Then, Caesar first turned to look at Doflamingo beside him.

Doflamingo nodded, stood up, looked around, and cleared his throat.
Since he was waiting for the new version of the Evolution Potion to avoid becoming a muscle-bound brute, Doflamingo, at just over three ters tall, had beco the veritable shorty in this gathering.
