Chapter 433: Chaos Princess Ruri
After Kai enjoyed the night view along the coastline for a while, he teleported to a splendid palace on the island, adorned with scattered stars.
There, an open-air garden awaited.
During the journey, Jin slipped away.
She held a slight grudge against Giada and did not dare to show herself in her presence.
In the quiet, dimly lit night, various delicate and beautiful flowers blood in the garden, blending with the surrounding trees and foliage.
The air carried the faint fragrance of flowers, and a gentle breeze made the atmosphere comfortable and serene.
"Daddy is here!" a gentle girl said, her eyes lighting up as she admired the flowers in the garden.
When she saw Kai appear suddenly, she leaped into his arms.
Her usual gentle and elegant deanor faded, replaced by a childlike excitent.
Kai returned her embrace, rubbing her head affectionately.
He played with her erald-green hair casually and said in a teasing tone, "Ruri, were you just pretending to be gentle and elegant?"
Hearing Kai’s jest, Ruri raised her head, her cheeks turning slightly red.
"No! I am just too excited," she said.
"So, Daddy, did you see? Did I not look very ladylike just now? Very pretty?" she asked, her deep, lake-like dark green eyes shimring with anticipation.
"Well, you looked very beautiful. It was quite charming, Ruri," Kai said, his complint bringing a radiant smile to her face.
’Great, the ladylike etiquette I spent so much ti learning from Bejana really paid off.’ Ruri thought to herself.
Kai gazed at her smile and gently played with her soft cheeks with his fingers.
The girl before him was the daughter created by Kai and Giada.
In the Soul King’s Palace, Kai had wanted soone to keep Soul company while also expanding the mbers of Team Zero.
He created four children with Giada.
This sparked a chain reaction.
After witnessing this, Unohana Retsu also desired to create a child with Kai.
Thus, Chiyori was born.
Later, Esdeath noticed hints from Unohana Retsu and wanted the sa.
As a result, the girl before him, who bore a striking resemblance to Giada, was one of the outcos of this chain reaction. Giada nad her Ruri.
Ruri was born relatively recently, just under a year ago.
After her birth, she spent much of her ti on Amazon Lily.
Only in the past month or two had she co to live permanently on Eternal Night Island.
Across the sea, it was widely known that the Realm of Chaos had three princesses: the Dominion Princess, the Death Tide Princess, and the Scarlet Princess.
They were the strongest fighting forces under the Chaos Goddess.
However, only those within the inner circle of the Chaos Realm, on Eternal Night Island, knew the truth.
There was, in fact, a fourth princess in the Realm of Chaos.
This fourth princess was the true princess of the Chaos Realm, not rely a title.
She was a girl who resembled the Chaos Goddess, nad Chaos Princess Ruri.
In the garden, after gently stroking Ruri’s face for a while, Kai stopped.
This visit had a sowhat serious purpose.
In modern terms, it was akin to a blind date.
Giada had told him that the girl she raised for him was mature, and he could co to et her.
She even suggested he bring all his belongings and move to Eternal Night permanently.
That was easier said than done.
While living here occasionally might be fine, moving here entirely would likely enrage Asami, despite her usual tolerance.
"Let’s go!" Kai said, walking toward the palace with Ruri.
Inside the magnificent palace, luxurious items were displayed everywhere.
Ancient lamps hung high in the air, and luminous beads embedded in the walls provided soft lighting.
The walls were adorned with gold and silver decorations, gem-encrusted ornants, precious scrolls, and armor titles.
The floor was covered with red carpets or intricately carved wooden boards etched with strange patterns.
Along the way, stone and mineral statues, humanoid armor, ancient bottles, and vases lined the halls.
As Kai admired the opulent decorations around him, Giada suddenly appeared and threw herself into his arms.
"My love, you did not co to my room first when you arrived. It is truly saddening!" she said, wrapping her arms around Kai’s neck.
Her soft cheek rubbed against his face like a cat’s.
This caused Ruri, standing nearby, to feel a pang of frustration.
The scene before her highlighted a stark contrast between Giada and herself, who shared a similar appearance.
Ruri suddenly felt she was more mature than her mother, at least in front of Daddy.
In the Chaos Realm, Mama was so majestic before others! Ruri grumbled silently to herself.
She had grown sowhat accustod to such scenes.
After Ruri was born, she spent a long ti on Amazon Lily.
Initially, she viewed Giada as an unreliable mother.
However, after living in the Chaos Realm for a month or two, she realized her mother carried great dignity.
Kai looked at Giada, her face close to his.
Her strange, alluring fragrance enveloped him, and he lightly brushed her red lips.
"Alright, Ruri is watching from the side," he said.
"Hehe, my dear, are you looking forward to my gift?" Giada asked, barely glancing at Ruri.
For Giada, when her lover was absent, Ruri was a treasure. But when he was present, Ruri beca like an afterthought.
She hardly paid her any attention.
This stark difference in treatnt left Ruri a bit annoyed.
"My love, I have already prepared the gift! I guarantee you will be satisfied," Giada said.
"Do you wish to reward for this?" she added.
Hearing Giada’s words, Kai found it amusing.
He knew what reward Giada sought.
It was ti—his ti.
Over the past two years, she had claid she was raising a blood concubine for him, which took considerable effort.
Using this as a pretext, she had asked how long he would stay with her.
Later, when the three princesses were officially established, Giada claid they were not yet mature and wanted to present them to him in their most perfect state.
However, she used this as an excuse to demand more of his ti.
Even now, with Giada’s gift taking shape, she was not willing to relinquish the ti she had claid in the past.
Instead, she sought even more.
"You are such a debt collector, Giada," Kai said, playfully pinching her cheek.
What Giada was doing was akin to quantifying his ti.
For instance, using a year as a unit, she determined how much fixed ti he should spend with her in that period.
This ti was natural, unaffected by ti rules.
The reason for this was clear.
Giada had foreseen that as ti passed, Kai’s availability would grow increasingly scarce.
If he had too many companions in the future, she could not bear being with him for only brief monts.
She would cling to him whenever possible.
How could she allow her share of ti to be divided among other won?
Even so, Giada did not want Kai to see her as unreasonable or troubleso.
She preferred to secure his ti through gentle and charming ans.
