Omni-Mastery Chapter 19 - To The Forest

I checked the latest of my gains while I was packing in preparation for heading to the forest.

I was wearing a light leather armor, while holding a leather bag. They were both made in the smithy while I was training 'Leather crafting', I only packed water and food enough for a week as I planned to hunt for food and only use the rations for ergencies. I also packed so smaller bags to take back the materials that were needed for the quests.

As for weapons, I had the sword [Lightning Cloud] given to by blue beard which I made a sheath for but I still made a spare light one ,as it was quite hard to handle the special blade with my current physical stats.

I also made a simple spear for combat which I needed to reach far for and a bow for long range combat.

Although my last gain from the smithy quest was finally acquiring 'Hamr-Mastery', I didn't plan on training it for the anti which was the sa for the halberd and the dagger, at least until I had stats better suited for handling them.

I reached the periphery of the forest an hour later. although I didn't run but walked leisurely instead as the forest was very close to the village.

Description: the monsters & vicious animals population has been increasing, so the village head wants you to fix this problem by disposing of so within the limits.

Reward:

1. a certain amount of coins and essence according to the number & type of monsters you kill.]

The quest log had several similar quests about gathering animal materials and sotis herbs, but what interested the most was the monster subjugation quest, as it was requested directly by the village head.

I also planned to kill all types of monsters to gain enough combat experience, which would automatically contribute to the quest as a bonus.

I was seriously inexperienced in fighting as I couldn't even move less than two months ago. So, I decided to start my training by hunting the easiest targets in the forest.

I was going to hunt rabbits!
