Third Person POV

Zounisha.

...

...

"Alright. Hahahahaha."

Luffy started laughing on top of the giant’s head as it began moving in the direction of Wano, just as Luffy had asked.

Kozuki Momonosuke was on the ground crying, his hands covering his eardrums after having spoken with Zounisha from so close, the colossal elephant practically yelling right in front of him.

It was strange for young Momonosuke when Luffy asked for the third ti for him to shout at Zounisha, until the creature finally responded with its own booming voice that nearly threw Momonosuke away—before he was caught by Luffy.

He placed him back as Zounisha spoke to Momonosuke for the first ti, explaining that he was imprisoned and introducing himself to them.

Apparently, only Luffy and Momonosuke could hear him, as the elephant explained that only Momonosuke had the ability to give him orders.

After Momonosuke gave Luffy’s instructions, the elephant began to turn around, but it wasn’t easy for a child to endure the explosive sound that ca from his words, which is why Momonosuke was still trying to recover.

Luffy nodded in satisfaction and returned with the boy to the land of the Minks, who were astonished by the situation of Zounisha simply changing direction—sothing that had never happened before.

Lucy soon appeared, claiming that she had heard the elephant speak too, casually revealing—unsurprisingly—that she shared the sa ability as him and Momonosuke, being the only ones who had it as far as Luffy knew in this world.

Roger also had it, but he didn’t count, and Luffy had never t him. He assud Im should also have that ability.

In any case, Luffy took the opportunity to increase the elephant’s speed several tis, with Momonosuke asking him to adjust direction every now and then.

"Please... stop... my ears can’t take it anymore..."

He cried.

"Take this."

Luffy approached, handing him two earplugs.

"Why didn’t you give this before?!"

He exclaid with a bizarre face.

"You didn’t ask."

Luffy simply replied.

"And I had to ask while I was dying of ear pain here?"

He exclaid.

"Calm down, I’m already training you."

Luffy explained.

"What kind of training is this? Are you trying to kill or sothing?"

Momonosuke was stunned as Luffy said those things so casually.

"You’re already complaining too much... just wait until we start your real training."

Luffy said.

"Training? Why do I need that?"

The boy mumbled, still trying to relieve his ears as he finally put in the earplugs.

"Because I want you to be strong, like your father. I might have been hard on you, but I believe you’ll be a good ruler for Wano, and everyone in your country expects that..."

Luffy said as he looked at the boy.

The boy just gestured at Luffy, saying he couldn’t hear him.

In the next mont, the boy was beaten up, with a closed and swollen eye, as Luffy handed him over to the Minks to treat him due to his condition.

And so they continued toward Wano again for a few more days. Since Wano hadn’t received any news, he wanted to see Morgans’ current newspapers and ended up going to a random kingdom nearby where they were, picking up a newspaper and returning, while in the past few days, Morgans claid he had big news about the Cross Guild led by Buggy, the fourth emperor, and would publish it as soon as everything was ready.

He wasn’t wrong to pick up the newspaper that day, as it really did contain information about them, revealing they were an independent organization forming an alliance between Buggy, Crocodile, and Mihawk, the latter two being extrely powerful.

So information on their activities ca out, as well as their plans, followed by the bounties they were placing on Marines and governnt agents—Garp and others who had left the Navy were also included, along with Marines like Akainu, Kizaru, and Green Bull, whose bounties were among the highest, classified with stars.

The report went on to say how the governnt was sowhat worried about this, with the seas becoming even more chaotic, and that they would go after the Cross Guild alongside the Navy.

"Maybe we’ll see them soon..."

Luffy suggested right there, already thinking about eting them as soon as he had the chance.

After all, an alliance between them against the World Governnt would be well-received, and soon the governnt would find itself facing all the biggest nas on the sea, all against them—would they stand a chance?

Zounisha finally arrived in Wano shortly afterward, and the giant elephant was an incredible sight to behold.

Luffy had trained Momonosuke all those days, and the boy never again tried to make excuses to not listen, as Luffy had made it very clear what would happen if he left him talking to himself.

The boy certainly had a hard ti, and Luffy was rather rciless with everyone who trained under him—no matter the gender or age, everyone had to follow his training standard.

The boy had potential; being the son of that man, it was no surprise, and soon he would have Enma’s companion sword in his hand.

"I would even give you Hiyori’s sword, but I’d rather it remain hers—after all, even she has the potential to beco a great swordswoman."

Luffy had told him, while the boy nodded a bit reluctantly. The sword belonged to his sister, left by their father, and he had to respect that.

In any case, Momonosuke returned to Zounisha while telling him to begin circling the territory without leaving it from that mont on, establishing a mythical figure now within the region, adding even more status to Luffy’s territory.

The sight of a giant elephant visible from all the islands as it passed before their eyes every few days.

In any case, the Minks were now receiving so types of transport that could travel from Zounisha to their territory—boats with propellers created by the mbers of Skypiea together with the scientists. They had free passage to travel through the entire territory.

