[Arton's Diary Entry]

[Well, since Nami was the first to take action.]

[Even if Shyarly can't board my ship because of Arlong, I can't stop Nami from taking him down.]

[Besides, Arlong truly deserves to die—he's soone who could never change, even to the very end.]

[For Nami's and Nojiko's peace of mind, even if Nami didn't act, I'd personally send Arlong to the other world.]

[As for Hatchan, that guy apologized to Nami in the future and even saved Rayleigh, the Dark King…]

[I still can't understand his reasoning. Why did he leave the Sun Pirates, only to follow Arlong to the East Blue and commit atrocities?]

[With Hatchan's personality, he shouldn't be soone like this! Could it be that Arlong tricked him sohow?]

[Even so, he undeniably committed many atrocities alongside Arlong for years. If Nami and Nojiko decide to execute him, it would be a punishnt he deserves.]

[If Rayleigh really cos knocking, I guess I'll have to beat that old man back.]

[I just hope Hancock won't give the cold shoulder for taking down Rayleigh… then again, with that woman's temperant, she'd probably give the cold shoulder regardless, hahaha.]

[However, if I do beat up Rayleigh, I can't count on him to coat my ship the next ti I head to Sabaody Archipelago. What a pity—his coating skills are genuinely excellent.]

Nojiko: "Arton is willing to forgo Shyarly and the others just for Nami and ? And those are legendary rmaids! I guess I owe Arton yet another reason to be grateful."

Kujaku: "There's soone in the Fish-Man Pirates who once saved the Dark King Rayleigh?!"

Ain: "Coating? Does that an Rayleigh is working as a coating master on Sabaody Archipelago?"

Black Maria: "So this is the lifestyle of a retired legend fufu~."

Charlotte Galette: "But now that Arton's brought him up, Rayleigh's peaceful retirent might soon be disrupted by the Navy and the World Governnt."

Charlotte Cinnamon: "Not necessarily. The Navy and the World Governnt might avoid provoking Rayleigh out of fear that he could rally the Roger Pirates. After all, a retired and harmless Rayleigh is far less dangerous than a Rayleigh who goes back to the sea."

Gion: "So Arton is implying that the Warlord Boa Hancock has so sort of connection to Rayleigh?"

Marguerite: "As expected of Lady Hancock, to think she knows the Dark King Rayleigh!"

Aphelandra: "Lady Hancock is truly incredible."

The warriors of Amazon Lily, including Marguerite and Aphelandra, grew even more admiring of Boa Hancock after seeing Arton's remarks.

However, what they couldn't possibly know was that Boa Hancock herself was trembling with anxiety because of Arton's diary.

"Arton… he knows about Rayleigh and ."

"Does this an he also knows about what happened to in the Holy Land of Mariejois?"

"Da… damn it! If Arton ever ntions that incident in his diary…"

"What… what should I do?!"

"No! I can't let that man reveal it."

"No matter what it takes, I must prevent him from saying anything about it!"

"I have to find him as soon as possible!"

Boa Hancock took a deep breath, stood up, and headed to the room where her two sisters were.

At this mont, Arton was unaware that a seemingly casual remark in his diary had prompted Boa Hancock, who had initially planned to wait and see if Arton would deal with the Celestial Dragons, to decide to set sail in search of him.

He was also unaware that among the pirate crews of the Four Emperors, three of them already had diary replica holders who were heading out to find him.

Though they were still far away, by the ti Arton left the East Blue and reached the Grand Line, he would likely begin eting the heroines of his stories one by one.

Of course, if Arton knew about this, he'd probably just be even more delighted.

[Speaking of which, after dealing with the Arlong Pirates, there's still the matter of handling the navy captain colluding with them.]

[Otherwise, when I leave Cocoyasi Village with Nami and Nojiko, who knows if that guy will co knocking?]

[For soone who's been working with the Arlong Pirates for years, there's no way he shouldn't pay the price.]

[Plus, that guy shelled the speedboat I rented!]

[Heh, now I can settle both old and new scores together.]

[East Blue Marine Branch 16's commanding officer, Captain Nezumi!]

[You've probably returned to Branch 16 from the Celestial Dragons by now, haven't you? Heh.]
