Anna herself heard the conversation through her shared wall and moved into Amanda's office as quickly as she could.On entering she heard Amanda being imdiately terminated."Director, you cannot do that."

Without turning the imdiate response was "Well you are fired with imdiate effect as well."

"Director you cannot do that at all."

"Get the f*ck out imdiately from this building, I told you you are fired.If you are not gone within thirty seconds I will have security throw you out."

While Anna was planning her next move, Hou Yi sent Amanda a ssage saying 'keep him there I will be down quickly.'

In a real smug voice Anna said "Director, do you want to retract that statent."

"No I do not.You have fifteen seconds to leave."

As he was about to turn around two things happened at once, the elevator doors opened and Hou Yi walked out and the Director called out "Security, throw this woman out."

When the director turned around a look of fear passed over his face, firstly from spotting Anna and then Hou Yi.While waiting for Hou Yi to arrive beside her Anna said "Director, there is no way that you can fire , and more importantly you cannot fire people without complying with company policy.Madam Yao complied with company policy and had her leave approved by my husband, the CEO so …"

Hou Yi then entered the office and said "Director, we will be having a talk about company policy more deeply next week.But you will not being firing Madam Yao, not because she is the wife of a director of this company but because you have not complied at all with company policy.Leave can be approved by the deputy Director or Director of their departnt or senior company managent.Yes, preference is for within the departnt, but that is not required.I can approve leave of anyone in this company, and you cannot take that away from ."

"Company policy is that leave has to be approved either within the departnt by the Deputy Director or the Director of the departnt that you work in, it can be approved by senior company managent as wellpany preference is for the approval within the departnt but it is not mandatory."

"Can anyone tell , within the last few months has there been anyone fired for not complying with the policy as set down by the current or previous departntal directors?Do not feel that you have to say sothing now, but you can inform either my assistant, or if you are more comfortable my wife.Now head back to your work."

As Hou Yi went to leave, the current and forr directors were shooting evil looks to Hou Yi.He decided that enough was enough, and approached them "Gentleman, we will have this discussion in my wife's office."