The Minks had finally agreed to be their allies, flying the flags of the Dawn Pirates like all the other kingdoms within Luffy’s region.

They ended up traveling around the area and got along best with Fish-Man Island, as fish-n, rmaids, and Minks seed to naturally get along.

Luffy set out to look over his plans, taking the Black Pearl from Zou and heading to one of his territories—after all, he had many things to do.

He had to deal with the forr Marines.

He had to deal with his father, Sabo, and the revolutionaries.

He had to oversee the training of three potential future Yonkos: Ace, Katakuri, and Kid—along with their crews.

He had to deal with potential allies at sea.

He had to manage the distribution of his newspaper telling the truth about the governnt.

He had to handle the organization of the kingdoms and their needs.

He had to manage the East Blue, which was secretly under his control.

He had to handle his future plans and strategies he had been developing for a long ti.

He had to figure out how to distribute his large number of idle Devil Fruits, many with incredible potential.

All those hundreds of millions of people there and in other places... he was responsible for all of their lives.

He had to manage his family and his wives.

Who in the world could have so many responsibilities... He certainly carried all of that on his shoulders, but he didn’t see it as a burden—after all, this was the choice he made the mont he decided to go to sea. This was his destiny, and he expected it.

Luffy finally organized his affairs while planning everything, assigning certain tasks and matters of potential importance to trusted mbers so he wouldn’t have to do everything himself.

In the end, he t with the forr Marines.

"We’re going to found an organization, Luffy... independent of the World Governnt..."

Garp crossed his arms in front of the group.

There were all the Marines who had arrived there, along with X-Drake, Fujitora, Zephyr, and the Neo Marines, who seed to have finally reached a consensus.

"That’s good, I’ll give you support in whatever you need."

Luffy said.

"Not so fast."

Garp said.

"We’re independent and won’t follow orders from anyone—not even you. In fact, if we see you doing sothing wrong, we’ll arrest you. Understood?"

Garp asked.

"Of course, that’s fair."

Luffy replied, knowing his people wouldn’t commit cris—or at least wouldn’t do so anymore.

"Anyway, you can make your main base here while sailing the seas—it’ll be a safe point from the governnt and Navy that will try to destroy you."

Luffy said, while Garp nodded, despite so not liking the idea coming from him.

"We’ll think about it, Luffy."

He said at last.

"I see... anyway... what will your organization be called?"

He asked his grandfather.

"It’ll be called Sword."

Garp said proudly, as if he had planned the na many tis before.

Luffy nodded, knowing that this would be the na—he had even ntioned it before, hoping they would really adopt it.

Luffy left his grandfather when his sister arrived, and she seed more interested in the Sword organization, while Luffy went to another part of the islands, where he found his father.

Luffy t his father once again in the isolated area, and he invited them to stay a while longer, despite Luffy already planning to finally go in search of the One Piece soon—passing through Egghead and Elbaf, and the islands he still didn’t know at the end of the Grand Line and New World.

In any case, they still discussed strategies, with Luffy saying that Belo Betty was very important in the final battle, the woman impressed that Luffy could actually enhance her powers to the point of changing the outco of a world war.

"That sounds good... We’ll take that into consideration."

Dragon said after hearing so of Luffy’s plans for this battle.

"Anyway, you said you have so secret weapons..."

Dragon asked his son carefully.

"That’s a secret. You’ll see when the ti cos."

Luffy said.

"..."

Dragon just nodded, knowing he couldn’t press further.

Luffy said his goodbyes and called soone through the den den mushi as he left the place, leaving the revolutionaries behind, still discussing Luffy’s plans.

"Don’t forget the boat—it’ll be a long trip."

Luffy said and waited in a deserted part of his territory.

In the next mont, Enel appeared driving his ark, charging it with electricity.

"Perfect, let’s go. To the moon."

He replied, as night fell and the moon appeared in the sky at that mont.

Enel began ascending while Luffy used his high speed from the Moa Moa no Mi, and Enel’s ark shot upward like never before, reaching the moon two hours later.

From a distance, they could already see the massive structure Enel had built over the past year, just as Luffy had asked.

There lay one more of his secrets, and he was fascinated to see the moon, spotting small beings that seed to be so kind of robots—just as Luffy rembered Enel had encountered on the moon in the manga or as he had reported after his return.

"As you can see, it’s almost done, demon."

Enel said with his usual disdain as the ark landed and Luffy analyzed the enormous structure.

"This is great..."

Luffy smiled, seeing one of the weapons he had been building against the governnt. He had planned this since Water Seven—after all, he had burned the Pluton blueprints right in front of Franky.

But he had read them before destroying them, rewriting everything he read with ease and passing it to Enel. This was the result of Enel going to the moon—beyond his own motivations, Luffy had given him the mission to build this weapon in Amazon Lily after Enel’s announcent.

There was a hidden weapon, as dangerous as any of the ancient weapons, and when the World Governnt found out, it would already be too late.
