no more.
For a knight of the Holy Grail to offer such words, even to an enemy, was rare rcy indeed.
Gion fell silent, stunned.
Her opponent—her enemy—had just shown her compassion.
Across the field, Vice Admiral Tsuru briefly glanced their way.
Through the power of her Wash-Wash Fruit, she could sense purity and corruption alike—and she could see it clearly: Galahad's heart was kind.
That puzzled her deeply.
Why would a man like this serve the Rocks Pirates?
No… wait. He hadn't claid to be one of them.
He called himself a knight of Arthur.
That realization struck her like lightning.
"Arthur Pendragon… what are you?"
Her eyes turned to the crimson dragon fighting in the distance.
Through her enhanced Observation Haki, she glimpsed the spirit within him—
A roaring Red Dragon. A raging Lion.
A king's heart.
Tsuru whispered to herself,
"Within his soul, I see a dragon that roars and a lion that never yields…"
---
"Wind King's Hamr!"
"Thunder Bagua!"
"Lion Claws!"
Arthur, Kaido, and Vixen clashed once more.
Their bodies heaved with exhaustion—each breathing heavily.
Even with their monstrous stamina, their muscles scread.
Their battle had long since passed the limits of normal endurance; they were fighting on sheer willpower alone.
Arthur laughed softly.
"Admiral Vixen… it seems your strength ends here. I'll use your blood to forge my future."
"Wororororo!" Kaido bellowed with delight.
"The blood of an Admiral! There aren't many alive who can claim that! I'm loving this!"
Indeed—no one in modern history had ever recorded a clear victory over a Marine Admiral.
The only exceptions were the Rocks Pirates' captain, Rocks D. Xebec, who had slain Admirals and even the Fleet Admiral of his ti—but Rocks was a monster beyond mortal asure, incomparable to anyone else.
—
Vixen laughed loudly.
"Oi, oi! You think two brats like you can take down? Don't get cocky!"
Arthur and Kaido exchanged a glance, their eyes filled with killing intent.
They rembered well their first humiliating defeat at Vixen's hands at G-1 Base—a loss that haunted them ever since.
Now they would reclaim that pride.
They would use the blood of an Admiral to declare to the world:
A new era has begun.
—
SWOOSH!
The three figures clashed once again—faster, harder, more savage than before.
This was no longer a duel. It was war to the death.
"Die!"
"Bastard!"
"Don't get ahead of yourselves!"
"I'll tear you apart!"
Their shouts rged with the thunder of their strikes.
CRACK!
Vixen's claw tore through Kaido's chest, sending blood spraying.
Arthur's sword, in turn, pierced straight through the Admiral's abdon.
At the sa mont, Vixen's counterblow drove a claw through Arthur's gut, while Kaido's kanabo shattered the Admiral's arm.
The three titans bled and laughed, ignoring the pain.
There was no turning back now—only one thought burned in their minds:
KILL.
"Lion King's ROARRRRR!!!!"
"EXU—CALIBURRRRRR—!!"
Vixen stepped back, summoning a surge of energy.
His roar gathered into a colossal shockwave that lted and crushed everything before it.
It was his full power—his ultimate attack.
Arthur's grip tightened around his invisible sword as he gathered every ounce of his magic into it.
Golden light erupted, eting the oncoming blast head-on.
Who was afraid of whom now?
At the sa ti, Kaido soared into the sky, spinning his kanabo with both hands.
Though he could not yet coat it with Conqueror's Haki, his Armant Haki was so dense it crackled with black lightning.
Two dragons descended together.
CRACK! BOOM!
Kaido's kanabo slamd down onto Vixen's head—
and in that instant of impact, Arthur's Excalibur-like blast engulfed the Admiral completely.
The shockwave tore through the sky.
The world stilled.
Smoke blanketed the field.
No one dared to breathe.
...
As the haze slowly cleared…
Two silhouettes erged side by side.
They stood tall, unmoving, their gazes cast toward the horizon.
The era of the old lions had ended.
And from the ashes—
A new age had begun.
