Sharon Langley was at a loss for words, but she knew she couldn’t stop him, so she could only watch as he entered Ivy Kensington’s hospital room.
Ivy had slept the entire day, but still didn’t seem to have any energy.

Sebastian lowered his indifferent gaze.
Ivy awoke from her dream, only to see Sebastian standing by her bedside. Almost instinctively, she reached out and embraced his lean waist.
She called out to him dependently, "Sebastian..."
Originally, thinking of the lost baby had ignited a fire of anger within Sebastian.
But in this very mont, Ivy holding him like this quietly extinguished that anger.

He had told others that the child’s deformity surgery had failed because of her young age, and she couldn’t withstand the surgery, which was the reason she was gone.
Exposing the video would negatively impact Ivy.
He didn’t want to see her trapped by public opinion.

He responded deeply, raising his hand to embrace her slender back, gently patting her in a manner that could be considered gentle.
The man’s warm palm fell on her back, transmitting through the thin fabric into her body, making Ivy gradually co to her senses.
She thought she was dreaming.
But unexpectedly, it was real; Sebastian had truly returned.
Swallowing with a coarse throat, Ivy recalled the news she saw this morning and suddenly felt weary.
Claire Crowley was holding custody of the child and was creating turmoil repeatedly.
She could see that Claire truly did not want to give up custody; if she were forced to give up, the incident of holding the child and threatening to jump off a building would surely replay.
Ivy thought of how the child was still so small, and her heart couldn’t help but ache.
After a mont, she took a deep breath and finally said, "Sebastian, maybe we should forget about remarriage."
Claire wanted Mrs. Blackwood’s position; let her have it.
This tornt, if it continues long term, no one can bear it.
As soon as these words were spoken, Sebastian’s stern and handso face imdiately turned gloomy.
The one who agreed to remarry was her, and now the one regretting it is also her.

Dark anger surged in Sebastian’s heart; he raised his hand and pinched Ivy’s chin. "Do you know what you’re saying?"
Ivy’s small face was forced upturned; she looked at him with her distinct black and white eyes for several seconds before nodding.
"Yes, I’m saying let’s forget about the remarriage."
Perhaps it was destined that she and Sebastian were not ant to be in this lifeti.
If so, she didn’t want to force it anymore.
They should let each other go.
"Ha."
Ivy’s firm words made Sebastian let out a cold laugh from his chest. He tightened the grip on Ivy’s chin, his tone coldly sarcastic: "Ivy, truly, your heart is made of steel."
The child is gone.
The first thing she does is backtrack on the remarriage.
This, it seems, was all part of her ticulous plan!
Sebastian’s face was cold and terrifying, his words almost like blades toward Ivy: "Killed her own child, I should never have protected you. Ivy, you make sick!"
In her heart, she clearly always despised that the child was not only deford but also a fool!
