Many Revolutionary Army mbers and officers exchanged uneasy glances, so appearing lost and uncertain.
The World Governnt they had fought so hard to overthrow was now facing an unprecedented crisis.
It was highly likely that the governnt would fall—not by their hands, but by Lucifer's.
At that point, the Revolutionary Army would have no reason to exist.
Many revolutionaries had believed they would be the ones to bring down the World Governnt.
Yet now, they were nothing more than bystanders to history.
Dragon's expression remained unreadable as he spoke in a low voice.

Dragon's words cald the restless emotions of the Revolutionary Army mbers, and many began to nod in agreent.

Suddenly, strong gusts of wind blew across the island.
A black shadow appeared in the sky, rapidly descending.
Lucifer looked up and saw a massive bat soaring toward him.
His eyes flickered with recognition.
"Red Earl Ryder."

The bat swooped down, dropping a crimson stone right at Lucifer's feet.
"I got what you asked for."
The Red Earl hovered above the Poneglyph, then transford back into his human form.
With the guidance of a permanent Log Pose, Ryder had effortlessly tracked down the hidden Road Poneglyph and brought it back.
The pirates at the banquet turned their heads toward the ancient stone.
Among the Nether Pirates' top officers, all of them knew what this ant.
"The final Road Poneglyph..."
Enel's eyes lit up as he turned to Lucifer, his voice filled with excitent.
"Captain! With this... are we finally heading to Laugh Tale?"
"We finally have the last Road Poneglyph!"
"So it really was hidden by Lodestar Island—no wonder no one could find it!"
"The pirates who hoarded it really were cunning!"
Lucifer ran his hand across the ancient text, feeling the deep history carved into its surface.
Then, he turned his head slightly and spoke just one word—
"Robin."
As soon as the voice fell, the crowd parted, allowing Nico Robin to step forward.
"Give it to you."
"Yes, Captain!"
At this mont, Robin knew she could no longer resist Lucifer.
Deep down, she was unwilling to guide him to Raftel and help him beco the Pirate King. But reality left her with no choice.
Soon, Robin deciphered the contents of the Road Poneglyph.
"Captain!"
With sharp eyes and quick reflexes, Enel swiftly spread a massive map onto the table. The gathered officers and pirates leaned in, their gazes fixed on it.
This was a detailed map of the New World, ticulously drawn by the Nether Pirates—far more precise than any map before it.
Three islands were already marked. These were the locations indicated by the first three Road Poneglyphs.
Lucifer marked the fourth and final island. The four locations now ford a distinct shape, pinpointing a central location.
At the heart of these four islands lay nothing but ocean—no landmass was recorded on the map.
But everyone had expected this.
The last island, Raftel, had only ever been reached by the Roger Pirates. Its existence remained a closely guarded secret, uncharted on any map.
"There it is! Raftel!"
"Captain, when do we set sail?"
"Once we reach Raftel, the captain will be the Pirate King!"
"After that, the captain will crush the World Governnt! Then, Lucifer won't just be the Pirate King—he'll be the king of the world, surpassing even Roger!"
"Let's go! Right now! No delays!"
"Captain!"

"Captain Lucifer!!!"
The cheers of countless pirates erupted like a tidal wave, shaking the heavens.
The celebration stopped imdiately.
A banquet could be held at any ti. But the journey to Raftel? That could not wait.

Lucifer rolled up the map and gave the order.

"TO RAFTEL!!!"
A deafening roar filled the air, shaking the very sea itself.
One by one, the pirates rushed to their ships, excitent burning in their eyes.
The mighty fleet of the Nether Pirates began its journey—toward Raftel.
For 800 years, only the Roger Pirates had ever reached that island.
But now, Lucifer and his crew were about to beco the second!
And this ti, they would surpass Roger himself!
