This is a bank robbery case. Even in the 21st century, the United States still sees a considerable number of bank robberies. Due to the rapid pace of equipnt updates over the years, many banks haven't finalized their new procurent cases, resulting in many banks still using outdated, low-resolution surveillance systems. So can't even perform facial recognition, causing a significant number of bank heists to remain unsolved.
Originally, this case had nothing to do with the anti-gang unit, but the fleeing robbers unexpectedly crashed their vehicle not far from the bank. The severe traffic accident damaged the car, and the group had to stagger out, with one person needing assistance from two others.
After commandeering a car at gunpoint, they fled, and it was then that the NYPD patrol officer began their pursuit. However, the robbers were evidently very familiar with New York, and after just a few turns, the vehicle entered an underground parking lot. The police pursued them only to find the hijacked car, but its occupants had vanished.
Determined to be suspects in the bank robbery case, the NYPD handed over the traffic accident and ard carjacking cases to the FBI for joint handling. The first task was to investigate that parking lot, and soon a vehicle was identified, but it disappeared into the traffic afterward.
Fingerprint information obtained from the crashed car and the hijacked car helped identify two individuals. They belonged to the sa gang, and after contacting Jimmy, the task of capturing them was directly handed to him.

The raid went smoothly. Upon entering the house, Jimmy found B team agents had already captured everyone. The recent shootout was evidently random firing. Of the four, only two were bleeding, currently lying on the ground groaning on their backs. The other two looked much better, with agents holding their arms to prevent escape.
Aside from the four, there was a middle-aged woman in the room, though it was apparent the shootout had nothing to do with her, and she was handcuffed.
Two bags on the coffee table were already opened, containing over a hundred thousand in cash stolen from the bank, though part of one bundle was already stained.
Jimmy surveyed the scene, arranged for others to take the people back, left a few to continue searching, and turned to leave.
This case wasn't difficult to solve. The key was their identity. Gang mbers robbing banks was common in the past century. Since entering the 21st century, most bank robbery cases are unrelated to organized gangs. These people are familiar with the police and sowhat aware of societal safety equipnt updates. They have other ways to make money, making bank robbery no longer a reliable operation.
Why these people chose to rob a bank is what Jimmy is concerned about. Did sothing occur within the gang requiring them to quickly acquire money? Often, such information might lead to larger issues.
Fact-checking is straightforward. The stolen money from the bank hadn't been divided among them, which is uncommon for bank robbers. In addition to fingerprints and blood evidence from the two cars, these are clear indications pointing to two individuals. Obtaining confessions was not difficult, and the outco surprised Jimmy.
This robbery turned out to be a spontaneous, impulsive act. One of the four owed gambling debts which led him to take out a high-interest loan. His gang mber was his own brother, and the other two were comrades from his service days, who also sought work in New York after retiring. With the loan due, the brother, rely a low-level gang mber, couldn't provide tens of thousands in cash. However, knowing firsthand the thods gangs use to deal with unpaid loans, in desperation, they decided to make one big score.
The bank counter contained limited cash, and robbing more would require access to the vault, which they were unfamiliar with. After planning an escape route and vehicle switch, they acted with the counter cash as their target, or these two bundles.
The stolen cash amount reported by the bank didn't match with what Jimmy's team found with the robbers. However, it's improbable for a counter to hold tens of thousands in cash for robbery. Jimmy delegated this matter to others, leaving it be. These bank folks sure seize any chance to stir trouble.
The facts were clear. The money they stole hadn't been touched. According to their contacts, soone would co to retrieve the money. Jimmy directly arranged for people to stake out outside that house to wait for soone to show up. Upon spotting the person coming for the money, they turned and left imdiately upon seeing the hole in the door.
