Silently, the Temple of Enlightennt disappeared out of existence like it was not there just a mont ago, leaving its previous inhabitants behind.
According to reliable information, the Temple of Enlightennt, the great opportunity to reap its benefits only ca about every millennium which ant that every beast who ca probably had only this chance of entering it.
This was the reason for the great population of talented beasts who ca to take part in this once-in-a-lifeti opportunity.
But unfortunately, the opportunity was not for all. Of all the tens of thousands of beasts that ca to take part in it, only 10,000 were fortunate enough to enter. This left tens of thousands of resentful beasts and variant humans.
Once the temple finished its selection to choose the candidates that were eligible to take part in the inheritance of the Soul Sage, the others were ruthlessly kicked out and they had no choice but to watch outside.
Filled with resentnt, most of these beasts and variant humans did not leave. They stayed behind, waiting for the eligible candidates to co out.
Now, a month finally passed and the temple was true to its words as the inheritance opportunity ca to an end and it disappeared.
The most bumming factor was that the temple disappeared without giving a damn about the eligible candidates. The temple gave no damn about how they survived after, all it was concerned about was the inheritance, nothing else.
Instantly after the temple disappeared, as Sebastian got accustod to the feeling of his body touching the waters of the Dungeon of Souls again, he suddenly paused as he felt a chill running down his spine.
Without even needing to look, Sebastian could already feel the penetrating gaze of tens of thousands of beasts and variant humans that pinned him down.
If looks could kill, he would have been dead a thousand tis over already.
Instantly, Sebastian knew what was happening and he reacted before the mobs of beasts could pounce on them like a pack of wolves pouncing on a herd of helpless and shepherd-less sheep.
"Magaton, follow , let’s leave!"
[You have activated skill: ga Dash!]
After his last evolution, Sebastian was not given the option to purchase upgrades of his skills through his system store since the Red tier evolution was more of an overall upgrade evolution.
He only bought a few new skills since everything was already set.
The foundations were already set in the purple tier realm, the peak of skills below unique skills were ga skills which he already had. What increased after his evolution was his power which directly increased the skills’ powers also.
Whoosh!
Sebastian erupted like the wind in a specific direction where the tens of thousands of resentful beasts and variant humans were a little scarce.
And shortly after he moved, 7 galodons and 2 Great White Sharks moved with him as they soon picked up speed to match his.
During the ti that the Temple of Enlightennt was yet to co out, Sebastian t these galodons and Great White Sharks and mingled with them.
During that short ti, they got to know themselves and now, Sebastian did not hesitate to give them a tip to save them. His intention to help them was pure, but Sebastian of course had another complentary motive in mind.
As soon as the galodons and Great White Sharks started escaping, this was when the realization started coming to the other candidates. They reacted and tried to escape, but the wrath of the resentful finally descended.
"Kill them all!"
"Feast on their flesh, we’ll get their origin law comprehension that way!"
No one knew who said this, but it was the best justification and motivation that they needed as the tens of thousands of beasts and variant humans who were left out pounced on their lucky counterparts with pure vengeance.
Crunch! Crunch!
Without any ti-wasting, both sides collided as a massive war started the next mont. The lucky candidates were outnumbered, but they were stronger individually and they just had an upgrade through the temple.
Because of this, their self-preservation abilities beca even more OP as every candidate started a race of survival of the fittest where every man fought for himself. Unsurprisingly, a lot of them started slipping away from the net.
Sebastian and his group of galodons and Great White Sharks escaped first. Of course, Sebastian refrained from using his full powers to avoid drawing unnecessary attention but he still steamrolled through the enemies.
Under his leadership, they needed less than 5 minutes before they fought their way out of the encirclent of the resentful beasts.
Once they escaped the encirclent, none of them dared to look back as they gave their all to escape far away.
About a dozen minutes later, Sebastian and his companions lost their resentful pursuers as they finally slowed down to rest.
They continued swimming casually as one of the 4 Red tier galodons started the conversation about their experience in the Temple of Enlightennt.
All of them had an impressive session during this past 1 month, their growth was astonishing but when it ca to Sebastian’s turn and they heard his heroics during the sa period of 1 month, their jaws were left hanging open.
"You now have Black Grandmaster origin law comprehension?!" Magaton asked as he found this truth to be extrely ridiculous.
"Damn, if I didn’t know, I would believe that you’re the first son of the Emperor! F*ck, not even the first heir was this ridiculously talented right?"
"Sebastian, are you serious?"
"Yeah!" Sebastian laughed and it was through this laugh that he slowly guided the conversation towards a direction that he wanted.
"You guys said you’re elite warrior candidates of the Great White Empire right? That ans you’ll all be returning to the Empire after leaving here?"
"Yeah!" Another Red tier Leviathon, Bagron answered.
"Then can I tag along, please?" Sebastian put on his best bro please expression at this mont. "I’ve heard of the Great White Empire since I was a kid, I always dread of going there but I never had the opportunity".
"Can you guys help please? I’ll rember this favor for life".
"Well, I think we can do that..., we can right?" Mid-sentence, Magaton turned to their leader Toman for confirmation who gave a simple answer.
"This is war period; we are experiencing an unprecedented event of a world war; the Empire needs talented warriors like you Sebastian. The Empire would be blessed to have an exceptional talent like you".
"So, does that an I can go?"
"Yes". Toman answered calmly. "We better start the journey; we can’t afford to keep our teachers and commanders waiting for our return".
"Thank you for this guys, I’ll never forget it".
"Don’t ntion Sebastian". Magaton laughed aloud before leading the way forward as the group of galodons and Great White Sharks started their journey towards the Great White Empire.
Since the Great White Empire was not located in the Dungeon of Souls, this was going to be a long journey that would probably take a few days for galodons who had only limited access to space magic and teleportation powers.
Sebastian was patient enough to spend a few days to get his goal.
