However, the location where this passport was stored is really interesting. The people Jimmy previously discovered with spare passports usually stored them in places like warehouses, or in more private places like club lockers, which basically ensured safety. Yet today, this passport was found in the sewer. If it weren't for his Heart Eye Vision, which can detect these hollow spaces, it would have never been discovered.

New York's sewer system was established a very long ti ago but hasn't been renovated for a long ti. Only companies holding municipal maintenance contracts have been pretending to repair it. It's clear this secret compartnt isn't a long-term storage solution, maybe just a temporary safe place, so soone must be planning to take these things.

Could this case be because the deceased ca from New Jersey to New York to retrieve this item and got ambushed?

By the next day, all the evidence was brought back to the homicide team. When Jimmy arrived at the office, Mark was already querying the passport information. He ca in fairly late.

Jimmy: "Mark, is there a problem with the passport?"

Mark: "The passport is fake. Except for the photograph, all the other information can be traced. The photo on the passport is one of the deceased, Oliver Morgan, but the information on the passport is Oliver Reed, a New Yorker."

Jimmy walked over to Marco and looked at the computer. The screen displayed Oliver Reed's personal information, but the information seed problematic and suspiciously clean, reminding Jimmy of his own past identity, with full personal data but a blank slate otherwise – not even a speeding ticket.

But there's still a problem; the photo in the social security system differs greatly from the passport one. If the docunts were made together, theoretically, such a mistake should not occur.

Jimmy: "This Oliver Reed has issues. He really is a New Yorker. You and Julia should go, stay safe, and also watch the surroundings at his address for anything suspicious."

Mark turned to look at Jimmy: "Why?"

Jimmy: "He's too clean. Julia, go with Mark, stay safe."

Julia nodded, didn't ask any questions, got up, and gave Mark a playful slap as they walked out together.

Jimmy shook his head while watching them leave. Compared to Julia, Mark is more rational, willing to pursue all leads relentlessly but lacks experience, unable to spot so clues. Julia is more suited for assigned tasks, completing everything with high efficiency, although her personal combat skills are lacking. The two together make a great pair.

They reminded Jimmy of when he first joined the FBI, in Peter's team, following those cases where most clues were found by Peter and Jones. Jimmy was more of a muscle role back then, although he did discover quite a few clues which bear resemblance to Mark now.

Kevin had ntioned he has ample ti to evaluate whether his subordinates are worth nurturing or part of his inner circle. For now, just wait and see.

The call from Newark's office finally arrived, and as expected, it was Agent Riley Butler again.

Riley: "Jimmy, the person you asked about has been checked, Oliver Morgan, works at a security company in New York. His wife is a full-ti housewife, doesn't work. My people checked his ho, and according to neighbors, Oliver returns every weekend, but usually works in New York. I'll send you the info."

Jimmy: "Thanks. Also, do a favor, temporarily seal off Oliver Morgan's ho. Once the investigation wraps here, I'll check his place."

Riley: "Is sothing wrong?"

Jimmy: "So leads aren't fully confird yet, still investigating."

Riley: "How long? You know, I'm busy here too."

Jimmy: "Just one or two days, won't be long. But tell the colleague guarding the scene to be cautious. I'm worried the person who shot Oliver Morgan might show up."

Riley was silent for a few seconds: "What did you find? Is it serious?"

Jimmy: "A fake passport. I'm now getting the passport information verified. Once confird, I'll check his house."

Riley: "Got it, I'll arrange the personnel. Goodbye, Jimmy."

Soon, Riley sent over the company information about where Oliver Morgan works. Riding Shield Defense is a company specializing in providing security services for malls and stores. From the records, the company seems decent, with few lawsuits and no serious violations.

Mark and Julia returned quickly, "Yang, your hunch was right. The system's registered location doesn't have anyone nad Oliver Reed. There are issues with the social security information records."

Jimmy nodded: "Okay, let's go. Newark colleagues sent info; Oliver Morgan's security company info is here, located in Brooklyn, let's go investigate."

Jimmy couldn't stay in the office forever. Now that there are leads, it's best to go together and show so support.

Riding Shield Defense, the na sounds more like a company providing professional security to VIP clients rather than malls and stores.

Jimmy and the team parked the car by the roadside, presented their badges at the entrance, and asked to see the manager. The security guard asked them to wait while he made a call inside. Soon, a bald, muscular man ca over: "I'm the manager here, Sebastian Moore, please follow to my office to chat."

Jimmy and the team followed Manager Moore into the company and arrived at a large office, sitting in the eting area. Manager Moore asked: "Is there anything I can help you with, Agent?"

Jimmy: "FBI Senior Agent Jimmy Yang. Mr. Moore, is Oliver Morgan an employee at your company?"

Moore: "Yes, but he's on leave recently, not at work. What's the matter?"

Jimmy: "Oliver Morgan and his wife and son were shot and killed in the Bronx. We're here mainly to understand Oliver Morgan's situation and who he might have had conflicts with."

Moore: "Oh, God. Oliver is our security supervisor, responsible for scheduling security personnel. He's a very friendly person, gets along with everyone well. Never heard of any enemies."

Jimmy: "How long has he worked here? Can I see his file?"

Moore: "About three years, please wait, I'll arrange it."

Moore got up and walked out of the office. Jimmy watched him enter an adjacent office, rummaging through a cabinet, presumably looking for personal files.

Soon, Moore returned with a file and handed it to Jimmy, "This is Oliver's employnt file."

Jimmy: "Thank you."

Jimmy opened the file, and Moore's office phone rang. He walked over to answer it and quickly hung up, "Agent Yang, do you have other colleagues downstairs?"

Jimmy: "No. What's up?"

Moore: "Wait a mont. There are two agents downstairs, I need to take a look."

Quickly, Moore brought two agents through the door. Jimmy looked up, "Mahong, you ca too?"

The newcors were Mahong and Jones, responsible for white-collar and art theft cases. Why would they co to a security company?

Mahong gestured not to speak, turned to Moore: "Mr. Moore, can we have a private chat?"

Moore looked between the two groups of agents, "OK, I'll be outside."

Mahong waited for Moore to leave; Jones closed the door, then walked over to sit beside Jimmy. "An auction house was robbed, and a security guard is missing. We traced information to this security company."
