Just as Fang Ze took away Kai Shi and headed for the Red Light District himself.
anwhile, at the Security Bureau's Reservist Training Center, class was also in session.
The morning's courses primarily consisted of two theoretical subjects. One was "Awakener Basic Overview," and the other was "Common Cris of Awakeners."
Because the two courses were closely related and both involved rote morization, they were both taught by the sa instructor.
This instructor was a middle-aged woman from the training center, with a sowhat fierce look. It was said she was the deputy director of the training center. So she had a bit of an official aura.
Upon arriving in the classroom, before class had begun, her eyes swept across the room, searching for the figure of Fang Ze.

"Talking during class!"
"Sleeping!"
"And even so are outright skipping class, not showing up!"
"You truly are the worst batch of students I have ever taught!"
If the director's earlier remarks left the students unsure about what she was thinking, the latter part of her speech made them glance around at their classmates and begin to have an inkling of her irritation.
The people below murmured softly, "Who would dare to skip the old lady's class? It looks like everyone's here. Except... Officer Fang Ze."
"Maybe she's angry because Officer Fang Ze skipped the first class?"
"Possibly."
"But it's kinda a slap in the face for Officer Fang Ze. He attended ntor Qing Ya's class yesterday but completely ditched the old lady's class today. That's really snubbing her."

"Right now, you're all still reservists, not yet inducted into the Security Bureau. You're not exposed to real cases, unaware of how bizarre and peculiar Awakener cris can be."
"Without properly studying 'Awakener Basic Overview' and 'Common Cris of Awakeners,' how can you handle cases?"
"Don't think that in your previous departnts, handling a case was easy."
"Let tell you, any case in the Security Bureau would be a major case in your forr departnts."
"And if it's a major case by the Bureau's standards, it would be a ga-case that would shock everyone in your forr departnts."

Listening to the director's admonishnt, the students below were forced to nod in agreent.
Thus, another class quickly ca to an end.
After class, just as the director was about to leave.
Suddenly, a student burst in from outside with a look of astonishnt.
Upon seeing the director, he promptly stopped and respectfully greeted her. After receiving a response from the instructor, he excitedly shouted to the students in the classroom, "I'm telling you! Sothing big has happened!"
"Officer Fang Ze didn't co to class today, right?"
"Then soone saw him go straight to the Security Bureau and take away Kai Shi who had provoked him a few days ago!"
As his words spilled out, the entire classroom first fell silent, and then erupted into a frenzy.
Many students gathered around, peppered him with questions to find out exactly what had happened. Asking why Fang Ze could take away Kai Shi and what exactly Kai Shi had done!
Although Nan Yi and her friends didn't co forward, they all pricked up their ears, eavesdropping on the information.
However... the student clearly didn't understand much about these matters.
He hemd and hawed, unable to give a clear explanation, only ntioning that Fang Ze seed to have so Special Operations Order.
At this mont, the director had almost left the room. Upon hearing "Special Operations Order," she nearly stumbled.
And just then, the student who had delivered the news appeared to rember sothing. He suddenly turned his head towards the director and asked with excitent, "Director! You're still here. Can you explain to us what a Special Operations Order is?"
