Inside the hospital room, only a dim wall lamp was lit, under its light, Sebastian Blackwood’s tall figure leaned against the bed, looking tired and indifferent, with an expression that revealed a trace of exhaustion in his dark, deep eyes.

If she wants to go find him, then let her go find him.

Owen Rhodes wanted to say it wasn’t safe to let Ivy Kensington go out alone in the middle of the night.
But looking at the tired and indifferent deanor of Sebastian Blackwood, he couldn’t voice his concerns, ultimately nodding his head and agreeing.
