Dashing forward on his greatsword along with other combatants from his sect, the Supre Sword imdiately sent a ntal transmission to Blade who was currently clashing with a tri-horned demon.
The reason he was currently rushing to this gate instead of being dispatched elsewhere was very simple, it was because this gate was directly opened up at the door of the Supre tal Sect!
The other reason behind the Supre tal Sect being so infested with demon seeds was because of its strategic position to their main plan. The Demon Nest that was situated so close to them was the one that contained the majority of the demon army as well as the head commander of the demons!
'It all makes sense now…'
Just like the hellhole of a nest that the Elental Blade Sect had to take care of, this gate has similar age restrictions as well as a few more stringent requirents. As a result, even with it being so close to a top sect like the Supre tal Sect, it still stayed as it is without being cleared, leading to the current predicant.

Blade simply sent a nod in response, while he was normally full with pride as the top powerhouse within the domain, now wasn't the ti to act this way. His few clashes with this abnormal demon's halberd allowed him to understand that his elental prowess was equally matched against him who used the mixed path!
If this was just a normal challenge match with a fellow human, he would have still let out a fight and never accepted to team up against one foe, however, the opponent this ti was the enemy of humanity… Since he couldn't finish him on his own, then not to ntion teaming up with another ally, Blade surely didn't mind even making a team of five to finish off the protagonist of this whole invasion!

'Oh, he is already here…'
Seeing the Supre Sword making his way into the battlefield that was about to start, I let out a sigh of relief as everything still seed to be according to plan. I now could focus on what I had to do myself.
As one of those who didn't get dispersed anywhere and stayed in his sect for this exact mont, he was supposed to be the main commander on our side. He indeed wasn't as strong as Blade, but Blade had too much in his hand to deal with at the mont, immobilizing the commander of the demons was enough work as-is.
Other than the head commander who was currently out of service, there were still 5 other demons who I already recognized to be as powerful as a boosted version of normal base Overseers. Their power was currently in my league as well, taking them one on one and eventually finishing them relying on my speed was definitely possible, but…
'That would be simply a waste of resources.'
Compared to the huge amount of demons in this 'horde', the five 'mini' commanders' value as combatants was much lower, using my battle capabilities to take care of them would simply be nothing but a foolish act!
My combat potential, which was quite similar to the na of my main class, 'Versatile Lord', allowed to perform extrely well against a high number of opponents with average combat value. Overall, I could still fight strong people who are above my level but the loss of efficiency would be too much.
As such, for the sake of reducing casualties and achieving more gains on my side, I didn't plan to vie with the Supre Sword in fighting these 'mini-bosses' as I instead planned on sweeping the battlefield full of walking EP bags!
Besides, it was the Supre Sword himself who volunteered to take care of them before eventually joining Blade to finish off the last boss anyway…
Since other people normally wouldn't gain any benefits from fighting demons unless they were players, it was obviously a win-win situation for both and the human combatants to employ this strategy!
"Comnce the counter-attack!"
A few seconds before I could reach the horde of demons, the Supre Sword's greatsword suddenly dashed out with doubled speed as if he had triggered the full potential of his sword essence as his roar shook the whole battlefield!
Although the demon's attack itself didn't happen for there to be a counter-attack thanks to our interception, all faction heads regarded the insidious infiltration as an attack in itself, so they regarded this fight that they could finally put out after being blinded for so long as payback.
Thanks to his increased speed, the Supre Sword managed to crash into the closest 'mini-boss' to him by the ti the demon horde was within my reach…
The roar followed by the loud crash were the triggers that seed to have started everything, the human combatants imdiately followed the command and brandished their weapons, regardless of the fact whether they were made of tal or elents and smashed them towards the closest demons to them. On the other hand, the demons that were still frozen in their place from surprise finally seed to have broken this 'freezing' spell and fought back! The battlefield was imdiately thrown into chaos!
Of course, I wasn't planning to stay idle either...
