Josh could read between the line. Only a warlord can do cris and piracy legally.
Now, that may be a trick to take him off guard. Josh's senses plus a strong Observation Haki, however, allows him to determine if the person in front of him is a liar or not.

Stussy didn't seem to be lying.

Stussy, who can read body language, smiled and extended her hand to him. Josh held her hand and squeezed it gently.
"I was quite curious about you after the big feats you made. They made you look like 3 ters long. But you don't look that big." Stussy said. Before he could frown. "Oh please, don't take it seriously. I was just teasing, as a start for our relationship."
"No offence's taken. I have banged way bigger than Akainu. I was blessed with a long sword." Josh was talking literally to an agent who is undercover as a prostitution queen in the New World.
"That makes more curious, I think." She said, her eyes moving down. "Mind if I have a look."
Momonga, who was behind Josh, fell on the ground on his stomach. But no one gave him attention.
Josh smirked. Maybe, sotis, one can destroy the World Governnt from inside. How about to ss with one of their strongest agents.
Since Stussy is lowering her guard and focusing on his face, he can let this slip. Secretly, Josh moved a small surge of lust energy and let it run through her palm.
He needs soone's favour. And as a Devil, he believes that, sotis, immoral ways can be justified since it serves a greater cause.
"Oh please. Let's talk about the legal stuff."
Josh turned to the ship and waved his hand at Kalifa, who vanished and appeared.
Kalifa tied her hair and stood up next to Josh.
"Is there sothing you need, sir?"
"Yes." Josh nodded. "I have an offer to beco a warlord."
Turning her head, Kalifa turned to Stussy, and she stared at the blond agent, who was blushing despite making a cold smile.
"CP0," Kalifa said.
"Why aren't you breathing," Josh asked Stussy, who was holding her breath.
Stussy didn't say anything. Instead, she squeezed her hand on Josh's with more strength. "So thing's strange about you." Her fingers were dancing in his hand, very smoothly.
"The only strange thing is how you are touching my hand. World Governnt didn't tell you to offer an extra thing, did they?" Josh smiled. "I may have multi partners and I'm going to bang them good this night, I'm not that easy to be seduced."
Josh felt he has a steel face for saying this. With the lust energy and the way he said things, Stussy would have a slight image of him banging her.
If you tell soone not to imagine a chunk of ice, they will imagine it anyway. Because that's how the brain works.
Stussy was making a cold face, despite her body's language changing. She observed as Kalifa sniffed in the air, before lowering her head to her thighs, which had a slight wet layer.

