After identification, the child who was pushed down from the castle was indeed the baby that had been kept in the hospital, about to undergo corrective surgery for deformities.

According to Sharon, Ivy went to Stellaris Castle because she received a ssage that soone had taken Nannan, threatening her.
Yet, at Veridia’s maternity, it was Ivy who personally took the deford baby to Stellaris Castle.

At this, Sebastian’s phone rang.
"Master Blackwood, the paternity test results for Mrs. Claire Crowley and Miss Nannan are out."
The doctor spoke clearly over the line: "The test confirms that Mrs. Claire Crowley and Miss Nannan are mother and daughter."
In an instant, the bones in Sebastian’s hand gripping the phone turned a faint white.
Claire Crowley is indeed Nannan’s biological mother...
