{Carved In Fate's Stone}

A new section.

New letters.

Emir stepped forward, eyes scanning the scattered pages.

He reached for the first one. 'Opened' it. And read.

{Found Out}

"Johnson. Solis."

"Why are you here?"

The blue-eyed man smiled.

A voice like many. A voice like Maria.

"Why? Ah… you an that? I'm here to expose you."

Emir's expression remained blank.

"I see."

He raised a hand.

"Die."

But—he disappeared.

Emir frowned.

Almost Turning Hollow.

His imprisonnt.

The entire chain of events.

He realized it.

It was all planned by Solis.

He exhaled, turned and found himself surrounded.

Celestials. A lot of them.

He didn't resist.

Didn't even consider running.

He let them capture him.

{A Mighty Roar}

The crowd parted before him.

One step.

Then another.

Until he stood before them all.

His hands dripped red.

His gaze was cold.

He saw everything.

The principal. The teachers.

Ragnar.

Evelyn.

His students.

Arthur's friends? Fear. Shock. Anger.

Those who had only observed Arthur? Curiosity. Amusent.

Quinn was flabbergasted, never imagining that Emir would betray her so.

It was not because he... saved her but because she grew to trust him deeply.

Sofia didn't care, neither Ava nor Max.

Max built sowhat of a friendship but it wasn't ant to be, it seed.

Junior despised Emir for doing what he did... And Aria?

Since the day she found out that he was her kidnapper, she saw him in a different light.

Sure, she didn't tell on him till then, not even to her father, but this?

This was the straw that broke the cal's back.

Emir extracted Arthur's head from his dinsional ring.

He placed it before his feet.

"As you all know."

"My na is Emir Haydar, a professor at this Academy."

The silence was deafening.

Frozen.

They didn't know whether to interfere. Shout. Attack.

They simply couldn't process it.

"But what you don't know..."

"Is that I am of the Eternal Star's Clan."

A pause.

Then, his voice thundered.

"I'M THEIR PRINCE."

"AND I, THE PRINCE, DECLARE WAR AGAINST MAGNUS!"

His words shook the hall.

"YOU ALL WILL WITNESS ! MARK THIS AS THE DAY OF THE END!"

"NEVER FORGET ARTHUR'S DEATH, MAGNUS! YOU ARE NEXT!"

And then—

His final ssage.

"And you, my students—"

"The day you graduate… is the day you can kill ."

{Run}

Silence.

But Emir's gaze didn't waver.

Because they were here.

Lily.

Elijah.

Cloaked. Hidden.

Watching.

Their eyes t.

His lips moved.

"Run."

The binary code finally ca into play.

His escape plan.

The principal knew.

But he would hide it.

{Left As He Ca}

On the first day at the Academy they had a tour of the prison.

Now?

He was leaving it the sa way.

In chains.

The prison beneath the Academy was deeper than anyone knew.

Not just a set of cells—

But an entire city buried underground.

Built like a labyrinth.

Built like a grave.

The Panopticon.

A single watchtower at the center.

An eye that never blinked.

That never slept.

A place where even if no one was watching you—

You felt like they were.

Where escape was unthinkable.

Where hope died quietly.

Where monsters were kept in cages.

And Emir?

One of them.

{Tartaros}

A machine unlike anything else.

Designed to break n.

To carve pain into their very being.

To reduce them to nothing.

It was unleashed upon Emir.

Yet—

He didn't even flinch.

{Royal Beheading}

Fate. A joke.

Or maybe it wasn't.

Maybe it was just inevitable.

Morgiana stood in his place now. His replacent.

Funny.

The mont Emir was captured and sent to prison, her position as a teacher was reinstated.

As if it had all been scripted.

As if no matter what he did, the story would correct itself.

He could delay fate.

But he could never escape it.

And neither could she.

Neither could he.

Because fate had decreed his death.

A beheading.

