Blue lightning crackled at Roldy 's fingertips.

With a sharp burst of snapping sounds, he clenched his fists. His knuckles popped like frying beans as thick, jet-black Armant Haki coated both hands.

He grinned at the spirited trainees before him.

"So… who's first?"

He slamd his fists together. The dull impact released a savage aura so overwhelming that several trainees swallowed hard, cold sweat forming on their brows.

They suddenly rembered—

This was the strongest of the Marine new generation.

"I'll go!"

Dragon stepped forward first.

He tore off his shirt, revealing a lean, battle-hardened physique. Armant Haki wrapped around his fists. As Garp's son, he was familiar with the old man's fad iron fists—and there was a faint hint of that sa presence in his own.

Dragon charged.

His speed was exceptional, his body flickering across the field.

Clearly, he had mastered Soru, one of the Rokushiki.

Roldy activated Observation Haki.

His wasn't top-tier, but against Dragon, it was sufficient.

"Too slow!"

Roldy showed no intention of holding back.

His right fist tightened, Armant Haki surging as his Devil Fruit ability activated.

"Black Armant!"

"Moa Moa— Tenfold Strength: Iron Fist — World's End!"

If that punch landed cleanly—

It would be lethal.

This was the sa move he had used against Silvers Rayleigh. Even without Sulong, his recent Bloodline Awakening ant this strike was even stronger than before.

Dragon's eyes widened.

He was certain he and Roldy had no personal grudge.

So why was this guy trying to kill him?!

No ti to think.

Dragon abruptly halted and dodged left.

The punch missed.

But the shockwave alone grazed him—

His physical durability was solid.

His pants, however, were not.

Everything below his knees was shredded instantly.

The spectators' faces changed.

That kind of power…

They all turned toward Zephyr.

This was just an exam, right?

Instructor Zephyr… you'll step in if he goes too far… right?

But when they looked at him—

They froze.

Even Zephyr wore a stunned expression.

He was shocked by how seriously Roldy was treating this assessnt.

But then his brow furrowed.

The brat was holding back.

After a Bloodline Awakening, there was no way this was his full strength.

His physical power should be even greater.

More importantly—

His mastery of the Moa Moa no Mi (Multiply-Multiply Fruit) must have advanced as well.

"Brat! Did I offend you sohow? Fine—don't bla

for going all out!"

Dragon appeared at Roldy 's flank and drove a punch toward his temple.

He had only intended to teach him a lesson.

But when the blow actually landed—

His expression froze.

It hit?

There was no way Roldy couldn't dodge that.

Then—

Numbness spread through Dragon's fist.
