Jimmy was awakened by hunger at noon, his spiritual power had been depleted greatly, which left him still sowhat tired after waking, yet it didn't hinder his actions.

After going downstairs, Jimmy found that the bodies in the living room were gone, "Paul, good afternoon, haven't you guys rested at all?"

Paul and the others were still at their posts; they had already spotted the person on the second floor earlier. These people were tough indeed. Although they didn't use their talents for observation like Jimmy, they seed alright even after nearly 10 hours, not succumbing to sleep due to fatigue.

Paul said, "Good afternoon, Jimmy. How was your rest?"

Jimmy shrugged, "Barely enough to function. When are you leaving?"

Paul said, "We are leaving at one o'clock from here, in about an hour. I've left you a slice of pizza, have so first."

Jimmy said, "Thanks. What about the bodies here? And, how many people ca later?"

Paul said, "The bodies have all been taken away. Including the four you killed yesterday, there were seven in total. Just like you said, these were all professional assassins. If we hadn't been prepared in advance, they really could have succeeded."

Jimmy asked, "What, they stord in?"

Paul said, "One of our guys was cut with a dagger; soone pretended to be dead. It's all taken care of, don't worry."

Jimmy nodded and walked to the dining table, where a covered box sat. Although the pizza had already cooled, it was fine; filling his stomach was the priority in this situation. He couldn't ask for more.

When the ti ca, Jimmy and seven others left in three cars. Jimmy drove his car last, with Paul and the man with the big chin in the middle, their convoy smoothly leaving the villa and heading towards the Federation courthouse.

Jimmy also eased his mind, the bounty ti had already passed. The assassins at the Intercontinental Hotel should no longer continue to attempt assassination, which was good news. It was one less thing to worry about.

The convoy continued forward. At an intersection, the first car was suddenly destroyed by a vehicle that ran a red light, sliding out of the lane and crashing into other vehicles waiting at the light.

"Screech~~" A sharp braking sound followed as Paul's second car and Jimmy's third car both stopped at the intersection. Bullets then started flying from the side, prompting Jimmy to imdiately open his car door and crouch next to the wheels. He grabbed his Glock and began shooting at the gunn on the street side but unfortunately, he only managed to kill one before the others took cover behind parked vehicles and other obstacles, causing him to lose direct sight.

Jimmy's rifle was in a bag in the trunk, and it was now impossible to go and retrieve it. His Glock and revolver lacked the ability to pierce through cars; they could handle glass and single layers of tal, but since they were hiding behind cars, there was too much tal to penetrate.

"Paul, are you guys alright?" Jimmy yelled while aiming at the sharpshooters, as Paul had also gotten out of the car to return fire.

"We're okay," Paul replied without looking Jimmy's way. anwhile, no one had yet erged from the first car that was sent flying, probably because they were either injured or unconscious - unfortunately, there was no ti to check.

Jimmy assessed the situation: there were seven gunn, ambushed on one side of the crossroads, right on their essential route to the courthouse. Sohow, these people had obtained the precise timing, likely because sowhere along their route, unnoticed by Jimmy and his group, there were gunn's spotters, who tracked their route in real-ti to perfectly block them at this crossroads.

The gunn were mostly targeting the two cars with Paul's group, particularly the stopped second vehicle. Jimmy's side was not attacked much since his car only had him, and he wasn't a primary target for the gunn.

Jimmy wasn't holding back any longer; he put away his Glock and took out his revolver. Having activated the Heart Eye, he was about to utilize the rarely used skill of quick shooting with targeted Heart Eye Observation. He seldom used this shooting thod because there were not enough scenarios to really leverage it, as most opponents were one or two people and didn't necessitate it.

He moved to the rear of the car, where the angle was good. He could see two people and there were two more behind the vehicles on the roadside, but only car glass was in the way, which wouldn't stop bullets.

Locking in on these four, Jimmy emptied six rounds: the two he could see were taken out with headshots from the side, and the other two were hit with two bullets each through the glass, to account for any deviation in the bullet path caused by the glass.

Jackson's attack in this situation was brutally efficient, utterly lacking in grace, focused solely on speed, precision, and lethality. None of the four had ti to react before they were hit and fell, likely not even understanding why their deaths happened so suddenly.

Jimmy crouched back behind the wheel to reload his revolver. Now only three targets remained, all in positions where Jimmy couldn't shoot effectively. He moved his position to join Paul, crouching behind their car.

While Paul's team followed typical SOG tactics, suppressing first and then looking for opportunities to kill, it made for a more visually appealing scenario with constant gunfire exchange, and they had already changed magazines twice in that short span.

Jackson's approach was simpler and more direct, holding his revolver in his right hand and utilizing Heart Eye Observation to pinpoint the gunn's positions. As soon as a gunman peeked out to fire, he took them down with a headshot, his efficiency far surpassing Paul's team.
