Jimmy was still pondering over the issue when he returned to the hotel to shower. Then he realized he had overlooked sothing. Looking back, Tom seed completely indifferent to the fact that he had found soone to clean up over a dozen corpses. He knew there were people who could handle the bodies without leaking information; he must have cooperated with the cleaners before, or it's not ruled out that they were already contractors of the CIA.

He really needed to confirm this with Tom. After showering, Jimmy imdiately sent Tom a text ssage, "Does your company have cooperating cleaners? It's more pleasant to work with familiar people."

Tom replied quickly, "Individually, yes, the company, no. I will give you the contact information later."

It was clear that Tom certainly had cooperated with roles similar to international hotel cleaners. Even if it wasn't these people, at least it was other organizations or teams with a similar purpose. Considering that there were more than just one assassin group like the international hotel, this was also normal.

After he got the contact information from Tom later, he'd find an opportunity to try it out. Having more options wasn't a bad thing.

The next day, Jimmy still arrived at the office early. There was no helping it, he was too close, and would naturally arrive a bit ahead after having breakfast. After a while, Jimmy received a call from Lambert and went up to Lambert's office.

Lambert: "Jimmy, how have you been these past few days?"

Jimmy: "Fairly smooth. The bank robbery was settled last night, and Ray is wrapping up."

Lambert nodded: "Very good. That works out, and doesn't hold up progress. Your temporary reassignnt here is over, and you can get ready to return to New York."

Jimmy was surprised. Just a few days ago, Hughes had arrived, and he thought he'd stay longer in Dallas. "Okay, no issues on my end, I can return anyti."

Lambert: "Don't rush back to work. Hughes has given you a long break, take a good rest."

The smile on Jimmy's face vanished, "Is this Hughes's idea?"

Lambert nodded: "Don't worry, it's nothing serious. You have to give him so ti to deal with things, it's not that simple."

Jimmy: "My identity?"

Lambert: "FBI Senior Agent, relax, no one is going to kick you out, but there's still so internal sorting to do."

Jimmy nodded. Hughes and the others had just received confirmation a few days ago, so it was normal to need so ti to digest it. He would take advantage of the long break to deal with his own affairs.

Jimmy: "Thank you, Supervisor Lambert."

Lambert waved his hand, and Jimmy turned to leave his office, then went downstairs where Ray was already seated at his desk.

Jimmy: "Ray, thanks for looking after these days. I need to return to New York."

Ray: "So soon? It's good to go back. Have a safe trip."

Jimmy shook hands and hugged Ray, then directly left the FBI Dallas office. Fortunately, he hadn't applied for a car yesterday; otherwise, he'd now have to go through the procedure again.

Back at the hotel, Jimmy considered a bit and still decided to call Hughes to formally confirm that his temporary reassignnt was over. Hughes straightforwardly gave him a half-month holiday, which naturally was unpaid leave, counted as requested by Jimmy.

Jimmy was speechless. Hughes had arranged a long holiday but it was supposed to be counted from Jimmy's annual leave or personal leave, which was quite a loss. He didn't argue, just verbally requested leave and planned to finish the leave procedures when he went back to work.

This break was a bit unexpected, and he had a lot of things unprepared although the two-week long vacation provided so ti, without intelligence coming in, he would have a hard ti acting promptly.

Tom had just left last night, and it would take several days for the intelligence to reach him. After thinking it over, Jimmy decided to wrap up everything here first. There were so inconvenient items stored in the Albuquerque warehouse.

Jimmy checked the ti, and then in the afternoon, he called Justin to arrange a eting in Albuquerque the next day, of course, Jimmy would reimburse the travel costs. Hearing this, Justin knew exactly what it ant, and since it involved making money, he agreed happily.

Jimmy packed his luggage and flew to Albuquerque early the next day. He rented a car at the airport in advance and waited for Justin to arrive at the airport before they headed to the mini storage together.

Looking at the boxes in the warehouse, Justin said to Jimmy with a laugh: "You've made quite a haul this trip. There's at least 200 in these two boxes, maybe 300."

Jimmy: "Who asked them to keep all this stuff at ho and in the warehouse? It was just convenient. As per the usual rule, take care of it. Oh, and collect so Gold Coins for , besides what the Cleaner needs, I'll need them later. Do you guys have soone in DC?"

Justin: "Of course we have soone in DC, I'm just not familiar with it there, you can contact Winston."

Jimmy: "Alright, it looks like I still need to return to New York."

Justin: "Your business isn't settled yet?"

Jimmy nodded: "There's always sothing to deal with, so many complicated threads to tidy up. Ah, can't help it."

Justin: "Well, it seems like your affairs in DC are quite significant. Here's a number for you, you can contact him in an ergency. He's in Alexandria, Virginia, not far from DC. I can't help you much, but at least I can give you a way out."

Jimmy: "Thanks, now I feel more reassured."

Justin: "Alright, we can leave now. No need to ss with the other stuff here, right?"

Jimmy looked at the pile of camping gear left here. When he had considered it before, he never thought about how to deal with these things. It seed wasteful to just leave them there, and he estimated he wouldn't be coming back anyti soon.

Jimmy: "Put it in the trunk. I'll drop you off first, and then I can give these items to soone else."

Justin: "No problem."

Jimmy drove Justin to a bar, watched him drag two suitcases inside, and then started the car to leave. He called Steven, who was out on a case. If he wanted to et, he'd either have to wait or go to them directly.

Jimmy arrived at the location where Steven and his team were working a case. The DEA had already apprehended soone. Standing outside the police line, Jimmy called Steven over.

Jimmy: "Hi, Steven."

Steven: "Jimmy, I thought you went back?"

Jimmy: "Yeah, I finished up here and ca to wrap things up. How did it go for you guys? Smoothly?"

Steven: "Just a small fish, already caught. You here for sothing?"

Jimmy: "I'm preparing to head back to New York. There are so items I originally bought here that I can't use anymore. It's a waste to leave them at the hotel, so I ca to see if you might be interested in taking them. They're in the trunk."

Steven ca to the car with Jimmy, opened the trunk, "So much stuff, it looks like you had quite the fun ti." Tents, barbecue tools, a pile filled the trunk.

Jimmy: "If you can use it, keep it; if not, destroy it. I'm not in a position to deal with it."

Steven: "No problem, leave it to ."

Steven got in his car and transferred all the stuff into his car. As he was moving it, Hank also ca over, "Hey, Jimmy, nice to see you again. What are you guys up to?"

Jimmy: "I'm getting ready to go back to New York. These things I bought here aren't needed anymore. Hank, take a look and see if you can use anything."

Steven: "All set, I'll take care of it later. Jimmy, don't worry about it."

Hank: "Exactly, we brothers will handle it. You went back earlier and we didn't hear from you, but Azte's boss got taken out. We've been really busy lately; most of their guys have been wiped out."

Jimmy, smiling, patted them: "Then your recent performance must be pretty good. Alright, once I've cleared up here, it's ti for to head back. Goodbye, Steven, Hank."

They shook hands, said goodbye, and Jimmy drove back to the airport. He returned the rented car and flew directly to New York.
