The internal investigation report by OPR will not be made public, so all disciplinary actions are handled internally within the office and will not be disclosed externally.

Jimmy was very surprised when he received the investigation results. He originally thought Peter's assurance ant that Jimmy and Ruiz would not be punished, but now it seems that saying everything is fine only ant they wouldn't be fired but would be transferred away from their positions for a while to lay low.

Sitting in the office, looking at the details of his punishnt, Jimmy felt a toothache. He didn't mind the two-week suspension without pay, but the subsequent transfer away from field positions was problematic. What were Hughes and the others thinking? At the very least, they should have saved him. Such a transfer would be too painful for Jimmy.

Jimmy had also been involved in matters of the Internal Affairs Departnt in the past, whether it was warehouse managent or the public relations departnt, he participated during the last part of his internship. Life in those departnts was genuinely uninteresting, too mundane.

Jimmy considered talking to Hughes, but he didn't really know what to say.

Their violation this ti was undeniable; no one could deny it. Strictly speaking, their punishnt is already very light.

Jimmy didn't have much ti to consider; the two-week suspension penalty had already been issued. Tim Dunn from the administrative departnt personally went to Jimmy's office, putting a box on the table, "Jimmy, you did very well this ti. However, rules are rules; I'm sorry, but your sidearm and badge need to be temporarily confiscated."

Jimmy pressed his lips together, saying nothing, and removed the Glock from his belt along with the holster and spare magazine, placing them into the box. He then picked up the FBI badge, glanced at it, and put it next to the gun.

Dunn checked Jimmy's gun and badge, ensured there were no problems, then closed the box and locked it with a combination lock. He walked over to Jimmy and hugged him, "I heard, don't bla Hughes and the others; this is already the best result. For Derek, for our brothers."

Jimmy nodded, hugged Dunn, and patted him on the back.

Dunn released him, picked up the box, "Then I'll head back first, Jimmy. See you in two weeks."

Jimmy: "Goodbye."

Jimmy tidied up a bit, standing at the door looking at the empty office, thinking the Homicide Team really is beset by difficulties. The team leader was seconded, the acting team leader suspended, and now the office would face the situation of having no one again.

Oh, it's not just the Homicide Team; they also serve as the ergency team for the office. For the Manhattan office, this loss is truly too great.

(Regarding their punishnt standards for the violation of raiding a residential building without a search warrant, you can refer to the following:

Fourth Andnt to the United States Constitution: This andnt prescribes the procedures for search and seizure, requiring any search or seizure to be based on a search warrant or legitimate exceptions, such as ergencies or lawful arrests. Agents conducting raids without a warrant will face procedural violation charges.

Departnt of Justice Policy: The policy of the United States Judicial Departnt stipulates that all federal agents must comply with federal laws and policies, otherwise facing disciplinary actions, including suspension, dismissal, or other penalties. If agents violate these regulations, they may be suspended and transferred from field positions.

Federal Law Enforcent Training Centers Standards: The standards of the Federal Law Enforcent Training Centers prescribe the code of conduct federal agents must adhere to, including search and seizure procedures, etc. If agents violate these codes of conduct, they may face disciplinary actions.

FBI Policy: The FBI's policy stipulates the code of conduct for agents, including the procedures for search and seizure, conditions for using force, etc. If agents violate these regulations, they may be punished.

The FBI is a subordinate agency of the United States Judicial Departnt, so based on the above regulations from the Federation, Judicial Departnt, to the FBI, the fact of their violation is indisputable.)
