While construction went on in the rged seamount where the Sebastian Warriors Army got set to erect their base, Captain Oga and other prominent figures beca engrossed with work as they strived to keep order.

To build the perfect foundations to encourage the growth of the army, a lot of things needed to be put in order, and Captain Oga was in charge.

After spending a short ti with this forr Atlantian Captain, Sebastian understood his personality completely. He also understood the reason why the captain joined his camp, which was why he gave him more responsibilities.

Captain Oga still loathed Sebastian for having a hand in the death of his soldiers, only recently was he learning to grow above this hate.

From Sebastian’s understanding, the main reason why this Captain joined his camp was to prevent more people from dying the aimless death that his soldiers suffered when the storm of war finally covers all of Oceania.

He still loathed Sebastian, but he recognized the potential of the galodon. He knew that with Sebastian, he could at least be able to influence the bigger things and save as much as he could from suffering the sa fate as his soldiers.

As the few earth domain predators of the army worked hard on the construction work, Captain Oga delegated works to the other warriors of the army. In this volatile period, no warrior was allowed to rest.

Once he received Sebastian’s orders, Captain Oga implented them.

To ensure the continued survival and eventual growth of the army, a lot of things needed to be in order. The first and most important priority on the long list was food, warriors needed to be on the ground to hunt for food.

Fortunately for them, food was not sothing scarce in the Dungeon of Souls. The war between the 2 massive Beast Empires already disrupted so much that it ensured that food beca a common commodity to those who could get it.

Apart from food, there were other priorities in the army like the defense of the army. If they died today, all their ambitions would be worth as much as a fart.

As a veteran soldier who served the Atlantian army for decades, Captain Oga knew the importance of good defense to the survival of an army outpost.

He emphasized this so much that none of the warriors dared to slack.

In just an hour after the first official eting was completed, a huge defensive periter was already erected around the territory of the Sebastian Warriors Army. The water domain magicians played a huge role here.

Apart from the 12 warships that hovered around the territory, serving as the greatest deterrent figures, the defense periter was surrounded by nurous ice spikes that were created by the water domain magicians.

These ice spikes were not ant to just impale enemies who ca close enough, Captain Oga improvised from his military experience as through the Annihilator warship, he weaponized the ice spikes.

Through the Annihilator warship, the ice spikes could be remotely controlled to shoot at enemies at speeds that could only be called horrifying.

Though making this work took a long ti, Captain Oga deed it worth the ti which was all that the warriors needed to continue working on it.

Before the hour was over, the defense periter already turned into a huge defense bulwark. Enemies needed to sweat flesh and blood to penetrate in.

After making sure that the important defense was taken care of, Captain Oga finally addressed the hunt teams that he already organized.

Apart from hunting for food, the hunt teams had another mission that was delegated by the Army Commander himself which was to search for earth domain predators. The army was badly in need of this breed of predator magicians.

In the army, their leader was now referred to as Army Commander Sebastian.

Once they found any earth domain magician who was a predator too powerful for them to handle, all they needed was to hit the ergency button on their communication device and the Army Commander would appear himself.

Once they heard this, all the warriors in the hunt teams felt emboldened, getting to hunt alongside their Army Commander was a privilege to them.

After Captain Oga hit at all the important points to them, he did not allow them to leave yet since they had one last mission to fulfill.

Though after taking over another identity and successfully impersonating Master Red Mask of the Demon Inter-racial bounty organization, Sebastian got access to the channels of this organization, he still had so boundaries.

The real Master Red Mask lived all his life in the Green Mist Sea, though he had visited 2 other Great Seas, he had never visited the Dungeon of Souls.

In a volatile period like this, Master Red Mask suddenly asking for information about the Dungeon of Souls would definitely attract attention, and attracting attention was the last thing that Sebastian ever wanted.

This was why Sebastian delegated the mission of scouting their surroundings to get a map of the Dungeon of Souls to his subordinates.

This was another reason that motivated him not to send his Leviathon body out there yet. Before engaging in the war, he needed to thoroughly prepare, and one of the most important preparations was knowing where he was going.

Without a map, Sebastian would be entering the war blind which was dangerous considering the scale of the war.

"This is your last mission in this hunt". Captain Oga’s voice reverberated like thunder as it penetrated the eardrums of the warriors, they all vividly understood what each word he said ant.

"This last mission does not have any specific requirents".

"All you have to do is take note of your surroundings as you move. Take this device". Captain Oga threw a blue disc-shaped device at them that gave them smaller versions of the disc-shaped device.

"This is a distance and direction compiler. With it, you can accurately mark every location that you have been to so as not to forget it".

"You can improvise to make the mission progress faster. You can interrogate your hunt targets, as natives of this Great Sea, they’ll surely know better about this region than you can ever know in years".

"Also, if you find worthy candidates, you can recruit warriors on behalf of the Army Commander".

"They’ll be screened here before any further step is taken".

"Good luck warriors on your first official mission".

Before the warriors could leave, Captain Oga suddenly raised his hands after rembering sothing. "Sebastian Warriors!"

It took so ti, but they soon caught into what he ant as the warriors responded the next mont with a loud voice. "WE NEVER FALTER!"

At the mont, this slogan still sounded cringy but as a war veteran, Captain Oga knew that with ti, the warriors would all get used to it.

With that, the hunt teams finally entered the wild.

...

While Captain Oga worked hard, forming the different hunt teams and delegating their duties to them, Sebastian watched everything quietly.

The more he watched the captain at work, the more contented he felt at trusting his instincts then to not kill the captain but to try recruiting him.

Without a doubt, recruiting Captain Oga was the best decision that Sebastian had made during the growth plan of his army.

"Army Commander!" Once all the hunt teams left, Captain Oga finally turned around to pay his respects to his leader.

"Captain!" Sebastian called before swimming closer.

"You are doing a good job". Sebastian was not stingy with his complints.

"I’m just doing my work, Commander". Captain Oga kept his head down as a sign of respect as he spoke, this started after Sebastian’s battle against the Red tier Turtle. "When will the ultimate vessel join the hunt?"

Sebastian grinned. "The hunt already started for my ultimate war vessel".