{Fool}

The Reaper ca for answers.

Vadryn.

They wanted to know him.

To understand.

To break him.

But when they looked into his soul, they found sothing else entirely.

It wasn't corrupt.

It wasn't tainted.

It was damaged.

Deleted.

Bit by bit.

Like sothing had been stolen from him.

Vadryn went deeper.

Pushed further.

Tried to pry it open.

And found—

Him.

The Sultan of the Sands.

A throne.

A dune of golden dust.

A cluster of Aether, sitting upon it.

And from the dust—

Two black rubies stared back.

A voice.

"Did you, of the Insolent River, just try to touch my soul?"

Vadryn froze.

"I-I, no… I-I-I…"

The Sultan tilted 'His' head.

"I'll forgive you."

A pause.

"But… there's no second chance."

"T-Thank—"

A hand waved.

"Know your place."

And then—

"Fool."

Nothing.

{Russian Roulette}

The Reaper was gone.

And Emir?

Unchained.

He walked out.

Calm. Unbothered.

Like he hadn't just been imprisoned.

Like he hadn't just been sentenced to death.

He easily reached the outside.

Beyond the Academy walls.

Courtesy of Amon's hand.

And there was Ragnar.

Waiting. No words.

Just a gesture.

He sent him beyond the sector.

Just to the Border where his family waited.

But they weren't the only ones waiting.

Magnus's n.

This ti it appeared that Magnus had chosen to interfere directly.

Emir didn't run.

Didn't fight.

Instead, he pulled out a gun.

And placed it to his head.

"You take —"

Click.

"I die."

Magnus wouldn't want that.

Magnus wanted him alive.

He played the ga.

One pull.

Then another.

And then—

Bang

Silence.

His body hit the ground.

They stepped forward.

Checked his pulse.

And then, he moved.

The n didn't even have ti to scream.

{Becoming the Hunted}

A reunion.

Emir.

Lily.

Elijah.

Together.

But there was no ti to rest.

No ti to breathe.

Because now, they were the hunted.

They ran. Days blurred into each other.

Until they got caught.

It was only natural.

The whole world was searching for them.

A battle was the result.

A long one.

A fight for their lives.

{First Night}

Emir sat cross-legged in the middle of the battlefield, eyes closed, cultivating.

He was surrounded—his n outnumbered hundred to one.

And yet, he did not move.

His n stood behind him.

Night after night, he sent them forward.

Night after night, they ca back near death.

But every ti, he saved them.

Every broken limb. Every near-fatal wound. Healed.

Their families begged them to leave, to run.

They refused.

They would rather die, be chopped to pieces, resurrect, and fight again than leave his side.

On the tenth day, there was no more ti.

He swallowed the Aether Core.

A risk. A gamble.

And then—

He stood.

Fifty thousand n faced him.

Not Emir versus fifty thousand.

Fifty thousand versus Emir.

They had challenged him.

Not the other way around.

He was their better.

The slaughter began.

{Strangers of the New World}

But even he had limits.

A Holy Relic was activated, an Aether Restriction Zone.

His power, sealed. One by one, the injuries stacked.

Cuts, fractures, wounds that wouldn't heal.

He fought until he couldn't anymore.

And then, he fell.

Collapsed onto the dirt, blood pooling beneath him.

And yet... no one dared approach.

Not even when he was half-dead.

They feared what might arrive.

His family watched from a distance.

Strangers in this world.

For Earthkind, there was always an Oath.

A Binding Contract.

For them?

There was none.

They were strangers to this world.

And as the shadows of executioners closed in—

The night split apart.

Amon had arrived.

In an instant, they all died.

One step. One breath.

And the battlefield was clean.

But then, right after, just when hope returned...

Stronger ones ca.

From The Order.

From Magnus himself.

He had decided.

Emir was too dangerous.

It was ti for him to die.

Amon didn't stutter and faced them.

"I, Amon, have never known defeat."
