At the deepest part of Marinford, a colossal military fortress with The words "Marine Headquarters" were prominently displayed. The fortress was built with blue and white walls, adorned with nurous heavy cannons, and surrounded by several massive Marine warships anchored in the bay.

At the summit of the Red Line, within a circular council chamber, five elderly n were scattered throughout the hall, so seated, others standing.

They bore a mysterious title known to the entire world—the "Five Elders."

The supre rulers of the World Governnt and its pillars of support.

Before them, several individuals knelt, dressed in Marine uniforms. They were the soldiers who had been released by Bob on the luxurious cruise ship of the Celestial Dragons.

"A Celestial Dragon has died! The Heavenly Tribute has been stolen!"

"What were you all doing?!"

One of the Five Elders, dressed in a black suit and holding a cane, roared in anger.

The other four Elders also wore grim expressions. The death of a Celestial Dragon carried imnse responsibility and severely damaged the World Governnt's authority.

"Tell us everything that happened, in detail!"

Another Elder with a long beard spoke, his voice commanding and authoritative, compelling obedience.

Upon hearing this, the Marines broke into a cold sweat, their faces trembling uncontrollably. One of them, slightly more composed, began to speak.

"After collecting the Heavenly Tribute from several nations, Lord Charles was returning to the Holy Land, Mary Geoise. During the voyage, a small boat appeared in the distance, moving at an incredible speed and getting closed to the luxury cruise ship."

"Seeing this, Lord Charles ordered the cruise ship to ram the small boat. However, when the collision occurred, instead of being killed in the sea, the two individuals on the boat suddenly appeared on the cruise ship."

"According to the bounty posters, they were Bob and Kaido of the Rocks Pirates!"

Hearing this, the Five Elders furrowed their brows. Bob, as a fighter of the Rocks Pirates and their commander, had already demonstrated considerable strength during the previous attack on a Marine base.

"Bob had expressed a desire to board Lord Chales ship. His attitude was strikingly confident he even showed great respect toward Lord Charles and the Celestial Dragons. But then Kaido called Lord Charles a… a.... a... "Stupid pig".

At this point, the Marine paused, glancing at the Five Elders. Their faces were dark, but they gesture him to continue.

"After being insulted, Lord Charles was extrely furious and nearly fell. At that mont, Bob kindly helped him up, preventing him from falling!"

"But... but after that, Lord Charles suddenly, for so unknown reason, vomited blood and collapsed... dead!"

"He touched him? And then Charles died?"

One of the Five Elders, his face as dark as storm clouds, asked in a slow, deliberate tone.

"Yes, I saw it with my own eyes!"

"I saw it too, it happened exactly like that!"

The other Marines chid in, corroborating the story and confirming its authenticity.

Upon hearing this, the five elders were visibly shocked. Suddenly, one of them seed to recall sothing, his brow furrowing deeply as he spoke.

"It must be the advanced application of Armant Haki—'Internal Destruction!'"

"He was the one who directly caused the death of the Celestial Dragon!"

The other four were equally stunned. The advanced use of Armant Haki wasn't sothing unfamiliar to them; they were capable of it. However, none of them had imdiately thought of it in this context.

After all, it was unheard of for soone so young to master "Internal Destruction."

"Bob's strength might be even more terrifying than we imagined!"

"What about the three CP0 agents who were protecting Chaos?"

At this mont, the long-bearded elder, still in shock, rembered that there were indeed three CP0 agents present.

The marine officer was slightly confused, not entirely sure what he ant. After a pause, he recalled what he just heard "three CP0 agents" and realized they were referring to the three masked n.

"One of them had his arm shattered by Bob with a single punch, and then all three were killed with their chests pierced through!"

"What?!"

The elders couldn't help but exclaim in disbelief. They knew the three CP0 agents must have died, But they didn't expected their deaths to be so straightforward—each killed by Bob with a pierced chests.

It was worth noting that while the individual strength of the three CP0 agents was only at the level of a vice admiral, they had been trained together since they were a child, and their coordination was exceptionally high. Even an admiral wouldn't find it easy to kill them when they fought together.

"This Bob is extrely powerful. We cannot allow him to grow any further. He must be eliminated!"

"And the Rocks Pirates must also be dealt with!"

"The Navy bears significant responsibility this ti, but the imdiate priority is to eliminate the Rocks Pirates and Bob!"

"Completely suppress the news of the Celestial Dragon's death. Raise Kaido's bounty to 700 million and Bob bounty to 1.3 Billion!"

...

After hearing the full report, the five elders of the World Governnt imdiately called Sengoku, the Admiral of the Navy Headquarters. They went back and forth, starting with bla, then expressing their fear of Bob and his crew.

"Understood!"

Sengoku's brief and firm reply ca through the Den Den Mushi before the call was abruptly ended.

At the Navy Headquarters, after being scolded by the elders, Sengoku's face was ashen.

Taking a deep breath, he knew that dealing with the Rocks Pirates couldn't be rushed. To completely annihilate them, a long-term strategy was necessary.
