Once they heard this, Toman, Magaton, and the others finally understood why Commander Quorion bowed at the end. They were completely flabbergasted by this news as they turned to look at Sebastian.
Who was the Emperor? The galodon Emperor was the most important beast of this Empire, him asking for Sebastian in this chaotic period of war ant that Sebastian probably was a lot more talented than they expected.
Heck, even they themselves had only ever got to see their Emperor from a distance, they could only look on in envy as a teleportation portal opened up in the middle of this room inside the army barracks.
Unlike the others, Sebastian was not too surprised by what just happened.
Before going to the Temple of Enlightennt, Sebastian already made a lot of plans in his mind which was why he told all his subordinates to lie low for now.
Once he ca out, he did not return to his subordinates yet, he instead decided to take advantage of the opportunity that eting Toman and the others brought to just et up with this Empire that he was related to.
His main body was a galodon, he had the closest bond to this Empire.
He was not surprised that the galodon Emperor recognized him. The Emperor would be too cut off from the rest of the world if he didn’t know of the Leviathon Empire and their leader.
Sebastian made so counterasures to prevent his connected identities from being discovered by every beast, but he knew that these asures were more or less null before the connections of a Beast Emperor.
The galodon Emperor recognized Sebastian once he stepped foot into his territory, and that was why he did not hesitate to invite him over.
Sebastian thanked the Commander, Toman, and the others before swimming into the teleportation portal as he disappeared the next mont.

When Sebastian’s sight was restored, he already left the army barrack and was now in an extrely luxurious throne room, the throne room of the galodon Emperor.
This massive throne room that was lavished with golden decorations reflected the majesty and power of the leader of this mighty Empire.
At this mont, all his attendants were gone, only the massive galodon was in the throne room as he hovered on top of his throne majestically.
"Your Majesty!"
Sebastian didn’t know how beasts here did it, but he took a cue from movies that he watched in his previous world as he greeted this massive predator.
The massive galodon was silent as he looked down silently at him, a minute passed before he finally spoke. "To what honor do I owe the presence of the Leviathon Monarch in my Empire?"
At this mont, this massive galodon who was more than 2 tis bigger than Sebastian did not exude the aura of a superior at all.
His tight control over his powers already enabled him to keep his aura and magic field in check as not a wisp of it leaked to suppress Sebastian.
He spoke like he was before his equal. Once he finished asking, Sebastian went with the flow as he gave his reply.
"I ca here not as the Leviathon Monarch, but as a galodon".
From the little exchange of words, Sebastian already had a basic idea of the personality of this Emperor and hence he refrained from beating around the bush. He went straight to the point and revealed his motive for coming.
"I have co today to seek strength in unity".
"I have co here in search of an ally".
"By now, I think that you already know that I am aspiring to beco the Ocean Master. This is not just an aspiration of mine, it is my destiny, the Sages chose themselves and I am just fulfilling my destiny".
"As a pinnacle galodon and an Emperor, I believe that you already know that the present state of this world war is just a prelude to what is coming ahead".
"I ca to you first as a fellow galodon to seek our survival by becoming allies. Together, I believe that we can weather all the coming storms".
"Join my team and support now".
"When I beco the Ocean Master, I will rember my allies".
Once Sebastian finished his speech, the mighty Black tier galodon remained silent as his eyes were fixed on the eyes of his counterpart.
Sebastian did not flinch as he received the Emperor’s gaze cooly. This way, they were able to transfer their deepest emotions and sincere thoughts to each other. This continued for about a minute before the Emperor spoke again.
"What assurance do I have that you will beco the Ocean Master?"
"I beca a Red tier predator just a month ago but no Red tier predator can contest with ". Sebastian was quick to reply. "I grew from a normal beast to the Red tier realm in just a year and a few months".
"I inherited the unique skill of the Ocean King".
"I killed and took the unique skill of the Doppelganger and Invisibility Sea King!"
"I am the Monarch of the Leviathon Empire!"
"Do you want to continue?"
"No". The galodon Emperor’s eyes flickered. "I think that is enough".
"Before I pledge my loyalty to you and validate our alliance, I want to ask a favor of you".
"My Empire joined a failed alliance that tried to overthrow the Pugilist Sea King and now we have to pay for our mistakes and incompetence with the others".
"I want to know if you will co to my aid if my Empire ever needs it".
"Yes, I am a galodon also". Sebastian answered without hesitation.
"Good, that is all that I need from you, I choose to trust your words".
As soon as he said this, the mighty galodon rose from his throne as his massive body towered above everything else like a mountain.
"Today, I, Hrothgar, I pledge my allegiance to Sebastian, the Ocean Master!"
Once the galodon Emperor made this declaration, lightning seed to strike as the primordial origin magic bore witness to this legendary mont.
In a flash, it was settled, Sebastian got his first major ally.
