Ivy Kensington’s eyes felt a sting, an urge to shed tears.
Among the three children, it was Ronnie to whom she owed the most.
Seeing the woman about to cry, Sebastian Blackwood felt a little better.

Taking a deep breath, Ivy Kensington cald her emotions, then went downstairs straight to the kitchen.

Mrs. Langley imdiately gave a wry smile and said, "Madam, you don’t know, Ronnie can’t eat a thing."
Even if she could, she would just throw it up.
So usually, Sebastian Blackwood would give her nutrient infusions, and later continued seeing doctors, but the effect was minimal.
Hearing these words, Ivy Kensington felt even worse, "Mrs. Langley, let give it a try."
Seeing this, Mrs. Langley didn’t stop her and let Ivy Kensington have the kitchen.
Ivy Kensington worked quickly, and in half an hour, three dishes and a soup were ready.

"What if you poisoned Ronnie?"
Sebastian Blackwood said righteously.
Ivy Kensington almost wanted to punch him, for saying such things, but she was too lazy to argue. Picking out a few pieces, she said irritably, "It’d be best if you got poisoned."
Sebastian Blackwood, satisfied, took a piece of rib, almost in one gulp, his dark eyes filled with amazent.
He never expected Ivy Kensington’s cooking skills to be this good.
Seeing him about to take more, Ivy Kensington quickly pulled the dish back: "That’s enough."
Then, not waiting for the man to react, she walked in with the dish.
"Ronnie, mommy made your favorite, would you like to try it?"
Ivy Kensington squatted in front of Ronnie, speaking softly.
Ronnie remained lost in her world, ignoring everyone, as if she didn’t sll any aroma.
Ivy Kensington was very patient, carefully observing Ronnie, never getting enough of looking at her.
The little girl had gradually grown, the once chubby little face now revealing so contours.
Thinking of the Ronnie who used to follow behind her calling "Mommy" had grown up in a corner unknown to her.
Ivy Kensington felt a pang in her heart, unable to hold back, a tear slowly slid down from her eye corner.
"Ronnie, mommy is sorry to you..."
Ivy Kensington hugged Ronnie, her tears slipping onto Ronnie’s collar.
Suddenly, Ronnie moved slightly.
The girl’s long eyelashes trembled slightly, and she very softly said, "Mommy, is it you who ca back?"
This not only shocked Ivy Kensington but also Sebastian Blackwood.
After four whole years, Ronnie spoke her first sentence!
Ivy Kensington almost cried with joy, she exclaid, "Ronnie, mommy really ca back."
