For a mont, Ivy Kensington felt a vague discomfort deep inside.

Her husband was at the fashion show, watching another woman walk the runway in a wedding dress... She couldn’t help but feel hurt.

"Sharon, I’m stepping out for a bit."

Ivy gave a quick word and planned to go out to get so air.

She hadn’t reached the restroom yet, but as she passed by the backstage, she overheard soone anxiously say, "This is the highlight of the show, and it’s about to go on. You’re telling the model isn’t arranged and was poached last minute? Are you all useless?!"

The person in charge of the show angrily threw down their phone.

In just half an hour, the featured piece was set to premiere, yet they were told there was no model for it; it was almost as if soone was playing a joke on him!

The manager responsible for the models was also extrely frustrated.

The reputation of Designer Z was well-known, attracting admiration but also resentnt.

Who would have thought their competitor would pull such a stunt, poaching the model at the last minute, leaving them completely blindsided!

"Find soone. You have five minutes to find a new model, or you’re all out of here!"

The person in charge shouted angrily.

Ivy, caught up in the commotion, was about to leave, only to have soone suddenly grab her wrist.

Winnie Winslow?

Winnie pulled her in and said, "I have a recomndation for you, it’s her!"

What?

Recomnding her?

Ivy was utterly taken aback; she had never walked a runway before.

"Winnie, maybe you’ve got the wrong idea..."

In Ivy’s opinion, Winnie might be more suitable than she was.

Winnie smiled at her, "If I say it’s you, then it’s you."

Being the designer of these wedding dresses, she naturally knew who her creations suited best.

Others might not know Winnie’s identity, but the person in charge certainly knew Winnie was the renowned Designer Z. After glancing at Ivy, their eyes instantly lit up.

Ah, as expected of Designer Z, her eye for talent was unbelievably sharp!

Ivy had a tall figure, impressive even without makeup. Not to ntion the cool, ethereal aura she possessed.

Soon, the new centerpiece of the collection was brought out.

It was a black wedding dress!

Defying the traditional concept of a white wedding dress...

Winnie said, "In a marriage, it’s not just pure white that is the color. The wedding dress is designed for won; black represents resilience. I hope that in every marriage, won have the courage to be their own strongest support, living for themselves!"

Ivy had originally intended to refuse, but hearing Winnie’s words, her heart wavered...

Indeed, in a marriage, one must live for oneself!

"Alright, I’m willing."

Ivy nodded seriously. She and Sebastian Blackwood were married, and aside from a marriage certificate, there was nothing else. Let this wedding dress make up for the regret in her heart.

Even if they were to part ways later, she would have enough courage to face it!

With three minutes left until showti, everything was ready.

Ivy walked out with the black wedding dress in hand, and everyone backstage widened their eyes.

"Stunning!"

Winnie snapped her fingers. She wasn’t wrong about her; when she first saw Ivy at the bridal shop today, she thought she suited this dress perfectly...

"Really?"

Ivy didn’t have ti to look at herself in the mirror wearing the dress and asked, a bit insecure.

Winnie smiled at her, "You’ll know once you step onto the runway."

Ivy was led to the back of the runway, where the curtain gradually opened. She took a deep breath, tilted her chin up slightly, and with a soft smile on her lips, confidently walked onto the stage.

On stage.

Sebastian Blackwood watched, expressionless, as models walked past him, without a ripple of emotion inside.

"Owen, how much longer?"

The man asked impatiently.

Owen checked his watch and replied, "Including the acknowledgnts and such, we’ve got about forty minutes to go."

What a complete waste of ti.

Sebastian lost all patience, stretched his long legs, and his tall figure rose swiftly, "Let’s go."

Just as he spoke, an enchanting figure suddenly caught his eye.

Sebastian found his steps frozen instantly.

Owen was equally stunned, rubbing his eyes in disbelief, exclaiming, "Master Blackwood, that’s the lady!"
