Chapter 2870: Unbelievable
He said that he would not be returning. Gu Jinglian had planned to send him off. But at the lat minute, he said there was a very important person he had to et. Then, he disappeared.
Unexpectedly, he waited till late for to be told such news.
He rushed to the hospital and arrived at the ergency room. However, the doctor asked him if he was a family mber of the deceased.
“Deceased!?”
Gu Jinglian’s expression darkened. “Where is he?”
“He’s in the ergency room. We tried to save him, but he lost his vital signs on the way. There’s nothing we can do!”
The doctor said regretfully.
But Gu Jinglian did not believe him. “How is that possible?! You quack, did you make a mistake?!”
The doctor was extrely aggrieved. But even then, because of his fear of the man’s identity, he explained in a quiet voice, “How could I be mistaken?! The deceased was a very popular celebrity when he was alive. He was a popular idol. Didn’t you see? The nurses in the ergency room were all crying so hard that they almost died...”
Gu Xingze had lost all signs of life on the way to the hospital.
When he was in the ambulance, so dical staff recognized him.

The door was kicked wide open!
Gu Jinglian walked in, only to see that in the resuscitation room, a body was covered tightly by a white sheet on a hospital bed.
A group of nurses were huddled together and bawling their eyes out!
Gu Jinglian could not help feeling annoyed and shouted angrily, “Get out!”
A few nurses were shocked by his angry and cold expression. The doctor shot them a look and they filed out, vacating the room.
Now, there was only the single trolley bed in the huge ergency room.
Various dical instrunts were put away by the side.
At the foot of the bed, there were bloodstained shreds of cloth that had once been the clothes of the deceased.
Gu Jinglian walked to the bedside. He really did not believe that the person under this white sheet was Gu Xingze.
He reached out and grabbed a corner of the white fabric and peeled it back!

Gu Xingze’s lifeless handso face registered in his vision.
Gu Jinglian’s eyes widened and he lost control of his focus. His pupils constricted and his heart skipped a beat.
“Xingze... ”
He was really dead!?
He found it hard to believe.
Butler Fu rushed to the ergency room and cried out, “Young Master Xingze!”
