Jiang Hao accepted the paper from Zhou Hong and returned to his seat, briefly glancing at Liu Xuan in the front row. Liu Xuan, however, couldn’t muster the courage to et his gaze.
With a faint smile, Jiang Hao settled back into his seat as Zhou Hong began to expound upon the paper.
This class seed to fly by for Liu Xuan.
He wasn’t absorbing anything. His thoughts were consud by the wager he had made with Jiang Hao.
The class concluded as the bell rang.
As the class ended, the tolling bell roused Liu Xuan from his thoughts.
Once their English teacher, Zhou Hong, exited the room, a voice unexpectedly pierced the air.
“Liu Xuan, it’s ti for you to honor the bet!”
The source of the voice led everyone’s attention to Jiang Hao.
All eyes then turned to focus on Liu Xuan.
In an instant, Liu Xuan, who had been about to bolt, found himself suddenly immobilized.

The attention of everyone shifted to Jiang Hao, the room brimming with curiosity about his intentions.
Jiang Hao arrived by Liu Xuan’s side, offering a smile that held a certain intrigue.
Similarly, Liu Xuan regarded Jiang Hao, his own smile tinged with awkwardness, eyes pleading for Jiang Hao to let things go.
The two of them shared a significant mont of eye contact.

Suddenly, a resounding noise pierced the air, inducing an imdiate wave of fear among everyone present.
Liu Xuan’s fright was so intense that he stumbled, nearly losing his balance.
His eyes were wide with horror as he gazed at his own table.
A forceful punch had slamd into it, leaving a gaping hole in the wooden surface!
The other students nearby also shifted their attention towards Liu Xuan’s desk.
“Hiss~!”
In the face of the considerable hole in the table, an audible gasp escaped from everyone’s lips!
The extent of this damage was truly astonishing!
All eyes turned towards Jiang Hao, their expressions a mixture of astonishnt.
Jiang Hao, now looking at his fist, calmly extracted his hand from the sizable hole he had created, murmuring to himself.
“Oh my! This table isn’t durable at all!”
Liu Xuan was paralyzed with fear. Had that punch struck his body, he could have sustained a severe injury.
At that point, Jiang Hao returned his gaze to Liu Xuan, inquiring with a smile.
“Class monitor, what were you just saying?”
This imdiately jolted the stunned Liu Xuan back to reality.
Liu Xuan quickly lowered his expression, scrambling to put on a flattering smile.
“Nothing, nothing.”
“I an, I’m up for the challenge, I’m ready to concede, I’m up for the challenge, I’m ready to concede!”
Liu Xuan was thoroughly spooked and quickly clarified.
“Well, that’s settled! Now, follow through with your promise; class will be starting soon!”
At that instant, Liu Xuan couldn’t bring himself to decline. He swiftly rose from his seat and lowered himself to the floor.
The mont he assud the position, Liu Xuan’s eyes were brimming with unending resentnt.
“Woof! Woof! Woof!”
Having mastered the art of barking, Liu Xuan lifted his head and t Jiang Hao’s gaze.
“Monitor, I didn’t expect you to be such a natural at acting!”
Jiang Hao grinned, his attention focused on Liu Xuan lying on the ground, teasingly.
Having said that, he turned around and headed back to his seat.
anwhile, Liu Xuan’s face was flushed a deep shade of red.
The instant Jiang Hao departed, Liu Xuan hastily regained his footing and returned to his seat. He dared not et the eyes of his peers!
Nonetheless, inside, he was boiling with indignation!
“Jiang Hao, just you wait! I will definitely avenge today’s humiliation!”