Stussy, taking a deep breath, put her hand on her back, pinching herself, before taking her hand back.
"Kalifa… for a traitor, you surely have a thick face." Stussy took a few deep breaths, her chest jiggling. "Your father legacy was destroyed in instant."
"Just like your pink eye flooded."
"Ahem…" Stussy raised her hand to her face and coughed. She was feeling strange, it was like a pleasant heat that ran across her whole body. Unlike n, won's orgasms and heats aren't automatic. After 20 minutes, Stussy didn't co back. Josh was only standing there with Kalifa.
"Is she…" Josh turned his face.
"Taking her ti…" Kalifa said. "You did it on purpose, didn't you."
"I don't know. It's always good to have an additional card."
"She won't take my position, will she?" Kalifa asked like that was the most important thing to be concerned about.
"You sounds pretty sure that it worked…"
"She will feel the torture a few days later," Kalifa said, almost pitying and envying the older agent, who looks so young.
Very soon, the other won ca down. Hancock, Sonia, Marigold, who was chubby now, and Mikita, Robin and Marianne ca. Hancock checked out Josh, saying that he was amazing with the thing he had done to the Vice-Admiral, very proud of him.
One has to know that Hancock believes that Josh was fighting to prove his capabilities to her. The others said they enjoyed the show, and Sonia boasted that she was the one to teach Josh Observation Haki while patting his arm. Josh only smiled.
"By the way, what were you talking with that woman about," Marigold asked.
Reacting to the fair-haired chubby woman, Hancock and the others looked at Josh. They seed to be feeling suspicion, especially with the strange feminine scent. Luckily, Momonga's blood was there so that no one can get it clearly.
"They offered to beco a Warlord," Josh said, putting his hand on Robin's shoulder. Robin's eyelid shrank and extended. "I'm doing it for us. I think we are tired from having war tis, and I have two casinos' shut."
"But, Josh, if you are doing this for , please don't. You don't have to worry. Now, I can take their fleet now down." Robin said. She had displayed a great performance of taking two hundred elites while splitting Water Seven in half almost. She surely has more to show, especially after finding out about her Devil's fruit true potentials.
But still, the fact that Josh was doing that so she can rest ward her heart. Could it be that he is doing it because she said she wants his baby? Robin's cheeks turned quite red while looking at the ground. She loves cute things, and a little kid between her and her lover looked like a far desired fantasy.
"Robin, think. What would I benefit from becoming a Warlord, and how it will affect us against them." Josh answered.
Robin suddenly realises it. Sa with Mikita and Marianne. They know that Josh's friend, who is giving him the treats that powers them up, is a Devil. Josh, if he can bounty hunt, then he would make a crazy amount of money. Not only him, but if they assisted, then they would have a great benefit to all of them.
They only nodded.
Hancock and Sonia looked at each other.
"Is there sothing we don't know?" Sonia asked.
"Yes?" Hancock said. "Are you leaving a surprise? No, Joshy would have told …"
"Easy Hancock. Later." Josh said. "Later, I'll invite you for a special drink." Looking between Sonia and Hancock, Josh thought about the extra Angel Tears.
He could give it to them back then. But Josh felt it was unnecessary since it would provoke many questions.
"Oh, here they co," Kalifa said, pointing forward;
Josh looked forward. Behind one house, Stussy ca out with a couple of governnt people. Her face seed to be more relaxing now, and she was wearing a different set of clothes, sa colour though, and her scent was quite different. Her legs, also, seed to lose so strength.
Those details are hard to notice. But Josh's demon senses and Kalifa, who is cursed to be a vampire, can pick up such changes.
The governnt people put a table between them and Josh, placing a contract there.
All of them, however, stared at Hancock, frozen for a mont. When Hancock made a heart shape with her hand, Stussy raised her hand and slapped the governnt n, making them have a bloody spot on their backs.
"Don't do it again." She said.
The governnt workers only nodded, not wanting to provoke one of their strongest agents.
Looking at the contract, Josh signed it by using his fingerprint.
When he asked how this is going to work, Stussy said that they will take a picture of him accepting, as proof to their boss, and then they will announce it to journalists.
Josh, after becoming a Warlord, would have many benefits, and few restrictions, such as he can't sche to take a country down or make alliances with pirates.
He has to fight the rebel army if he had ever t them, and he has to answer the calls of the Marines and the World Governnt if they needed him to lend his strength for secret missions or sothing.
In the end, Stussy took with Josh's hand, shaking it and putting her other hand above it. Josh stared at her eyes as she was rubbing on the back of his hand with a very gentle touch. It was a very experienced touch that did arouse him.
"If you need to contact , please, ask about the Pleasure Queen," Stussy said. "I'm undercover at their alias. Ask any of my clients or agencies about . I'll welco you at any ti."
Stussy felt so blood lust heading toward her. But as an agent, she could ignore the kill
Josh only smiled at her. "Sure. If I need sothing, I'll try."
What Josh had done was give her a small surge of energy that would reside within her body. It will reshape her brain with ti.
Still, having soone inside the Governnt for the worst-case scenario is good.
And if that person is one of the sexist buxom sexy ladies he had seen, there is nothing wrong with it.
"I'll wait for you," Stussy said, blushing a bit and stressing her tongue on each letter, making her voice seductive. "Warlord."
"Go, away!" Hancock, who was standing in the side, her hair started floating. A strong wave of Conqueror Haki left her body, cracking the ground under her.
"Nice working with you."
Stussy snapped back because of the Haki and realised what she was doing. Instructing the agents, she told them to take a pic for Josh, holding her hand, and then, she left with them.
Josh's won turned to Hancock, whose hair stopped floating.
Mikita, who seed to be a little pissed off on Stussy, gave Hancock's back a pat and said. "For the first ti, I think I like you."
"Of course, even girls like ."
"Don't get cocky. Josh's here is more charming than you." Mikita, who was behind Josh, put her other hand between Josh.
"And this is how you treat an official Warlord." Josh stretched his arms up, smirking.
He is going to roll in money, now that he beca a Warlord.
At the right ti, Akainu the and World Governnt won't know what had hit them.
