Chapter 300 - Have You Never Heard of Him Before?
Jiang Hao and Soong Wan were bewildered by the man who had abruptly blocked their path.
At that mont, the crowd around them erupted in astonishnt upon hearing Li Jiahao's introduction.
“Whoa, Prodigy Entertainnt's managent company! That's a major player in China's entertainnt industry!”
“Prodigy Entertainnt? Isn't that the agency that represents one of the ‘Four Little Flowers,' Xu Tong?”
“And isn't the movie star Hu Tianming also from that agency?”

The crowd's reaction filled Jiang Hao and Soong Wan with looks of envy, jealousy, and resentnt. Li Jiahao, basking in the chatter, was quite smug.
He was thrilled with the crowd's support.
In his mind, with Prodigy Entertainnt's clout, people would do anything to get in.
Now that he had made the offer himself, signing these two up should be effortless!
What he hadn't anticipated was that Jiang Hao never followed the entertainnt scene and had no aspirations of stardom.
As for Soong Wan, with the Jade King's influence, she could have been a sensation already if she had wanted to.
After exchanging a glance, Jiang Hao turned to Li Jiahao.
“Sorry, Scout Li, we appreciate the offer.”
“But we're not interested in debuting.”
Jiang Hao's response left Li Jiahao dumbfounded, and the onlookers were equally shocked.
“Damn, he turned it down?”

“Does he not realize who they are?”

Jiang Hao was unfazed by the murmurs of the crowd.
He nodded politely at Li Jiahao, offering a slight apology, and then he and Soong Wan readied to leave.
Li Jiahao inhaled deeply, feeling he hadn't been clear enough, and quickly interjected.
“Hold on, you two might not have understood !”
“Let repeat myself!”
“I'm talking about the Prodigy Entertainnt managent company, Prodigy Entertainnt. Got it?”
Li Jiahao locked eyes with Jiang Hao, emphasizing his point twice for good asure.
He was confident that his ssage had been crystal clear this ti. Surely, there was no way they would turn him down, right?
Just then, Jiang Hao's brow furrowed, clearly irked by Li Jiahao's condescending tone.
“Sorry, never heard of him. Is he supposed to be famous?”
With that, Jiang Hao took Soong Wan by the hand and they both walked away.
Li Jiahao stood there, slack-jawed.
He had laid it all out so plainly. Weren't they supposed to be clamoring to sign with him by now?
He had encountered others like Jiang Hao before, but once they got a real taste of the entertainnt world, they'd co running to him without fail.
So why was it playing out differently this ti?
Watching the pair depart, Li Jiahao couldn't help but yell out in a mix of anger and disbelief.
“Kid, you're going to regret this! I'll be waiting for you to co crawling back!”
But Jiang Hao and Soong Wan seed utterly oblivious to his outburst, continuing on their way, laughing and talking as if nothing had happened.
Suddenly, a voice piped up from the crowd.
“Actually, they might really have no regrets, because that girl appears to be the Jade King's daughter!”
“Whoa… Damn, I just shared it on WeChat Monts, and a friend comnted that she's the Jade King's daughter!”
“What? Are you saying that girl is the Jade King Soong Wanzhong's daughter?”
“Damn, that explains why she couldn't care less about signing with Glory Entertainnt!”

Once Soong Wan's identity was revealed, everyone cast odd glances at Li Jiahao.
If the Jade King's beloved daughter truly wanted to break into the industry, why would she need to sign with any talent agency at all?
