Mary Geoise, the Holy Land.

Inside a spacious, pristine white hall within a towering castle complex hundreds of ters tall.

The vast hall contained only a single sofa set and a table.

One of the Elders put down the paper in his hand and tossed it onto the table:

"This is truly unexpected."

"Soone actually managed to reach that realm."

The burly Elder who appeared during the Great War at the Valley of Gods spoke:

"Shall we eliminate him?"

The Elder in a bathrobe, cradling a demonic blade, said:

"Eliminating him would be a waste."

"A talent like that would be better put to work for the Governnt."

The other two Elders said nothing.

They simply nodded in agreent.

Just like that, the fate of the scientist who led the world in technology by five hundred years was decided in a few brief words...

...

Outside the sealed chanical animal forest.

A square block of snow suddenly lifted slightly.

A CP agent dressed in black raised the hatch of a pit.

He pulled out a telescope and looked toward the forest.

Inside the forest, the densely shifting red dots were enough to make one's skin crawl.

Suddenly, a pair of red dots seed to look directly at him.

Frightened, he hurriedly shut the hatch and retreated into the pit.

He looked at the only two companions left:

"What do we do? The boss and his n have been inside for over an hour."

"Still no word at all."

One of the CP mbers, completely wrapped in bandages, recalled that terrifying group of biochanically enhanced animals and took a deep breath:

"Wait. Wait for orders."

"Those creatures are too terrifying."

The CP mber who had just done the recon said anxiously:

"What if we do nothing and the higher-ups punish us?"

The bandaged CP mber snapped back:

"Then why don't you go scout around again?"

The agent who had just done the recon rembered those modified beasts,

capable of firing missiles and lasers from all over their bodies.

He shivered, forced a smile, and said nothing.

The bandaged CP mber gave him a look of disdain.

Buru-buru~ Buru-buru~

Just then, a Den Den Mushi suddenly rang.

All three tensed up, fearing the arrival of a new mission.

The bandaged CP mber, suppressing his trembling hand, picked up the Den Den Mushi.

He sounded nervous at first, then repeatedly responded with "Yes."

Excitent was written all over his face.

After hanging up, he let out a long breath.

He looked toward the CP agent who had done the recon:

"You, go to the town behind us and rendezvous with the Marine base soldiers."

"Surround this damned forest."

"Don't let a single person escape."

"Wait for reinforcents."

...

Deep inside the sealed chanical animal forest, in Vegapunk's laboratory.

Inside a massive steel facility, researchers were hurrying about.

They were packing equipnt and data at top speed.

Vegapunk was directing people to collect the most important information.

Seeing Queen and Caesar also directing teams in the distance, he couldn't help but roar:

"Idiots!!!"

"Did bacteria eat your brains or what?!"

"Are those microbes hanging from your necks?!"

"Human experintation is one thing."

"But you actually captured so many people in one place?!"

"And you still haven't finished capturing?!"

"You f*****g..."

"*********"

The two, busy commanding their own teams of researchers, were publicly scolded and couldn't maintain face.

But they couldn't argue back—this ti it really was their fault.

They could only endure the embarrassnt.

Queen was easier to handle, but the younger Caesar—though a genius had always been a cruel, arrogant, devious scumbag since childhood.

He had always been jealous of Vegapunk, and now he resented him even more.

This planted the seed for future conflicts between them while working under the Governnt.

After his outburst, Vegapunk gradually regained so rationality.

Suppressing his anger, he stopped wasting ti.

He joined in the effort to pack up the data.

...

Outside the sealed chanical animal forest.

At this mont, the kingdom's Royal Guard and Marines from the Baldimore branch had arrived.

They surrounded the forest periter, watching carefully.

The branch commander's Den Den Mushi had not been hung up—it was reporting the situation in real-ti.

Because this involved a Governnt taboo, the Den Den Mushi on the other end was directly connected to Fleet Admiral Kong.

Fleet Admiral Kong's voice ca through:

"Titus, monitor the movents of the illegal research group MADS closely."

"Do not let a single person escape."

"Sakazuki is already en route."

"Until Sakazuki arrives,"

"you are to stop MADS at all costs—even if it ans death."

Hearing Sakazuki's na gave Commander Titus confidence.

He took a deep breath:

"I guarantee the mission will be completed!"

He looked around at the surrounding soldiers and shouted:

"Reinforcents are arriving soon!"

"Vice Admiral Sakazuki is on his way!"

"Everyone stay sharp!"

"Don't let a single person from this evil organization escape!"

The surrounding Marines responded in unison:

"Yes, sir!!!"

The reenergized soldiers kept their eyes fixed on the dark forest.

It didn't take long before they could no longer hold back and began whispering among themselves.

"Hey, did you hear?!"

"Yeah!"

"Vice Admiral Sakazuki is coming!!!"

"Who would've thought we'd get to see Vice Admiral Sakazuki in such a remote place?"

"He's the hero who killed the great pirate Whitebeard!"

"Can't wait to see Vice Admiral Sakazuki!"

" too!!!"

...

A fiery red figure blotted out the sky as it flew into the region shrouded by dark clouds year-round.

A golden eagle composed of magma, with four wings each stretching over a thousand ters, blasted through the sky.

At the end of its wings, burning magma erupted as propulsion.

It soared forward at high speed.

Molten rock fell from the sky into the sea.

It didn't cool or solidify but instead burned slowly, as if fueled by an endless internal supply.

In this icy sea locked in snow and frost all year long, a sea channel several nautical miles wide was lted open.

It led straight to the chanized island at the heart of the sea—Baldimore Kingdom...
