Taking a deep breath, Miles Pierce cald down and pulled Sabrina Pierce to stand in front of Ivy Kensington.

The sound of the Small Wine Mountain collapsing roused Ivy Kensington’s foggy mind considerably.

She clearly saw through Sabrina Pierce’s tricks.

Pressing her lips tightly, now was not the ti for impulsiveness; she still needed to ask Miles Pierce to represent Sharon Langley in court.

So Ivy Kensington clenched her fists with determination, deciding to endure the loss.

But unexpectedly, Sebastian Blackwood walked over briskly at this mont.

Before Ivy Kensington could react, Sebastian Blackwood’s large hand had already gripped her wrist.

With a slightly rough movent, he dragged her in front of Sabrina Pierce, his tone weighted and heavy.

"Ivy, how old are you, still bickering with a girl who just beca an adult?"

Earlier, Sabrina Pierce had been crying continuously, yet she was still thinking of apologizing to her. No one would have expected that as soon as she ca down, she would have soone fall along with Small Wine Mountain to the ground.

It’s well known that Miles Pierce has always doted on this sister; Ivy Kensington’s actions now were clearly about to offend, and only an apology could resolve this conflict.

Sebastian Blackwood’s stern eyebrows pressed tightly together, a trace of displeasure between them.

And these words were like scolding Ivy Kensington in front of everyone.

When Miles Pierce had initially asked her for an explanation, Ivy Kensington didn’t feel particularly upset, but at this very mont, hearing these words coming from Sebastian Blackwood’s mouth felt like a knife twisting in her heart.

He hadn’t asked her anything before speaking, imdiately jumping to accusations.

Had he understood the truth of the situation?

Or did she, in his mind, so easily beco the kind of vicious person who would target even a girl just coming of age?

She only felt a chill in her heart!

Ivy Kensington originally wanted to let things go since she had a favor to ask.

But now, she didn’t plan to do so.

She shook off Sebastian Blackwood’s grip on her hand, her eyes coldly gazing at him, "Why should I apologize?"

What?

No one present expected Ivy Kensington to have such a strong attitude.

Especially Sabrina Pierce, who was utterly shocked.

Wasn’t she supposed to be asking her brother for help?

How dare she act like this, wasn’t she afraid her brother wouldn’t help her?

As expected, Miles Pierce’s already not-so-good expression beca even more unsympathetic.

He adjusted his glasses and retorted, "Does Miss Kensington think that my face isn’t significant enough to defend my own sister?"

Sebastian Blackwood’s gaze was equally sinister; this damn woman insisted on going against his wishes?

"Ivy, listen!"

He spoke with a heavy tone, these four words carrying unclear aning.

But Ivy Kensington acted as if she hadn’t heard, responding to Miles Pierce’s earlier question word by word, with neither humility nor arrogance, "Mr. Pierce, you misunderstood . I do not think you cannot defend your sister."

"It’s just that there is a misunderstanding in this matter. I did not push your sister."

As soon as these words were spoken, Sabrina Pierce panicked.

If she didn’t push, did that an she fell intentionally to fra her?

Sabrina Pierce’s eyes darted, and tears that had just stopped now fell again, looking aggrieved.

"Boohoo, brother, my hand hurts so much..."

The girlfriends beside Sabrina Pierce also chid in, "What do you an by that? Do you think Sabrina is framing you? Where does that put our Sabrina!"

"Exactly, our Sabrina is such a kind girl, she wouldn’t have the scheming to set you up!"

Sabrina Pierce’s girlfriends, one after another, directly surrounded and attacked Ivy Kensington.
