"You really trust that much?" Jimmy mocked himself. Sergeyev poured him vodka, but it was inconvenient for him to drink now.

After a while, Sergeyev returned. He saw the untouched glass in front of Jimmy, "Sorry, I didn't know you don't drink. Coke? Or ice water?"

Jimmy looked at him, "Ice water. Have you found him?"

Sergeyev got up to get a bottle of water and took out an ice tray from the fridge beside him: "I've already arranged for soone to look for him. It will take so ti. Here's your water."

He placed the glass of water in front of Jimmy and conveniently took back the glass of vodka.

Jimmy: "Thanks."

Jimmy didn't want to talk. Sergeyev looked at Jimmy and didn't leave, just sat opposite him, sipping his vodka bit by bit, suggesting his tolerance for alcohol was not bad.

After a while, Sergeyev's phone rang. He glanced at it and picked up without leaving, "Did you find him?"

Jimmy raised an eyebrow slightly. Sergeyev's phone must have so issues, allowing him to vaguely hear the voice from the receiver, "Boss, we found Black Wolf. Tried to retrieve the Glock he took, but he escaped. He shot and injured two of our brothers."

Sergeyev asked in surprise, "What exactly happened? Where is he now?"

"We have people chasing him. Haven't confird his location yet. I need to arrange to get our brothers away."

Sergeyev glanced at Jimmy and said into the phone, "Find him." After hanging up, he looked at Jimmy, ready to speak, but Jimmy stood up, put on the coat resting on the armrest, "I already know, give the location."

Sergeyev widened his eyes. Although not too far, he was over a ter away, yet Jimmy heard that minor leak from the phone? Or was his phone on speaker?

Jimmy: "Hey, wake up, give the location. Now."

Sergeyev reached out to stop Jimmy: "He escaped, injured two of my brothers. Agent Yang, I hope you can wait here. We will solve this."

He didn't dare let Jimmy go. Such a murderous man dealing with his subordinates was too dangerous. Previous intel indicated that Jimmy had already brought down at least two gangs and had nurous murder records, yet he hadn't been expelled from the FBI. Such a person was not sothing he could handle.

Jimmy looked at Sergeyev, softly asked, "Are you sure you can handle it?"

Sergeyev: "I'm sure, sorry, I need to leave for a mont."

Jimmy watched Sergeyev leave the office, go to the corner to give instructions to two previous subordinates, who then quickly headed to the back door and left the nightclub.

Sergeyev did not return to the office but entered the nightclub hall, where there was a dense crowd, making Jimmy not bother to distinguish which silhouette was his.

Sergeyev did not give out a specific location. Even if he went out now, he wouldn't know where to look. To retrieve Mark's service pistol quickly, he had to cooperate with them, just waiting for them to handle it. If they couldn't, then, sorry, he could only compel him to provide information.

After waiting a while longer, Jimmy couldn't sit still. This bunch of gangsters was too unreliable, and Sergeyev hadn't even returned. He got up, opened the office door, and walked toward the person nearest to him, who was by the back door and seed to be guarding it, "Hey, get Sergeyev back to his office to et ."

Finishing that, Jimmy watched him leave through the back door. He returned to the office. After a while, Sergeyev ca back, "Sergeyev, give his last location."

Sergeyev looked conflicted, a slight twitch at the corner of his mouth, "Agent Yang..."

Jimmy interrupted him directly, "It's been a long ti already. Maybe you need so professional guidance; just chasing like this won't catch him."

Sergeyev took a deep breath and gave Jimmy a number from his phone, "This is Ivan. He's right behind Black Wolf, not yet out of Brooklyn."

Jimmy glanced at the na marked as "Blood Ivan" on Sergeyev's phone, morized the number, and left his office, exiting through the back door toward his car.

Driving off, Jimmy called the number Ruiz gave him, "Nicola, it's Jimmy, Jimmy Yang."

Nicola was a senior intelligence analyst from the tech departnt, assigned by Ruiz as support for Jimmy. "Hey, Jimmy, I've received the news. Tell , what do you need to check?"

Jimmy: "Write down a phone number and help locate it, continuously updating with their whereabouts."

Jimmy reported a phone number, first driving toward Brooklyn's central area. The phone's position was swift, taking only about a minute before Nicola's voice ca through, "The target is currently in Queens, near Flushing."

Jimmy: "Understood, I'm heading there now. Update with their latest location in ten minutes."

Jimmy hung up the call, turned on the hidden police lights and siren on his assigned vehicle, and sped toward Queens.

Jimmy hadn't called Ivan yet; he needed to contact them once he got closer. Contacting too early might cause issues, like receiving false location information, or them setting a trap by communicating with Black Wolf.

This was about covering Mark's back, best not to cause a big scene, which might expose the operation or spiral out of control. Waiting until Jimmy was nearby to contact them ensured they wouldn't have ti to arrange too much.

However, Sergeyev was sure to contact this Ivan. All Jimmy needed to do was exert pressure, remaining a looming threat ready to contact them at any mont, which should be enough.

Upon reaching Queens, Jimmy dialed Nicola again, "Their location."

Nicola: "White Stone District, still moving. Judging by their speed, they seem to be driving or on motorbikes."

Jimmy: "Okay, I've reached Queens; keep tracking."

Mobile phone tracking isn't as precise as GPS devices, which can consistently update with the latest location. Mobile tracking is based on triangulation from cell towers, requiring recalculation of locations each ti, making location data non-continuous.

For example, the car-mounted radio in Jimmy's assigned vehicle contains GPS tracking equipnt. If Nicola tracked Jimmy's location, he could see Jimmy's real-ti movent on his computer, very accurately. Tracking Jimmy's phone location would require about a minute each ti to return information, and even with consecutive tracking, the tracked trajectory on the computer would be discontinuous.

Finally, Jimmy approached Ivan's signal near Narrow Neck Bridge, hung up on Nicola, and dialed Ivan, "Ivan, this is FBI Agent Jimmy Yang. Sergeyev should have told you. Report your position, where is Black Wolf now?"

Ivan: "Yes, Agent Yang, we're currently heading to the Bronx. Black Wolf is just ahead."

Jimmy: "Report your and Black Wolf's license plates."

Jimmy quickly caught up on the bridge. With the police lights and siren on, he was much faster than the others. Ivan's car was easily spotted; the normal traffic had moved to the right, and the speeding cars ahead were surely them, only the two NYPD patrol cars trailing were more conspicuous.

Jimmy didn't contact the NYPD but directly followed behind them, flashing his high beams. The police cars ahead saw that another police vehicle was following, so they changed lanes to give Jimmy a spot, quickly allowing Jimmy to tail Ivan's car.
