"Allow
to introduce myself—Third Division Commander of the Rocks Pirates, Charlotte Linlin."
"I must say, you are every bit as beautiful as the rumors claim."
Saint Figarland stepped forward.
He did not release any obvious killing intent—
yet he gave off a suffocating sense of danger, like a crouching tiger ready to pounce.
His sharp eyes narrowed slightly.
One hand rested lightly on the Western-style sword at his waist.
"Ma-ma-ma-ma! What a sweet-talking brat!"
"With that crescent-shaped hair and that Western blade… You must be the famous Commander of the Holy Knights—Saint Figarland."
"You really are just like the rumors say…"
"…just as hypocritical."
Linlin laughed, but by the end of her sentence, naked killing intent seeped into her voice.
Kaido, standing behind her, was about to curse at the flashy peacock blocking their path—
but Linlin raised a hand to stop him.
The gravity in her eyes made Kaido pause.
He suddenly realized—
this was no ordinary opponent.
He couldn't sense overwhelming pressure from the man—
yet he stood here confidently.
That ant only one thing:
Figarland's strength exceeded his own by such a margin that Kaido's Observation Haki couldn't properly gauge him.
"A beautiful lady speaking so harshly… how hurtful," Figarland said with a light chuckle.
Then—
his half-lidded eyes snapped open.
A razor-sharp aura erupted, as if capable of cleaving heaven and earth.
He drew his Western blade.
The silver edge glead coldly.
Even the air scread as it parted.
"Ma-ma-ma-ma! You didn't stop us just to trade insults, did you?"
Linlin's aura surged.
Dark-red Conqueror's Haki crackled violently in the sky.
When the two presences collided—
they were evenly matched.
Without question—
both were Admiral-tier combatants.
"Today's Grand Hunt is a rare amusent for the nobles," Figarland said coolly. "For your Rocks Pirates to interrupt it…"
"…I find that difficult to tolerate."
With a casual swing—
a Great Swordsman-level flying slash tore through the air.
"Napoleon!"
"I'm here, Mama!"
Linlin's captain's hat suddenly sprouted eyes.
In her hand appeared a monstrous, grinning blade—Napoleon.
With her innate monstrous strength, she cleaved the incoming slash in two. Fragnts of blade intent dissipated into the air.
At the sa ti, the sun on her shoulder—Protheus—
and the thundercloud beneath her feet—Zeus—
shifted forms.
Their fairy-tale expressions twisted into sothing far more sinister.
"You don't know your place!"
Kaido stepped forward, gripping his massive kanabo.
Still young and far from his future peak—
he was nevertheless the strongest fighter in the Rocks Pirates outside the Division Commanders.
His strength rivaled that of an elite Marine Headquarters Vice Admiral .
And between him and Linlin—
they shared a certain secret synergy.
"Since you're courting death, don't bla !"
Linlin extended her left hand.
A strange white substance ford in her palm.
Her Paracia-type Soul-Soul Fruit power.
She slamd her palm onto the ground.
The white soul energy surged into the earth.
Instantly—
the plains awakened.
Soil, stones, even the sparse grass—
eyes opened everywhere.
They bowed to Linlin.
"Ma-ma!"
Then they turned viciously toward Figarland.
In a heartbeat—
the battlefield beca Linlin's domain.
Figarland now stood against the very land itself.
The ground surged like ocean waves.
Figarland's footing faltered.
Linlin used the montum—
leaping forward and bringing Napoleon down toward his neck.
"A violent beauty is truly enticing," Figarland murmured.
He raised his blade to block—
but underestimated Linlin's raw power.
He was blasted backward.
Napoleon bit down on Figarland's sword, attempting to wrench it away—
but Figarland calmly coated his blade in deep-black Armant Haki.
Haki was the natural counter to Devil Fruit abilities.
Napoleon alone, as a Homie, could not overpower him.
"Bastard! You're asking for it!"
Kaido roared, charging in.
His arms bulged.
He leapt high into the air.
"Thunder Bagua!"
Haki poured into the strike.
The force was imnse—
enough to flatten a small mountain.
But—
"The heat of a beautiful lady excites ."
"But the approach of a brutish oaf like you… is rely irritating."
Figarland snorted.
Silver-white fur erupted across his body.
His claws lengthened.
His fra expanded.
His face elongated, fangs bared.
"Kaido—watch out!" Linlin warned.
Too late.
Figarland's speed exploded.
Before Kaido's kanabo could descend—
a flash of steel cut through the air.
The blade carved effortlessly through Kaido's fad monstrous body.
A deep, horrific wound tore across his chest.
The impact sent Kaido flying backward, blood spraying from his mouth.
"Devil Fruit power…" Linlin muttered, narrowing her eyes.
The transformation was unmistakable—
a Zoan ability.
But what concerned her more—
was the black smoke coiling around Figarland's body.
"Correct."
"Mythical Zoan—Inu Inu no Mi, Model: Frostmoon Howling Wolf."
Cold mist seeped from his breath as he spoke.
Linlin's expression darkened.
An awakened—
Mythical Zoan user.
