anwhile.

Impel Down, Level 1.

A large number of prison guards lay strewn across the ground.

Most of them had already lost their lives.

Those still alive writhed in agony.

There was nothing in front of them—yet it was as if an invisible force was strangling them, their faces turning red as they struggled desperately.

But in the end, they too t the sa fate.

Before long, the entire vast level was left with only Blackbeard’s crew standing.

"Damn, Captain! You took them all out with just one move!" Burgess exclaid excitedly.

Hearing this, Teach burst into laughter.

"Zehahaha! This is just the beginning! Let’s wreak havoc! That Magellan guy must be tangled up with Vir! We’re heading straight to Level 6!"

Holding a set of keys he’d sohow gotten his hands on, Blackbeard spoke with an arrogant grin.

But the mont his words fell—

A figure appeared behind them.

Erging from a spatial door, Vir surveyed the scene of devastation—and the still very much alive Blackbeard Pirates. He imdiately understood the situation.

Magellan still hasn’t arrived?

Seriously, that slow? Vir had already finished healing, yet Magellan hadn’t even made it this far.

Pathetic. Absolutely pathetic.

Glancing briefly, Vir estimated Magellan would arrive in about thirty seconds.

With that in mind, he paid no further attention to Blackbeard’s crew.

Instead, he checked his gains from the recent battle.

With him blocking the exit, Magellan would crush them effortlessly.

anwhile, Blackbeard was startled when he spotted Vir.

He knew Vir had spatial abilities—but he hadn’t expected them to be this undetectable.

Shouldn’t there be so kind of warning before he appears?

But after a mont’s thought, Blackbeard relaxed.

Even if this brat sohow has two Devil Fruit powers, as long as it’s a Devil Fruit ability, it’s useless against him!

Moreover, after witnessing the sheer power and convenience of Vir’s spatial abilities, another thought sprouted in Blackbeard’s mind:

Kill him.

Take his spatial power.

With that kind of mobility, combined with the Tremor-Tremor Fruit’s might—

Hah—

The re thought nearly made Blackbeard laugh aloud.

Indeed, if he could pull it off, he wouldn’t just be strong—he’d be unstoppable.

But unfortunately...

He wouldn’t even clear the first hurdle.

"Zehahaha! Brat! How about joining my crew? We could really use soone like you!"

Blackbeard didn’t imdiately show hostility.

If he could recruit Vir, he’d gladly take the chance.

But even if Vir joined, he’d just find an opportunity to kill him later.

After all, Vir had healed Whitebeard—his mortal enemy. There was no way Blackbeard would let him live.

The rest of Blackbeard’s crew wasn’t surprised by their captain’s offer. They were used to it by now—he’d invite any strong fighter he ca across.

But upon hearing this, Vir—who had been checking his system—couldn’t help but laugh.

"Seriously, bro? A crew like yours? I wouldn’t even want to be captain—the whole ship probably stinks."

Vir’s mockery was rciless.

Though Blackbeard was seething inside, his expression remained unchanged.

He knew full well that dealing with this brat required luring him into attacking first.

If Vir just kept dodging, landing a single hit would be nearly impossible.

But if he ca at them... Blackbeard would make him feel the pain of losing his Devil Fruit powers!

"Alright, alright! Keep running your mouth! But talk is cheap! Got the guts to co over here and bite , you little bastard?!"

Blackbeard grinned widely, flashing his missing teeth as he taunted.

"Sorry, I don’t eat shit!"

Vir’s casual retort instantly shattered Blackbeard’s composure.

His already dark face turned even darker.

Vir saw right through him.

Co over there?

Nice try.

Why not just enjoy the show?

Vir knew his attacks wouldn’t hurt as much as Magellan’s poison.

Burgess, unable to tolerate his beloved captain being insulted, imdiately started hurling verbal abuse.

"You little shit! Think you’re tough?! Co fight if you’ve got the balls!"

Hearing this, Vir fired back without hesitation.

"Shut the hell up, you fatass!"

"Your nose hair’s poke people when you talk! You’re all ass and no height! If he’s a pile of shit, the only difference with you is that you’re missing the plate!"

Before the enemy could even react to Vir’s verbal onslaught—

Soone else had already reacted.

A figure appeared in the distance, his body emitting faint fus.

He did not look happy.

Magellan’s expression darkened as he took in the sight of the lifeless prison guards.

They killed them all.

Unforgivable.

Thick, crimson poison began oozing from Magellan’s body.

His fury was palpable.

Blackbeard’s actions had pushed him past his limit.

He was going to make sure Blackbeard died—painfully.

Magellan’s red poison was far more potent than his purple variant.

Its corrosive properties were exponentially stronger.

And after Vir’s enhancent, its lethality had increased even further.

If Blackbeard got hit, he’d dissolve into a puddle within thirty minutes.

The disturbance from behind finally drew Blackbeard’s attention.

Before he could react—

Ten crimson poison dragons surged toward them!

As the dragons lunged, Magellan leaped into the air like a battle-hungry demon!

Following right behind the dragons, he aid straight for Blackbeard’s head!

Blackbeard and his crew were stunned.

Shit! They forgot about him!

If Vir was here, that ant Magellan was free too!

But there was no dodging this.

The only escape was back the way they’d co!

Without hesitation, the terrified Blackbeard Pirates mustered every ounce of strength they had.

They sprinted like madn toward the only exit.

Magellan’s poison was a death sentence—one touch, and they’d lose all ability to fight back.

They’d done their research.

Even Doc Q couldn’t cure it.

Without the specialized antidote, it was ga over.

But they seed to have forgotten—

Standing right in their escape path was the very guy who’d just insulted them, now glaring with clear annoyance.

"Outta my way, brat! I’ll let what happened earlier slide!"

Blackbeard’s panicked, desperate expression held no intimidation whatsoever.

Vir had no interest in wasting more words on them.

Raising his arm slightly, he locked onto Blackbeard’s crew.

The mont they saw this, their faces paled.

Blackbeard imdiately changed his tone.

"Sorry! Daddy, I’m sorry! I was wrong! Please let your sons through, okay?!"

Even Vir was taken aback.

Damn, this guy really is sothing else.

Willing to call soone Dad just to survive.

But before they could react—

Five bolts of purple lightning crashed down from above!

Blackbeard Pirates freeze in horror.

Oh, co on!

Block or not?!

If we don’t block—get electrocuted, then die to poison.

If we do block—instant death!

A no-win scenario unfolded before them.

And for the first ti, regret began to creep into their minds.

But... it was far too late.

"Thunderbolt."
